The accommodation here will not leave you indifferent. The staff is very nice and outgoing, helpful in many situations during staying. You leave your baggage at lobby if early check in. You will also be allowed to take shower and visit swimming pool. The views are amazing. I’m very satisfied with the staying here. Location is a bit far from key attractions, but the room is splendid itself.

The room lacks a few essential fittings like a bed side lamp. Also the bed with its extend side make it very dangerous for guest who had knocked our shin on it repeatedly suffering minor injuries. This is particularly easy to do without the bedside lamp

If you are planning to go to chatuchak , this is the right hotel to book! Not only this is one station away from the market but it also gives you a resort feeling. I love the design of the bar with neon lights although the drinks could be on the high side. I love my room facing the pool and people are friendly. There is a 7-11 nearby and some restaurants walking distance. Walk 10 mins to the bts station. Would definitely come back if i m in bangkok and wants to shop at the chatuchak market again!

This place was quite isolated from the traffic,will need to grab if need to go to city area/shopping site.There are Big C & food stalls all over the areas,easy to locate food.Jodd Fairs was just near the corner.The hotel is more of a small studio apartment style with everything in a glance.Housekeeping comes daily and only toiletries u need to request from them if need be.Otherwise was a nice place to stay in just that you can heard the neighbour banging the doors,not sound proof.

We had another wonderful stay at Vic 3 Hotel as a couple for 4 nights. We stay here regularly, and every time the experience is consistently excellent. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with very good service from the front desk team. Our room was huge, clean, and very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly — especially important during the hot season — and kept the room nice and cool throughout our stay. The swimming pool was also very refreshing and great for cooling down after a long day. The hotel’s location is very convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from the BTS station, which makes getting around very easy. Most importantly, we always feel very safe staying here. The hotel has good security, and that peace of mind means a lot to us. Special thanks to Yves, Cherry, Khun Moo, Khun Tor, and Rada for their excellent service and warm hospitality. We also want to compliment the honest and hardworking housekeeping team — they do a fantastic job every time. Keep up the good work, and we look forward to staying again!

We had a very pleasant stay at SureStay Hotel by Best Western Iconic Ari–Jatujak. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for a family stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff deserve special mention — they were polite, friendly, and always helpful, whether it was with check-in, directions, or small requests. It really made us feel welcome. The location is another big plus. It’s close to Ari and Jatujak areas, with easy access to public transport, local food spots, and convenience stores. Traveling around Bangkok from here was quite easy and affordable. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with good service, comfort, and a peaceful environment. I would definitely recommend it to families and travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Bangkok, and I would happily stay here again.

Staff was terrific! One of our room had fire ants, and I got bitten, but front desk was quick to attend: ointment to cool the wound and a rapid room change. Toothbrushes included, which is an odd thing I find mentioned in these reviews as often missing (a novelty for us to find!). Pool chairs were busy, but next to the laundry which was convenient. Bathrooms nearby too! Greeted with coupons for welcome drinks, and also got a fun treat if you chose not to have your sheets changed. Breakfast was incredible. Shocking the variety!! Delicious and something for every taste bud. Countless hot dishes suitable for lunch, omelettes made to order, various pastries and several drinks with plenty of fresh fruit. Even yogurt! We would return, happily. Beds comfy by thailand standards,linens nice.

I really enjoyed the staying. Room was spacious, fresh,. Staff was great. Location is really good, easy to take transportation anywhere. I will for sure be back.

Came back for a second stay — still just as good I stayed here again recently, and it’s great to see that the quality has remained consistent. The hostel is still very clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which made the stay just as comfortable as my first visit. I especially appreciate the thoughtful design of the bunk beds — the curtains give good privacy, and the space feels cozy without being cramped. Everything is kept tidy, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing, which is perfect after a long day out. It’s always a good sign when you return somewhere and it meets your expectations again. I’d definitely continue to choose this place for future stays.
