PPengguna TetamuI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location was also convenient, close to SM MOA and restaurants. The only thing that I didn't like was the size of the pool, it quite small and a bit shallow (4ft) from the usual 5ft pools, but the overall hotel service was efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

RRUDY QUEYANGCOi hope before mag check in ang guest all goods na po para convenient ang stay. Upon check aircon not working and basang basa yung bed :( but 4days stay still good parin naman siguro magdagdag lang po kayo ng staff since marami po kayong units para hindi mapabayaan ang maintenance and good stay ng mga guest.

I made the reservation through Trip.com on the same day, and luckily there were still rooms available with early check-in.
The hotel is very close to the terminal 3, which made our stay especially convenient since my uncle had a flight to the USA the next day. We only stayed for one night, but it helped us avoid the stress of rushing to the airport.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and we all had a comfortable and restful sleep. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

MMae214221If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.

JJunnDWe chose Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport World Resorts primarily for its convenient location near NAIA Terminal 3 and its walking access via Runway Manila. While the location is definitely a strong advantage, it’s worth noting that the hotel shuttle bus does not operate until after 10:00 AM. The walk itself takes about 10 minutes, but the pathways are not very luggage-friendly — uneven and not ideal for rolling suitcases. In hindsight, it’s more practical to spend around ₱100+ for a Grab.
During a previous stay in November 2025, we had a very positive experience. However, this stay in February 2026 was quite disappointing. The room we were assigned was located right next to the expressway, and noise from passing vehicles could be heard at all hours of the day and night. Despite being on a higher floor, we also encountered mosquitoes in the room, and unfortunately, even a large cockroach appeared on the vanity while I was brushing my teeth — which was very off-putting.
Breakfast was simple and adequate, but we felt there could be more variety and better turnover of food options.
On a positive note, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating — especially with our request for a late check-out, which we appreciated.
It does feel like unless you pay for rooms facing the airport, you may be allocated less desirable rooms. Considering the price point — particularly for the Philippines — the room rates feel somewhat overpriced for $140-$170 AUD a night. Additionally, if you book through third-party platforms like Trip.com, you won’t earn IHG rewards points, which is something to keep in mind.
Overall, it was a standard stay, but given our previous experience, we had higher expectations and left feeling very disappointed. That said, the location near NAIA Terminal 3 remains a key advantage. We hope that continued loyalty to IHG might offer better experiences in the future, and we may consider staying again when traveling back to the Philippines.

EeeomksThe hotel is currently under renovation, so it’s quite noisy because of construction work.
The restaurant is closed due to the renovation, so it’s not possible to have a proper breakfast. The hotel refused to refund the breakfast that wasn’t provided. Instead, they offered some kind of rice for breakfast.
After about 30 minutes of arguing, they agreed to give a sandwich instead of rice, and instant coffee that basically tasted like hot water.
The room had no windows at all — just four walls — even though the booking photos showed a window.
The staff are very polite and friendly, but that doesn’t really help when it comes to solving any problems.
The hotel is only suitable if you just need a quick place to sleep between flights, like a capsule hotel.
