Located a bit far from the city but definitely worth the trip, perfectly splendid and candid location - double worth it for photo lovers. Plenty of things to do around. Hotel room is top notch quality in an Italian vibe. Additionally I have never had a smoother experience with the staff than here, most professional people.

The service was amazing. All of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast selection was good as well. However, I wish there had been more pork options. Since the hotel already serves several pork dishes, I was a bit confused why they used chicken ham instead of pork ham and did not include bacon. The only major issue during my stay was the air conditioning in room 404, which had a noise problem that kept me awake all night. It was too late to contact the staff, so I ended up putting in my earphones and trying to sleep.

Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. a soft, comfortable mattress and plush pillows—a dream for a restful night 🛌. Stayed here for 2 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and mountains, making it a great place to relax away from the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that helped me sleep well. The breakfast had a good variety of both Thai and international dishes, and the quality was better than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, always greeting guests with a smile. One of my favorite parts was the swimming pool area, which had a nice atmosphere and beautiful views of nature. The location is also convenient for visiting popular attractions around Khao Yai. Overall, dusitD2 Khao Yai offers a comfortable stay with great service and a relaxing environment. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Khao Yai.

Very good room The situation is perfect just near khao yai entrance It will be better if hotel provide towel for swiming pool Some animals in the garden and beautiful view In restaurant good isan food very good somtam The problem is breakfast … It’s not buffet and with many customers it’s difficult to have what you command without wait long time and for have all you ask … the staff 2 or 3 people are very busy … they try do their best … the breakfast menu is in english no have in thai !!! I think breakfast can begin before 7 am for customer who want enjoy morning time in national park ..

Stay: 27 May'26. I upgraded to an Executive Deluxe Room with a mountain-view for an additional cost, and it was definitely worth it! The view was stunning and made my stay much more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day. The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!  The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.  Cons: I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected. There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel. Neutral Note: There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware.

You have to call the reception on the phone for check in and someone will pick you up to your room. The water body outside is not clear and is greenish… Room is very very hot in the afternoon but there’s air con and fan. Breakfast is provided but can’t really communicate well

The camper-style accommodation was convenient and comfortable. However, I’d suggest improving the cleanliness of the bedding, as I got a skin rash. When we returned at night after dinner, the security guard was in a deep sleep — it took quite a while to wake him up.

My stay at Chateau de Khaoyai Hotel & Resort was seriously awesome. The whole vibe of the place is incredible, like something out of a fairy tale. But what really blew me away was the service. The staff were so friendly and down-to-earth, always there to help with a smile, but never in a stuffy way. They made us feel so welcome, like we were staying with friends. The facilities are just top-notch, too. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds are super well-kept—perfect for a morning stroll. Our room was spotless and comfy, and we had everything we needed. Honestly, it's the kind of place you don't want to leave. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing people and a beautiful setting, this is it. We're already planning our next trip back!
