A very clean and professional hotel with nice view on the busphorus (beach) in the breakfast section. Staff are very welcoming. The location is very nice with decent shops around, but not the best regarding how far from other areas. However, this is only pronounced due to how crowded istanbul is and traffic.

This hotel is one of the best in Taxim area. Just 200 meters from the both airports stop, with very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We got the rooms before 2pm. We were helped with our luggage upon arrival and in the night departure ( very helpful hotel staff brought our luggage to the bus stop). Will stay again here in summer time.

This is my second time, I have booked this hotel
The reception people were very helpful and polite.
I got there before the check in time and they were willing to take my luggage and keep it safe for me to return back later in the afternoon.
The service guy in the breakfast area called İbrahim was very efficient and kind and kept asking if everything was ok.
There is a market nearby called SOK and a really nice town nearby called Levent çarşı. I had a nice coffee there called Kahve dünyası.
My only wings are the pillows they were not so comfortable
There is a coach Havaist that picks you up from stand D at Levent 4 or Zincirlikuyu Metro to go to Istanbul Aiport
Make sure you call them +90 (850) 888 33 34 as sometimes they would be disruption and coaches will divert to other stops.
I am giving a big thumbs up for this hotel - fantastic staff and location.
I will be booking this hotel again if I am staying in Istanbul.

For me there was no room service for 7 days no towels no bins changed , no refreshments of toilet paper or anything, I needed to go ask for new bed sheets toilet paper towels , where to throw the trash out, apart from the house keeping service the place is value for money and in a good location.

The hotel’s location is very strategic, making it convenient for getting around Istanbul. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the breakfast is truly excellent with a very good selection.
The only downside during my stay was that the room had an unpleasant smell. I stayed in Room 415, and although I tried running hot water in both the sink and the shower, the odor did not go away.
I hope the management can address this issue, as it would greatly improve the overall experience and help maintain the hotel’s good reputation.

The hotel is up the hill but very near the jetty, Ortakoy mosque and very near to the main street. The receptionist carried my bag to my room which I really appreciated. My room was at the basement but i get to open the window most of the time to let air flow in. Would love to stay there again if I have the chance.

WWill VargheseThe location, hotel facilities, staff and food are top notch!! The actual location of the hotel might be a bit tricky since it’s located on a narrow lane. But access to prime areas in and around Istanbul is such a breeze!! Pretty much every main attraction such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica cisterns was just a 10-min walk. Grand Bazaar was only 5-6mins by foot. That’s the convenience you have when staying at this hotel. Will stay again when I visit Istanbul next time ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Location & Setting
Zeytinburnu might not be the first name that comes to mind when travelers think of Istanbul, yet this area surprised me. It’s strategically positioned close enough to reach Sultanahmet and Taksim with ease, yet far enough to escape the tourist crowds. The hotel itself feels like an oasis of calm within the city’s heartbeat. Step outside, and you’re minutes from transportation links, local eateries, and the Marmara coastline.
Design & Comfort
The moment you step into your room, you sense Hilton’s signature attention to detail—simple, modern, and purposeful. My room was bright, immaculate, and well-designed for both rest and work. The bed offered the kind of support that makes long travel days melt away, and everything, from lighting to Wi-Fi, worked exactly as it should. Small touches, like perfectly laundered linens and crisp air quality, added a layer of comfort that felt quietly luxurious.
Hospitality That Feels Personal
While the property itself is well-maintained, what truly makes this hotel memorable are the people behind the front desk. Fatih Tuna and Ömer are two names I won’t forget anytime soon. Their professionalism is effortless, and their kindness feels completely natural; no rehearsed smiles, no scripted greetings.
Whether it was assisting with directions, offering local dining suggestions, or simply greeting guests with warmth that instantly puts you at ease, both Fatih and Ömer demonstrated a level of hospitality that’s rare even among top-tier hotels. They are the kind of hosts who remind you that genuine service can transform an ordinary stay into a meaningful experience.
It’s no exaggeration to say that they embody the best of Turkish warmth; courteous, humorous, and always ready to help without ever feeling intrusive.

Breakfast each morning felt more like a pleasant ritual than a hotel buffet. The spread was abundant and fresh, featuring local cheeses, eggs, fruit, pastries, and strong Turkish tea that was hard to resist. Staff managed the flow smoothly, keeping everything replenished while maintaining the sense of calm that regular travelers quietly crave.
The public areas, especially the lobby, were clean, cozy, and inviting. Whether grabbing a quick coffee, catching up on emails, or chatting with staff, the space encouraged connection rather than mere transit.
Small Note
The only subtle reminder that you’re still in a lively city comes from occasional distant traffic or early-morning sounds from outside. It’s faint and fleeting, more of a whisper than a disturbance. For light sleepers, a higher floor or a room facing inward may be ideal.

Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed—everything you could want in a luxury hotel setting. What truly made our stay special, however, were the thoughtful touches provided by housekeeping. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, addressing our needs promptly and anticipate them before they arose.
One of the standout features of our stay was how well The Ritz-Carlton catered to families—specifically for our young daughter. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed with the array of toys and activities available for children, which kept her entertained and happy throughout our visit. The kids playroom was excellent. We spent almost 1hrs playing there. It’s clear that the hotel prioritizes making family stays as enjoyable and seamless as possible, and we deeply appreciated their efforts.

They anticipated needs before being asked, making the experience feel personal rather than procedural. AArtemit was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people.
Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport.
Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)

AAkif.My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
