The service was great, everyone was very friendly and hospitable. It really has that family-owned vibe, where you can tell people truly care about your stay. We spent New Year’s Eve dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was a warm, enjoyable atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, and everything was modern, clean, and well-kept. It's also in a quiet area, which is perfect if you want a break from the chaos of the central area. Really enjoyed staying here, will definitely come back.

The hotel is a four star hotel with nice rooms and well kept. There is maintanence program currently in progess with but was of minimum discomfort to the guess.Breaksat is very good and the food is always replaced so no need to rush early in fear of not getting any food. The staff are all friendly from the Reception to the house cleaners.Good sized pool but the one complaint is the gym is in need to repairs.Most machines are damaged and the room is dark and dingy with most lights not working. There are many food outlets and a big department store not far from the hotel with restaurants. Restaurants near hotel all menus in Thai. The hotel is far from the city center byt there is a metro yellow line whch is new.

I like the place but the breakfast is not true! They said free breakfast but they don't say what kind of breakfast. I thought breakfast was about proper food where you can choose what you want(food on the plate). But it's not, they only offer one bread and 1 cup of the coffee that's it. I wrote this here because some people might expect your breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help — definitely a big plus. At first, we were given a room on the even-numbered side, and it was extremely noisy because of the road — we couldn’t sleep at all. Fortunately, we were moved to another room, and it was much better. Breakfast was unfortunately very repetitive. It’s fine for a couple of days, but after a week it becomes quite boring. Also, in all the rooms we managed to see on different floors, there was mold — in the corners of the shower and inside the air conditioner. The rooms look a bit old, and the cleaning is rather superficial. It would be nice if deep cleaning was done more often and more thoroughly. Overall, the hotel is okay for a short stay, but for a longer stay I would recommend looking for another option.

awful location, i took a 15 minutes taxi to get to a metro station. the room looks old and has a suspicious door, thankfully closed, to another room. i could hear my neighbour talking and coughing. tv has only two channels (why is it even there). normally it’s hard to wake me up but there was crazy noise outside every morning. location is the worst thing tho.

Overall, the room felt quite new, as the hotel has recently undergone renovations. The facilities were comprehensive and well-appointed, providing everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. However, the service quality could be improved. Upon our arrival, there was no staff member at the front entrance to assist with our luggage. We also observed that other arriving guests did not receive assistance either. Enhancing the front-door service would significantly elevate the overall guest experience and create a more welcoming first impression. Additionally, during my stay, a notice was issued regarding maintenance work on the hot water piping system scheduled between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. I believe such maintenance should be arranged after 12:00 PM, which is the standard check-out time, to minimize inconvenience to guests. Scheduling maintenance after most guests have checked out would help reduce disruptions and demonstrate greater consideration for those still staying at the hotel.

It's a comfortable and no frills hotel. The best thing is the close proximity to Seacon Square and Train Night Market.

Love this hotel. It's a bit further away from the centre but the nearest sky train station is in walking distance. Pool is great and the gym has everything you need.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff throughout our stay were consistently helpful, professional, and eager to assist. Lumen is surrounded by shopping and dining options. Seacon Square, Lotus, and Paradise Park are all within a mile radius, making it easy to shop, dine, or catch a movie. On either side of the hotel, you’ll find 7-Elevens, Café Amazon, and local morning markets are perfect for grabbing a quick bite or experiencing local flavours. Just a short stroll away, on the opposite side where Lotus is, you will find the famous 'Train Night Market', a bustling hub of food, fashion, and fun that stays lively well into the night. The room was thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds, a powerful rain shower, a dining counter, and a cosy living area, ideal for relaxing after a long day. Rooms are with televisions. The breakfast buffet was just right: a satisfying spread of freshly cooked dishes, crispy waffles, buttery croissants, noodles, and a made-to-order egg station that left us full all day. Lumen’s leisure facilities are well-maintained and inviting. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room are open until 8pm. The fitness center with a view is okay for a workout. From the unbeatable location and comfortable rooms to the warm hospitality and amenities, Lumen Bangkok Hotel truly made us feel at home. It’s a modern, stylish retreat in the heart of Srinakarin, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. In fact, it hardly felt like we were away, just wrapped in the comfort of genuine Thai hospitality. Highly recommended for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and a touch of local charm.
