One of the best hotel ive been to. 5/5 to me.. Very good service and good food and breakfast is superb. i love their champorado. definitely one of my best trip in Cebu. Worrh travelling even its quote far from the airport. The room are so clean and spacious. We love their executive lounge. I will surely recommend it to my family and friends.

I arrived at 530am with no sleep. I couldnt find the entrance to the parking so i asked if there is valet. THERE IS NO VALET SERVICE!!! Ok fine so i asked the bell boy to just come inside the car and teach me how to go to the parking since there is no clear instructions. So i checked in and all was well. I hear NOISES like someone opening and closing door, footsteps, but i was too tired to mind them. Then come around 10am (pls note i was able to lie down at 6am already after all the bruhaha), at 10am someone very persistently kept on pressing the doorbell. What the **** still no sleep why u wake ip your guests????? So i webt to the door only to find out the bellman is asking if i need anything?!!!!! Stupid!! If i need anythinf i would call. I need sleep!!!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Fili Hotel NUSTAR. The facilities, amenities, and service from the room staff met our expectations. The pool, gym, and other amenities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of selections. My daughter especially loved the complimentary popcorn, bread, and juice served in the lobby during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. However, there were a few areas that could be improved, particularly during the check-in process. For a five-star hotel, the check-in took quite a while due to the long queue, which was disappointing after arriving at the hotel. I had reserved a Twin Bed room, but upon check-in, we were informed that only a King Bed room was immediately available and that it would take longer if we chose to wait for a Twin Bed room to become available. The staff advised that they could arrange the room later, but this would have required them to enter our room after we had already settled in. Then, the in-room staff delivered extra pillows and bedding. We opted not to proceed with the extra bed setup and simply used the spacious couch, which we moved closer to the bed and made up with the extra bedding. This arrangement worked well for the three of us and allowed us to rest immediately after a long day of travel, without having to wait for additional room preparations or have staff working in the room while we were already relaxing. Note that their standard check-in time is at 3 PM, we arrived at the hotel past 3 pm already. We were also celebrating my husband's birthday during our stay. During the booking process, I requested if it would be possible to display a personalized birthday greeting on the room's TV screen. The hotel kindly confirmed via email that they would arrange the greeting and also provide a birthday cake. We truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake delivered to our room, which was a lovely gesture. However, the personalized birthday message on the TV was unfortunately not displayed as promised. Another issue occurred during check-in regarding our breakfast entitlement. I had booked a room with breakfast for three guests, but the hotel's system only reflected breakfast for two. Fortunately, the staff resolved the issue without requiring any additional payment for our daughter after I presented my Trip.com booking confirmation. While I appreciate how they handled the situation, I believe these booking details should already be accurate upon arrival to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Despite these check-in concerns, the rest of our stay was enjoyable. The room attendants were attentive and regularly checked if we needed anything, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I would still recommend Fili Hotel NUSTAR for its excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff. My only suggestion is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the check-in process, as it sets the first impression for guests. Hopefully, our experience was an isolated case, and future guests will enjoy a smoother arrival.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the facilities were well maintained, and everything I needed was provided. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, which allowed me to rest well after a busy day. The location was also excellent. It was convenient to get around, and there were many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. This made my trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. One thing that impressed me the most was the attention to detail. The hotel clearly cares about its guests and works hard to provide the best possible experience. Every member of the staff treated me with kindness and respect, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit. our stay was only short but a bit disappointed given that the price is a little bit pricey. breakfast was not buffet or unlimited. they only served plated breakfast. the pool is for design only. cannot be used by guest. it should be indicated so the guest would not expect more for this hotel.but the crew was too active and the service is okay.

Location is excellent. Ayala Mall is 5 minutes walk. SM City mall is 30 minutes walk. There are cafe and restaurants just across the street, McDonald's and 7 eleven just behind Nice Big room, excellent bed and mattress, excellent pillows so nice very comfortable. The room bed mattress & pillows are much better than the 2 other neighboring hotels which are more expensive, I've stayed there too. Breakfast was excellent, buffet and there was bacon yummy. What i didn't like about this hotel are... 1)! They still insist on a deposit during check in 2) the overhead shower and the hand shower handle was broken and needed fixing. I like this hotel MORE than the other two neighbour hotels just next door and will choose this again next time

Saya suka idea dispenser air untuk mengurangkan penggunaan plastik. Boleh ambil air panas, biasa dan sejuk dari mesin berhampiran bilik saya 605. Saya berasa begitu akrab apabila saya memutuskan untuk menempah malam di sini. Apabila saya masuk ke dalam bilik saya membuka e-mel saya untuk melihat bahawa saya tinggal sekali pada 21 Mac 2019. Bilik ini sangat besar dan selesa walaupun bukan baru. Pesona hotel dan kakitangan masih sama. Sarapan pagi disediakan dan ringkas. Restoran ditutup pada pukul 21:30 malam jadi kami terpaksa berjalan di luar untuk makan malam. Mudah untuk mencari tempat makan di sekitar hotel. Berhampiran 2 pusat membeli-belah Robinson di bulatan dan berhampiran kedai serbaneka. Deposit 1,000 Peso. Tingkat 7 mempunyai dinding yang sangat tinggi di sekelilingnya jadi pemandangan terhalang. Jika mereka mengubahsuai, harap mereka akan membuat pagar kaca sebagai gantinya.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tsai Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. We I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, Tsai Hotel provided great value for money with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Tempat hotel seperti BGC di Metro Manila, bilik mereka menepati jangkaan saya khasnya bilik 404 terlalu luas dan istimewanya saya suka pemandangan bandar ketika malam. Tetapi satu perkara yang saya tidak suka tentang Hotel Richmond Plaza ialah apabila saya menonton Oslob Whaleshark ialah saya meninggalkan Anting-anting Emas 24k saya di dalam bilik saya dan saya tidak meminta untuk pembersihan bilik lagi apabila saya tiba mereka menukar cadar dan sampah telah pun dibersihkan. Itulah yang saya tahu mereka masuk ke dalam bilik saya tanpa permintaan tetamu dan saya segera memeriksa barang-barang saya khasnya Anting-anting Emas 24k yang saya tinggalkan dan malangnya subang emas saya sudah tiada. Oleh itu, apabila saya menyedarinya dengan segera, saya pergi ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu untuk menyuarakan kebimbangan dan pada keesokan harinya pihak keselamatan dan ketua pengurus hotel bertindak balas dan bercakap dengan saya tentang apa yang berlaku mereka menyiasatnya dan juga pengemas rumah cuba mencari. bilik saya seolah-olah mereka cuba melihat sekeliling untuk melihat anting-anting itu tetapi malangnya semuanya hilang mereka tidak dapat menemuinya. Pihak keselamatan dan ketua pengurus memberi saya cadangan bahawa jika saya ingin memfailkan aduan(blotter) tentang 2 pengemasan yang membersihkan bilik saya, tetapi saya berkata kepada keselamatan bahawa saya tidak mahu membuat aduan khususnya iaitu memakan masa yang saya mahukan ialah berehat di bilik saya. Tetapi saya juga memberitahu mereka bahawa mereka harus bercakap dengan kakitangan dan mempunyai taklimat tentang apa yang berlaku dalam situasi saya, saya tidak pergi ke polis terlebih dahulu, saya tidak mempunyai dendam pada pengemasan dan juga saya ' tidak mahu mereka kehilangan pekerjaan. Saya rasa itu harus menjadi pengajaran pada hotel itu. Dan saya berharap tindakan sedemikian tidak boleh diterima dalam kejadian itu. Saya juga meninggalkan gambar dengan tarikh gambar yang saya ambil dengan anting-anting yang masih saya miliki apabila saya akhirnya tiba di hotel dan gambar hari terakhir saya menginap tidak mempunyai subang lagi. Sejujurnya, anting-anting itu berharga kerana ibu saya memberikannya kepada saya dan ia juga merosakkan pakaian saya kerana rasanya tidak lengkap tidak memiliki anting-anting emas 24k lagi.
