PPengguna TetamuWe have just had the most lovely 2 night stay at this place. AD, Sam and Pla took care of our every need and we had beautiful breakfasts both mornings and they helped us plan our day. Special shout out though for Jo Joe, who played so well with our 5 year old and made her feel so super special on her 5th birthday celebrations! Also the fireshow the Friday night we stayed was really spectacular, over the pool as we ate dinner.

PPengguna TetamuOn arrival I was placed in the wrong room and it was noisy next to the pool with music pumping till 12:30 and then at 8am I was woken to loud music again at the pool restaurant and noisy families - it was terrible to lose one night of sleep and to be placed in the wrong room . I had booked the deluxe room and they put me into a small noisy room at the busy noisy pool restaurant area. I went to reception in the morning and said it was the wrong room and it was too noisy . They said they would put me in the correct room at 12.00. I was out in the correct room but it didn’t have tea or shower gel and I had to ask for it . The restaurant was a disaster and I asked to add on breakfast as the lady said I could pay extra and add on daily breakfast but when I asked to do this at the restaurant they said I couldn’t . It was weird and disappointing. They brought the wrong breakfast and I didn’t get the fruit that should come with my breakfast board. I ordered a cappuccino and it didn’t come . The next day I ordered a cappuccino and they gave me an Americano. The next day they were late bringing my cappuccino so I had to go to the counter and ask twice for it. They also placed someone else’s breakfast on my table . By the time I told them it was cold and they brought it to another table where the poor young boy got a cold late breakfast . In the mornings I was woken early to mass sweeping and chattering loudly outside my room . On checkout they have me another extra bill for 800 baht for a lunch at the restaurant that I never even had as I wasn’t even there that day as I was out the whole day. All in all it was a disaster for the high price that I paid … disappointing to say the least

PPengguna TetamuWonderful hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. Toon and T Kay were great at suggesting places for us to visit whether it was beaches, cafes or restaurants. They would always ask us how our day was and spoke wonderful English, too! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The plunge spa pool was a welcome cold escape from the heat of the summer sun and the staff were accommodating with any of our requests. The breakfast was good and enough to set us up for a day of sightseeing. It wasn’t the largest selection but you could choose how you’d like your eggs and the daily selection of Thai food changed each day. The pool is huge and looks out onto the beautiful beach and ocean. I would recommend to my friends and family and would love to stay again!

The resort offers stunning beach views, clean and comfortable rooms, and warm hospitality from the staff. The atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for couples seeking a serene beachfront escape.

Il Venus Hotel è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: accogliente, pulito e con un’atmosfera davvero rilassante. Le camere sono spaziose, ben arredate e sempre ordinate, con tutti i comfort necessari. Il personale è gentile, sorridente e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, si percepisce che ci tengono davvero agli ospiti.

PPengguna TetamuHi guys. I stayed at the Pier for a few days whilst travelling in Thailand. Loved it! Great location right on the beach and the owners were lovely people. Seemed like a family run business and they really look after the guests.
I will 100% be returning again. Would definitely recommend it! Excellent.

771/60大BIs a small resort hide just offside of the road.
To enter wirh your car need careful driving as it is narrow and rough.
Only few parking lot and should be enough afterall not too many drive a car in the island.
Check in/out is easy.
Speak good enough.
Room at first glance is lovely but the first night is a nightmare since a lot of mosquitoes inbthe room and I need to but a mosquito coil to kill them and also the smoke killed us too.
Aftet that, it is fine and evan though sometimes we may be bitten agian by the strong mosquitoes.
No breakfast but you can use their utensils such as kettle, hot plate, microwave to cook.
30Thb to wash and a drying rack is located at the back of the room with sufficient hanger to hang and dry your clothes.
A small swimming pool but I would dare to try.
Walking distance to the night market/food stall.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a beach front villa, the villa was lovely, felt like home from the moment we walked in, lots of space and a kitchen area, and a washing machine which was lovely to get some washing done before we continued travelling. Right on the beach, which was so peaceful. Unfortunately our villa didn’t have sun lounger in the sun like the others on the beach, when I asked if I could move one from the pool area, if was a very brutal blunt no, which really effected our stay, as we had nowhere to bask in the sun. If you are looking for a 4/5 star then this is not the place for you. The accommodation and location is ideal, but no service provided at all, no cleaning of the room, you had to ask for fresh towels and toilet roll, and the bins were never emptied. We felt like we were not very welcome, even at breakfast it felt like they didn’t really want you there. A smile, quick chat, and a bit of service goes a long long way. 100% only a 3 star if not 2 star because of the lack of service, more like a lovely beachfront self catering glamping pod. It’s a 3.5 km walk to the main town, which is buzzing, but there are pubs and restaurants along the whole road, to stop in for refreshments. Very relaxing place, apart from the staff bickering and arguing.

The place looks great, but those stairs are very steep. So you need to be quite fit
In the room, you have king size bed with 4 pillows. Good air-conditioner to cool the place down during the day.
Free bottle of water and Coca cola. Kettle pot to make hot coffee & tea. Also 55 inches TV with free movies, music, YouTube & Netflix! A good big bench to sit next to the big window also. Toilet is good condition just the pressure of water not strong enough for me.
A few things that I didn't like.
1. You bought a ocean view room but I don't have the view because the staff put me in the first room hidden by the forest 😆 So the tall trees just cut my view. And she said, this room has no view but air conditioner works very well and you will have no problem with the sun shine in the morning (probably because of the trees) but I still wanted my ocean view. So if the hotel owner doesn't plan to cut the tree to have an ocean view, then...please consider change the room name.
2. Cleanliness of pillow case. It smells pretty bad like กลิ่นอับชื้น first I thought it's from my dirty clothes but apparently it was not. It was the smell of the pillow. It smelled like a clothes that you dry it without sun...so after I found out about the smell from the pillow. I wasn't sure if it was cleaned or not after that last checked out.
3. Used soap is at the sink after I checked in. You should clean up everything new before giving the room to new customer.
But there is only 1 lady staff who take care of these 8 rooms so I guess if it full every day. It's hard to go up and down those stairs to do everything by herself.
The rest is good, just make sure you improve about the cleanliness. Thank you !!
