Hotel berhampiran Kubu Rumeli, Istanbul

We had a fantastic three-day stay at this hotel in December with my parents. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the main attractions, and although it’s situated near the Grand Bazaar, it’s surprisingly quiet. The hotel is very clean, and we were kindly upgraded to a Triple Deluxe room after the air conditioner in our original room wasn’t strong enough. The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and spotless. We chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant every evening because the food quality was outstanding, and Ozgur took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Having access to the spa included in the price was an amazing bonus. Our daily routine was perfect — sightseeing until around 8–8:30 pm, relaxing at the spa until 10 pm, and then enjoying dinner at the restaurant with a breathtaking Bosphorus view until midnight. It was incredibly relaxing. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant view is truly stunning. We especially appreciated that on our first night, when we arrived at the restaurant close to midnight, we were still able to order a full meal without any issue. Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing stay — we would happily return and have already recommended the hotel to friends

Perfect hotel, very clean rooms and lobby. Food was 1000/10! Recepctionists, cleaning ladies and kitchen staff were super nice and friendly. Location is great too, 10 min walk to sea and big parks. And 15-20 min walk to nearby mall. Definitely will comeback.

Расположение - топ. Практически на площади Султанахмет. Рядом остановка Чемберлиташ трамвайная. Номер был на 2 этаже. Было окно с видом на море, но Леонов между 2 зданиями, поэтому не особо видно. В номере и отеле грязновато. Как заехали, про пили все поверхности и почти везде бала пыль. В ванной черная плесень в углах душа, почему ее не убирают - непонятно. Завтра бал супер. Огромное разнообразие сыров, овощей, в том числе и запеченых , зелень . Оливок, из фруктов были арбузы, апельсины, яблоки и грейпфрут, сушены в инжир и курага с изюмом. Завтрака проходили в соседнем ресторане в национальном стиле. Нам такого завтрака хватало до ужина На террасе отеля ресторан с видом на Босфор, туда можно было подниматься. Но мы с тарелками не ходили. В помоете в день перед выездом там пообедали за отдельные деньги. Персонал дружелюбный. Не навязчивый. Говорят на Английском. Кофе из кофе машины.

Great hotel complex sitting and located just the right place around the old city centre and public transportation. There is also gym and swimming pool for excise and relaxation. The receptionist is also kind enough to allow for early check in due to early arrival 👍

Saya membuat tempahan untuk 6 malam, mereka menyambut kami dengan baik di pintu, mereka membawa beg pakaian kami ke bilik, bilik kami mempunyai dua katil, kami juga mempunyai balkoni untuk merokok, lokasinya 4 minit berjalan kaki ke Jalan Istiklal.

it was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people. Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport. Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)

Расположен рядом с Стамбулом, до Стамбула можно доехать на разных автобусах я пользовался 336 тыми(.,А и М) автобусами. Атель сам по себе хорош, но что бы убрались в номерах надо попрасить, на таблички никто внимание не обращает.

Хороший отель. Хорошее местоположение, чистота в номерах и очень отзывчивый персонал

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
