Hotel berhampiran MRT Phetchaburi, Bangkok

Our stay at this hotel was really nice. Getting here is convenient since it’s connected to the airport rail and metro. The staff and service were great. The room was clean overall and had all the amenities you need, although the shower area could use more thorough cleaning as mold may build up over time. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers.

Saiz bilik sesuai untuk 2 orang. Ada ruang untuk bagasi dan pergerakan. Lokasi berdekatan dengan sistem pengangkutan awam dan tiada masalah untuk mendapatkan capaian/bolt dari sana. Kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat membantu dengan semua soalan. Satu-satunya kelemahan, bau dari bilik mandi sangat busuk kerana peredaran darah yang lemah.

Bilik lebih memuaskan daripada yang dijangka, dan permintaan untuk bilik di tingkat atas juga dipenuhi. Bagi sesiapa yang gayat, jangan buka langsir dan melihat ke bawah. Bunyi motosikal di Bangkok agak bising, jadi agak sukar untuk mendapatkan suasana yang benar-benar sunyi, walaupun saya berada di tingkat paling atas pun masih terdengar sedikit. Bilik bersih, selipar, tisu, tuala, dan kelengkapan mandi semuanya disediakan. Ubat gigi dan berus gigi tiada di dalam bilik tetapi boleh diminta di kaunter hadapan. Di lobi bawah ada kopi dan air panas; tidak perlu penukar untuk mengecas telefon; air panas 24 jam dengan tekanan air yang mencukupi. Senang untuk keluar membeli-belah, seberang jalan ada kedai serbaneka 7-11 dan deretan kedai kecil yang menjual buah-buahan. Selepas menyeberang jalan dan belok kanan, selepas satu lampu isyarat ada pusat membeli-belah besar (saya lupa namanya), tempat makan ada di tingkat bawah pusat membeli-belah, manakala tingkat atas ada kedai-kedai lain. Kakitangan kaunter hadapan boleh berbahasa Cina, jadi komunikasi tidak menjadi masalah. Deposit adalah 1000 Baht, pastikan resit disimpan untuk pengeluaran balik semasa daftar keluar. Kekurangannya ialah tiada sarapan pagi disediakan, walaupun dengan bayaran tambahan. Bagi yang biasa bersarapan, perlu beli sendiri atau pesan makanan. Secara keseluruhan, saya akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang.

I've stayed 5 nights (suit 803B)- very cosy and aesthetic interior, charming plant behind glass balcony took my heart ☺️🌿 very clean and comfortable bed, I really like that delicate smell bedsheets give whole room. The long desk, comfortable chair and desk lamp were great while I was working, wifi always was stable and had high speed all my stay as well. Water, coffee and tea were always provided. Shower, water power and amazing smell of shower gel were beyond ally praises 🤩 There were some things that didn't bother me but might be useful for others to know. The sounds from the next room can be loud, but during the day. However, everything was quiet during the night. And the mirror is only in the bathroom where light isn't that much, so applying make up can be a bit tricky. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and definitely recommend it to friends and return when I have a chance.

Overall reasonable efforts fr the (breakfast teams & house keeping’s. Reception staffs (except door personals) were so so, could improve w/refresh Thai hospitality, warm & attentive than spent time on screens

Really cozy and cute place with a cafe. The room was nice and comfortable. I didn’t expect it to be this well-maintained. It was exactly how they are in photo.

It's okay experience... Definitely need to work on the smell of the place, not sure why rooms have this smell too.. but overall okay experience...room are quite outdated too.. and I have good experience with the front desk.. very helpful and help to change rooms

Stayed 4 nights at Mercure Bangkok Makkasan, and overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there are a few things worth noting before booking. The room itself was well equipped with all the essentials. Clean, functional, and comfortable enough for a few nights. No major issues with the room setup, and it serves its purpose well for resting after a long day out. However, the main issue is really the location. The hotel feels quite secluded, with almost nothing within a 1 km radius. Even walking to the nearest Petchaburi train station involves going along a main road, which can feel a bit unsafe, especially at night. Another thing that stood out was the bathroom design. The toilet and shower are connected to the room with a semi full-length door, so the air conditioning from the room seeps in. This makes it quite cold when showering, and at the same time, any odours from the toilet can drift into the room — not the most ideal setup. The check-in lobby is located on level 8, while there’s a concierge at level 1, which can be slightly inconvenient initially. That said, I have to highlight that the concierge team was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and making the stay more pleasant. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to Petchaburi station every hour, and for the return trip, you can message them to arrange pickup, which helps a bit. On the positive side, the swimming pool is nice, and the gym is well equipped for a proper workout. One small thing to note — there were quite a number of mosquitoes at level 1. Would I stay here again? Probably not, mainly due to the location and accessibility. If convenience is important for your Bangkok trip, this is something to consider carefully before booking.

Good value for money. The hotel is decent overall, but it feels a bit old and could use some renovation. The rooms are spacious, located on high floors, and offer a nice view. However, there is a notice in the room advising not to leave cash and valuables, which felt a bit concerning.

Location-wise, the Hi Hotel is within walking distance to the Rama 9 MRT station, which is quite convenient (1-2 stops away from Sukhumvit station, where you can change to the BTS at Asok). The photos of the room on Trip.com look much better than actual, but overall, it was not the worst experience, as it was also close to Makkasan Station, which will take you straight to Suvarnabhumi airport in less than 25 minutes for 35 baht only. For the cost of the room. It's a bargain!
