Ist eine ruhige kleine Anlage fast direkt am Strand eine Straße dazwischen wo wir da waren war auch nicht viel Verkehr. Personal freundlich, Essen giebt es dort nicht. Aber direkt am Strand sind viele kleine Restaurants, man kann essen und auch baden. Die Ausstattung ist normal wie überall, Betten sind weich man kann gut schlafen, aircon auch vorhanden auch lese. Waren zufrieden. Und 7 eleven 200m entfernt.

Needed a place to stay near the pier for a morning ferry ride to Samed. Only a 13 minute walk. Convenient, clean and pleasant. It was a charming little overnight stay which I'm glad I found.

Очень хороший отель, чисто в номерах, домиках, есть домики с 2-3 спальнями, и бассейном, есть игровая комната для детей с кондиционером, бассейны для малышей и большой бассейн вечером все в подсветке,. Завтраки однотипные шведский стол, нам за 9 дней не надоело, все было вкусно, персонал предлагал дополнительные блюда но отказались, нам и этого хватало, на любой вкус, несколько раз угощали вкусняшками, отдельно про персонал, невероятные люди, спасибо Вам!!!, все что не спрашивали, все сделали в лучшем виде, всегда старались помочь. Заселили на 7 часов раньше, при выселении подарили по футболке, на завтраках блюда отдельные, просто фрукты приносили в номера, вечерами в бассейне позволяли купаться после 20-00, очень красиво и приятно. Еще раз спасибо Вам за отдых.

На празднование Дня Рождения снимали отдельно стоящую виллу с видом на море. Отель новый, открыт в 2025 году.
Команда отеля делает все, чтобы сохранить этот отель в таком же состоянии. У нас сложилось ощущение, что здесь работают самые приветливые тайцы.
Номера шикарные, большие, бесплатно предоставили кровать для ребенка, все новенькое, чистое. Душевая как отдельная комната очень большая. Ванная на веранде супер.
Территория шикарная, вечером очень красиво подсвечена, играет приятная, тихая музыка на ресепшен.
Питание хорошее, можно было бы добавить немного разнообразия на завтраке.
Бассейны большие, один расположен почти всегда в тени, второй такое ощущение, что прям в море, очень круто.
Команда отеля очень старается, видно что реагируют на отзывы (до заезда читал, что на завтраках мухи по еде ползают и жарко). Отель сделал закрывающиеся сетки на еду и установил вентиляторы, очень бы хотелось еще вентиляторы сверху.
Из минусов для нас - расположение, рядом скудный выбор кафе (но есть отличный ресторан в пеший доступности, где проходит файер шоу) и отсутствие массажных салонов. Но данные минусы полностью компенсируются уединенностью, тишиной, спокойным морем (немного мутновато, ежей не встретили за 4 дня) и тук туком, который довезет в самый центр за 10 минут.
Что нужно исправить - ОЧЕНЬ долгая подача блюд в ресторане, том ям, креветки и суп для ребенка несли более часа, но было все приготовлено ОЧЕНЬ вкусно и команда отеля извинилась в виде скидки за такое длительное ожидание. WiFi действительно в номере работает не очень.

From the ao prao pier to kho Samet, the boat ride was smooth and when we got there, unfortunately our rooms were not ready but changed in the toilet and was able to enjoy the beach and pool while we waited.
Walking distance to the down town where lots of restaurants.
Hotel's restaurant was good. Delicious breakfast with many choices of bread, cheese, fruits and hot dishes. Everything was quite tasty. Dinner at the beach club Winnks was good, too.Live band performance, on site fire show. Foods were good and drinks were amazing.
Maybe it is because of the season we traveled but the waves were quite strong and water did not seem clear.
I have been to ao prao beach before and I believe for a family with small children, I recommend there.
If you are group of friends looking for excitement, maybe here is better.

TTaMaReThis is a good basic stay fir the money paid, I think around £25 per night? I feel kind of lucky I had bungalow 36 which was right opposite the reception but having said that I didn’t have any privacy because the double glazed patio doors only had curtains which when open everyone could see in meaning when I was there I had to have the curtains closed and the lights on. Which was a shame as a simple set of sheet curtains would have solved this issue. Having said that the noise was limited I expected it to be noisy but Toks bars did keep the music low and I think it went off quite early too. I had a terrace eith bench exterior lighting and table, bin and broom to sweep up sand and a thick bathroom mat towel to dust sand off feet when entering the bungalow. Inside the bungalow was a fridge a safe wardrobe kettle urn two mugs two glasses, 2 dental kits, shampoo conditioner shower gel, 2 x towels, 1 small roll of toilet roll, 1 x bar of soap. You get towels, wash kit loo roll left on your terrace each night of your stay except the night before you leave. I think if you want your room done over you ask reception. The room was clean though the bathroom appeared clean but could do with a deep clean as sink overflow was black and the air con piping was dusty as was the extraction fan. You also got a bath mat in the bathroom and a bin. The loo had a bidet facet. There was a slight sewage smell in the morning on my second day but it’s an island and sure their sewage collection piping is probably quite fragile. I walked to the hotel when I arrived and I think you walk past the sewage works/garbage tip it smells horrendous 🤣. Overall I would stay here again as it’s a good location not sure if I would want to be in a bungalow at the top of the hill though. the beach is across the road, taxi open vans pick up from outside, there’s a cafe, snack places, restaurant bar across the road Toks on the beach and in front of that is a set of beach loungers run by Ed she charges 100 baht. The beach is beautiful a little litter here and there and around the island as a whole but I think you’d find that a lot of places these days, it’s very sad.

CChris 王墨迪Overall the hotel has certainly fallen over the past 3 years and it’s pretty sad to see this happen, if you’re a single traveler or a couple I would recommend but I couldn’t recommend the hotel to families in its current state.
Management: Great management they listen to complaints, they are responsible and try to solve all issues. Sadly the management don’t have so much to work with these days.
General staff: A large percentage of the staff are Cambodian and living in limbo with the current issues between both countries. With the exception of one or two Cambodian staff most are either depressed and miserable or damn right rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. (The floor manager explained this himself)
Rooms: Nice and simple rooms the do the job but aging fast. The rooms look good but are not high quality materials and it shows the labor and material quality is low and cheap. Showers have virtually no pressure when the hotel is busy and the water won’t reach higher than luke-warm.
Location: I have to say it’s one of the best locations on the island when considering location and facilities and I guess this is their main selling point. They have shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shop and more.
Patrons: Most of the year the majority of visitors are going to be Tha and Asian, they are respectful, they have manners and they will be great to holiday alongside. During Christmas to New Year there were too many rude Europeans especially Swedish tourists, these tourists camped and took over large areas of the bar and restaurants, they moved around furniture, they were rude and disrespectful to other tourists leaving trash noise and mess wherever they visited. (Staff and management ignored)
Note: This used to be a great hotel and I have continuously visited over the past several years. Unfortunately I have begun to see a degradation of the hotel, the attitude towards western tourists (due to poor behavior of westerners) as well as issues related to the diplomatic issues between Cambodia and Thailand. I due hope this improves in the future.
With new staff or new immigration laws as well as new investment into the hotel it could easily thrive once more.

NNarichThe room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was outstanding. Upon check-in, we encountered an issue with the door lock, but the hotel promptly arranged a room change. The front desk staff handled the situation with great efficiency and professionalism. I had a beautiful time here since my first step in till the day of step out. 🥰 welcoming with the white tea aroma had already impressed me. My room is a bit small for two but trust me! You don’t wanna stay in the room all day while the beautiful nature is calling outside. Apart from wonderful view right in front of my room, you can have your own moment of sunrise every morning, cozy and nice relaxing a whole day long, walking to see the sunset is less than 10mins. There is great service and the room keeps cleaning which they have never disturbed your staying.
They serve nice breakfast here both international buffet and Thai style. This place might be far away from other happening restaurants in the busy beaches but their dishes are acceptable, Thai dishes are good taste, fresh pizza served right from the oven while drinks, cocktails 🍹are good here! Some missing in the menu but I think they hear it. 😉

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Thonglor, close to great restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, but still peaceful enough to relax properly. It made getting around Bangkok very easy.
The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and everything was spotless. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, which made our stay feel effortless.
Breakfast was definitely a highlight. There was a great variety of options, fresh ingredients, and something for every mood. It was the perfect way to start each day.
Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and always helpful. From check in to check out, they made us feel welcome and taken care of.
Overall, such a great experience. Comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

We are very familiar with island life in Thailand and appreciate that some things just don’t work as well.
The location of Malibu Samed Resort is gorgeous, it’s more or less situated on the beach of the small quaint Wong Duean Bay.
There are several beach restaurants available, the vibe is chilled, without the drinking or ******** culture. It’s lovely.
Our welcome was warm, the staff were great and happy to help with our luggage.
Our room is small 16 m² with 2 single beds, some hanging and storage space.
It has a rustic feel to it. There is a fridge which is always welcome, tea and coffee making facilities, which we always appreciate, as well as a safety deposit box & flat screen TV.
The bed and pillow are comfortable but not sumptuous.
Towels are provided and I would say are of typical island quality.
However the shower was an issue, obviously water is limited on the island and taking a hot shower was challenging but actually having a good supply of water either in the evening or morning was very hit and miss. Missed more often, it gets frustrating when you can’t have an adequate shower, that’s one of the reasons we move about frequently.
Breakfast is of limited quality but there are a variety of options including cereal, hot food both western & Thai.
Toast cereal and tea & coffee.
The pool area was hardly used during our stay so a nice quiet retreat from the beach was available.

PPengguna TetamuNice little hotel we stayed in the down stairs room no window and shower over toilet,the owner has spent a lot of money on this place tiling in shower to a very high standard, did have one concern didn’t see a smoke alarm and not having a window and walkway to get out was a bit scary, also if someone is in the loft room with kids above you there is a lot of noise, we had to get up first night to tell them to keep the noise down.

PPengguna TetamuSaikaew Villa 65 is less than a 5 minute walk from the songthiaw drop off to get to the accommodation, after the 10 minute taxi ride from Ban Phe pier. We booked 3 Superior Twin rooms for family but the rooms were definitely not 'superior'. The rooms lacked any finesse, with a broken lampshade, gaps under the doors for mozzies to get in, a broken light in the bathroom and a leaking sink pipe, dodgy fridge connection and dead batteries in the aircon remote. The room itself was clean and the service for room cleaning was good, but the surrounding area around the rooms was dilapidated, with broken down storage buildings, remnants of building works and rubbish bags and cleaning equipment on display in the walkways each day. There was a definite lack of attention to detail. It was backpacker style but not with a backpacker price tag. I booked the rooms on a balcony, with a view of the courtyard garden, but there was nowhere to sit outside the room, no chairs provided, just small tables. The location is very good, a minute or so walk away from the beach. The attached restaurant, 'Joe's', was very efficiently run and the service there was excellent (thank you to the waiting staff, who were very friendly and helpful). For 60 baht for the day, a deckchair could be rented with an umbrella right on the sea front, and the restaurant staff provided towels for the deckchairs when asked. If you plan on spending little time in your rooms, and you don't mind the outside appearance of the accommodation, then Sai Kaew 65 is a great place to base yourself for all that Sai Kaew and Koh Samed has to offer.
