Hotel berhampiran Pantai Nui, Pulau Phi Phi

The facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. We were also not told that on the resort is a mosque and you will be woken up to the call of prayer frequently. I have no problem with people exercising there religious traditions I would just like a forewarning about being woken at 5AM to hear the it.

This is a fabulous place to stay. It’s tucked away in the corner of a beautiful beach so it’s peaceful and chilled but still walking distance (5mins) to the main shops, cafes, bars and harbour of PhiPhi. The bamboo huts are very solid and appeared to be really well sealed so no bugs getting in and excellent at holding the cool air from the air conditioner inside. Very comfy bed, soft bed linen, good pillows, bathrobes, bottled water and good quality toiletries all provided. Gorgeous bathroom with great showers. Welcome drink and snacks provided in the room. The breakfast buffet was incredible- so much choice and everything was delicious. We also ate lunch here one day and dinner here one night and both were delicious, The swim up pool bar was a real treat with happy hour 2 for one cocktails from 3-5 as well as delicious smoothies ice cream and made to order sushi available. The pool is stunning of with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Pool towels supplied. Also possible to hire canoes and stand up paddle boards to take out on the bay. (1 hour included for free for all guests). The staff were lovely at all times. A delight to deal with at all times. Lastly yes you can hear the noise from the bar across the bay in the evenings from 10 to 2:30 am but the resort supplies ear plugs and we all slept perfectly fine every night. If you are sensitive to noise maybe bring some noise blocking ear plugs but don’t let that be the reason you miss out on staying in this stunning resort.

Kami mempunyai pengalaman yang cukup baik tinggal di sini tetapi kami mempunyai bilik di belakang hotel melihat ke bilik penduduk tempatan di mana seorang lelaki setiap kali kami membuka tirai pada dasarnya melihat ke dalam bilik kami. Pandangan adalah seperti yang dilihat dalam gambar dan kerusi di luar nampaknya sudah lama tidak ditukar. Saya pasti akan memastikan untuk menginap di bilik berhampiran kolam renang atau sebaliknya memilih hotel lain jika saya ingin kembali. Kakitangan sentiasa sangat ramah tetapi pengawal keselamatan membuat teman wanita saya sangat tidak selesa bermain-main di sini dan membuat komen yang tidak wajar semasa saya menggunakan bilik mandi pada waktu malam. Semua yang lain baik-baik saja.

This is the type of hotel, where you get what you pay for the room was extremely basic and there was no natural sunlight as it was on the first floor. It needs some maintenance, but you can tell the stuff are nice and they make an effort to clean the rooms really well. The pool was a lot smaller than where you see in the pictures and the bathroom was more like a wet room however, for the price we paid it was good. There is probably better if you book with some time.

A nice hotel that’s really close to the beach at the back of the place. Unfortunately we didn’t have good experiences with the food or the service. For example at breakfast they served shrimp fried rice with the poop sack still attached and a lot of flies were around the fruit in the mornings. Also the day before we were due to leave I had one of the house keeping staff drop an iron off at my room. Without hearing an answer came into my room and opened the bathroom door where I was showering. I had music on at the time so I’ve no idea happened and I asked her to leave immediately. I went to the door a minute later to get the iron and she also left a set of keys with me- no idea why or why yay they were for but she appeared 2 hours later asking for them so I hope they weren’t for the surrounding rooms! The view from the pool at the back and the fruit shakes were really good but I wouldn’t stay here again

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect — right in front of the beach and conveniently near a 7-Eleven. We had a great time at the pool, and the staff were very friendly. The room was a bit old and the bed was quite hard, but overall, I loved the hotel. Thank you so much for giving us such good memories! 💗

First of all the picture of the beach is a COMPLETE SCAM, the place doesn’t look like this, must be a pic from maybe 20 years ago when phi phi was still not famous, their beach is packed with speed boats full with tourists, there’s no space to swim and it’s so loud and chaotic, not a place to chill or relax. They assigned me a room with not working AC after complaining 2 times they changed my room then AC worked great. Poor WiFi. At night when finally all the tourists and boats leave the beach, they start building huts so there’s not a second of calm or quietness I would never ever booked this hotel if i knew the picture is fake, their beach DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THAT!

Absolutely fantastic journey, I love this island with beautiful coastline and little mountains that you can do a bit hikes. And the hotel is right located on the north of the phiphi island. I wish I can spend more time here, with my family. But I would say it’s the best place for couples too, you can swim and dance, enjoy the fire show or simply just this nature island.

Great room and would recommend. Just note that this is next to a busy restaurant for day trips, so you may want to think about being away from the hotel around 11-4 😁

オーナーが親切でした。出てすぐにツアーデスクや売店、飲食店がありました。島を満喫できました。 オーナーには帰りの港へ行く方法も教えてもらうことができました。とても親切でした。ありがとうございました。 島の散策が主な目的であれば大丈夫だと思います。 ホテルまで行くのが少々大変で、プーケット本土からトンサイ桟橋へ移動してからロングテールボートに交渉してホテル近くのビーチまで乗せてもらいましたが、そのビーチには船着場がなく、小さなボートでスーツケースを運んでもらい、私たちは歩いてビーチまで行きました。不思議な経験でした。 そのビーチからホテルまでは平坦な道を歩いて15分ほどですが、疲労が溜まっていたので近くにいたバイクタクシーに乗せてもらいました。
