PPengguna TetamuI appreciate the hotel’s arrangement for the birthday decorations. However, if there’s a next time, I hope they can pay closer attention to my specific requests, such as assigning a higher-floor room. Regarding housekeeping, I noticed that after having some food in the room at night, a few crumbs remained on the floor. Even after the daytime cleaning service, they were still there, which suggests the cleaning wasn’t done thoroughly.
Also, every time you enter the hotel, your belongings are checked for security reasons — which I understand — but it can be slightly bothersome. As for the location, the hotel is very convenient as it’s right across from the Greenbelt shopping mall in the city center. That said, guests should note that the connection between the hotel and the malls other parts is either via outdoor paths or a footbridge, so those sensitive to heat might want to keep that in mind.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is excellent, and the rooftop bar with its amazing view is simply amazing. The room was very clean, as were the hotel’s common areas. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Makati. Thank you!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThis is my 5th and I love staying here as always. The hotel is clean and smells good. This hotel is situated nearby park for a quick stroll, restaurants once you get hungry and grocery shops where you can buy your immediate needs. I would say the accommodation is a bit pricey but there are days where you can book this at a very affordable price.Plus the staff are very accommodating and friendly for any urgent needs. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay here and would love to book again here.

PPengguna TetamuFirstly, check-in was annoying since I didn't realize that they required you to send your passport info for all guests before they would send you an authorization letter for entry. So I didn't check-in until after more than an hour upon arrival. The lobby looked nice and had a bellman opening the door for you but the room was just okay. Also, I was greeted upon entering by a cockroach and then more roaches appeared later and even when I was showering. I can't stand roaches so I checked out the very next night. They even questioned me and wanted photos as proof but after later reading other reviews I realized that it's been a recurring problem!

PPengguna TetamuRoom was clean and with just enough space for staycation. Buffet breakfast was good. Though, there were only 2 well functioning elevators serving the whole building. You have to wait long to go up and down. Long queue during peak hours. Also it stops at all floors even if it’s full already. No water was served, and the TV is not smart tv and poor signal on selected channels.

PPengguna TetamuIt's such an old place, but the location is ok. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and it was manually operated (in a good efficient way but still quite slow to go up and down).
Being abto to open the window in one of the highest floor, and look down, seems quite unsafe especially if there are kids around (but I want to believe people with kids are not given this room).
The bathroom had some sewage smell coming from toilet.
Good bed and decent shower. Good AC
2000 php deposit seems too high and unnecessary

PPengguna TetamuThe price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close.
However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think.
All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
