Hotel yang sangat bagus, sangat bersih. Makanan sedap dan lokasi pun strategik.

Location is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops. Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience. Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time. A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

Hotel was on the main road. Near to masjid. Walking distance to masjid for praying. Breakfast was good and have many choices too. Room was big & spacious. Clean room & toilet. Very comfortable to stay with family. Recommended to stay here.. will be coming back to stay in this hotel again.tq

I recently stayed at this hotel and can confidently say that the experience exceeded all expectations. Every area—whether it was the room, bathroom, corridors, or common spaces—was spotless and extremely well maintained. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their consistency and dedication. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, fresh towels were provided, and everything was arranged neatly, giving a real sense of comfort and hygiene. The staff were outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. Any request or question was handled promptly and professionally, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their hospitality created a relaxed and positive environment throughout the stay. The room itself was well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the room was peaceful and pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, from lighting to amenities, which added to the stress-free experience. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect—from service and cleanliness to comfort and management. It is rare to find a place where all aspects are maintained at such a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation, whether for family, business, or religious travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. A truly excellent stay from start to finish.

Bilik yang bagus yang hanya beberapa minit ke pintu 328 Nabawi. Tetapi pintu masuk Rawdah adalah sepanjang jalan ke hujung seberang kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki. Pintu masuk utama Rawdah adalah di pintu 32 yang berjarak 10 minit berjalan kaki di dalam masjid. Tingkap pemandangan indah mengawasi hotel berdekatan. Walau bagaimanapun, sila ambil perhatian bahawa tandas adalah sempit dan kecil. Jangan mengharapkan dalaman 5 bintang kerana hotel ini telah wujud selama bertahun-tahun. Kakitangan semuanya ramah dan membenarkan kami mendaftar masuk beberapa jam lebih awal tanpa sebarang bayaran.

Pertukaran bilik adalah tidak ada harapan, Encik Hosim adalah kakitangan yang lebih teruk yang saya temui. Saya tidak berbahasa Arab ..Saya berasal dari Fiji..Dia lebih suka melayan penutur bahasa Arab 1st daripada saya..

Reception was really good any issues was resolved instantly hotel breakfast was bit disappointing in terms of of variety and some food was not fresh rest location is excellent and reception staff is brilliant and the boys for floor 9 were really good laundry was bit disappointing I will not use it as I had chase for my clothes

The hotel was perfectly located near the Masjid al Nabawi and restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and accommodate my request for early check in. Highly recommend the hotel.

Hotelnya baguusss... kamar mandi bersih, staff ramah. Dket ke masjid nabawi. Proses cekin cepaat, kebetulan tiba di hotel jam 10malam jdi pas sepi

Hotel location was amazing, staff was great and very helpful. Room could be more clean though.
