Hotel berhampiran Pantai Kleopatra, Alanya

Бутик-Отель превзошел все ожидания. Номерной фонд оказался продуманным до мелочей, немного устаревший, но это не помешало никак. Отличное постельное белье, чистое. Прекрасная косметика в душевых. Система питания на ужине - высший пилотаж по кухне, сервировке и обслуживанию. Белоснежные скатерти и прекрасная посуда. Завтрак абсолютно одинаковый день за днем, сыры, колбасы, овощи, фрукты, соленая рыба, джемы, масло, хлебные изделия, выпечка. Горячая еда на завтраке по заказу у персонала. Принесут все, что попросите. Таким образом еда не выбрасывается лишняя, потребление разумное. Персонал знает свое дело на все 5+. Бассейн с морской водой удивил и восхитил. В Турции такая роскошь не во многих местах есть, поэтому за данную опцию огромный +. Местные жители, в частности милые котики и черепашка, забавляли все время пребывания в отеле. Лежаки можно устанавливать ровно так, как желаете, в тени граната или под пальмами. Сад заслужил свои 5+, садовник огромный молодец. Красивые закатные виды. Расположение рядом с пакетными отелями, никак не помешало нашему отдыху. Музыку или криков людей мы не слышали. Гости отеля - особая радость, все вежливые, культурные, приветливые. Атмосфера дружелюбная. Помогли с трансфером до аэропорта. Есть гостиная с уютной мебелью, барной зоной и библиотекой на разных языках. С огромным удовольствием приедем снова. Отель отличный, с немецким менеджментом, что говорит само за себя. В этом отеле я не первый раз. В декабре была хорошая цена, а в сезон, конечно, отель дорогой. Номера отличные, всё работает, номер с балконом, в номере есть интернет. Отель красивый, в холле удобные диваны и кресла. Еда в ресторане выше всяческих похвал, у меня был полупансион. Выбор блюд отличный, всё вкусно. Море рядом, через дорогу. До центра тоже недалеко, чуть больше километра. Отель рекомендую.

Были в отеле с июне с 25 по 30 число. В целом все понравилось, чистый комфортный семейный номер с хорошим видом, отличный вход в море, все вкусно и разнообразно, замечательная развлекательная программа, коктейли понравились только в нашем отеле, в соседнем Royale в Buddha bar бармен увидев наши браслеты обслуживал пренебрежительно и намешал какую-то дрянь, вылили даже пить не стали, больше туда возвращаться не хотелось. А так кроме этого случая, остальной персонал понравился, отзывчивый и приветливый.

В отеле я второй раз, отель хороший, очень важно, что он стоит прямо у моря. Есть свой пляж с лежаками и зонтиками. Номер довольно уютный, удобный матрас на кровати. Всё необходимое в номере есть, холодильник, чайник. Каждый день уборка с пополнением запаса воды. Сам отель чистый. Еда в ресторане хорошая, мясо, курица, индейка, рыба. Овощи и фрукты, десерты. Всё вкусно. На веранде с видом на море круглосуточно напитки из автомата. Есть бар на пляже. В отеле вполне приличная анимация, иногда живая музыка. Локация отеля тоже хорошая, он находится в 1 км от центра Аланьи. Отель рекомендую.

I had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Their attitude created a strong sense of trust and comfort throughout my stay. Every team member — including the entire reservations team  was attentive, helpful, and well-organized, always making sure everything ran smoothly. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Mohammad, for his trust, warmth, and respectful approach. His kind and thoughtful management is clearly reflected in the quality of service and the positive atmosphere of the hotel. His personal attention truly made a difference and added great value to my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would gladly choose to stay here again. I need to redeem myself and the hotel from my earlier posting. The hotel redeemed itself by giving me a better room and service upon my return  after the following experience with them. I was booked for 3 days initially. I then sought through this site to book for a further consecutive 5 days but either I or Trip made an error in the booking and we missed booking the first 2 days of the 5.  On the day which the hotel had me checking out I was off venturing not realizing the error. When I returned post check out time the male Receptionist was very upset, yelling at me and could not give me another room being fully booked.  His only concern was seeing this 79 year old Canadian male tourist travelling alone in a foreign country not knowing the language put out on to the street. Just as a thunder storm was brewing. Together we realized the error which of course was not of the hotel’s making.  I asked him if he could recommend another hotel. His response was “just down there” as if it was almost next door. I walked down the steep hill some distance but couldn’t see it because it turned out to be about 500 meters away. Returning, I asked him if he would call the hotel to see if they had a room. He said that he did and they did. I asked him to call me a taxi. He said “push the button”. I had to ask him “What button ?”  There is a taxi  call button on the outside of the gate unknown to me. When the taxi took me to this Atlas Hotel they had NOT  received any phone call from him nor did they have a room for me !!  I was distraught. In Canada the hotelier would take steps to ensure that their client was safe and able to find alternative accommodation which this person did not in any way. The taxi driver was able to find me a suitable hotel. Thanks to him.  SOME cautions to older patrons. This hotel is a considerable distance UP QUITE A STEEP HILL so if you are a walker take that into account. A laundry service was quoted at 15 Euros, in town it was 4 Euros. A 19 TRY bottle of water was 60 TRY at the hotel. They never did get the TV to work.  Finally, upon being treated so disrespectfully, upon discovery of the booking error,  I sought to cancel the further 5 days and obtain a refund. That was refused which was their right so I did return and was treated hospitably.

Nice hotel, location a bit away from Alanya was clean and friendly staff, actually the staff were excellent, beach was rocky slippery but still ok, travellers make sure to take light swimming shoes with you, swimming pool was good too.

This hotel located at very convenient spot because you can walk three minutes away and get to the restaurants, stores, pharmacies, etc….. I will talk about things that disappointed me. They have a standard rooms, basically a bed and bathroom at your feet. Bathroom don’t have a good ventilation. At 3AM I saw people running towards public bathrooms because if you go to the bathroom in your room, it’s gonna be very, very smelly. Especially if you have kids, little babies. You can upgrade your room additionally €15 a day but when I checked this option it’s not that big of a difference. This hotel don’t have rooms that look on the Seaside. You can get a partial view. If you wanted to have a partial view, the room 1689. Another important detail, you need to be careful with food because some of the salads were bad or salad dressings go bad really fast. You need to be picky because some of the food you can get sick from. Private beach is the best detail in this hotel.

We stopped here for one night. The pool was great after a long exhausting hot drive but unfortunately there was cat faeces on the fake grass on one side of the pool. When we let the reception know it was cleaned immediately. The location was great. Not far from the main ***** by sea. I shared a room with my mom and in the whole room there was only 1 out of 3 plug sockets in working order. The bathroom shower hole was on the other side of glass. Therefore making the whole bathroom floor flooded. There was a hole in the ceiling of bathroom. The air conditioning works but even on minimum setting was too cold so am thinking it's too big and powerful for the room size. The shower door literally had no door so water spilled everywhere. In the breakfast room the stand alone air conditioner was broken which made it unbearabley hot to eat. It would have been nice to eat outside but there was no shade whatsoever. All the staff were polite and tried to help wherever they could. With a few adjustments and a bit more spending from the owner/manager, this place could be perfect for a decent few days stay. I would definitely stay here again if these problems were fixed.

За свои деньги (100 долларов на пятерых) отлично. Есть 2 небольшие горки в бассейне. Еда на любителя. Есть свой пляж с лежаками и зонтами. Просите номер с окнами во двор, рядом с отелем кафешка, в которой были завывания под бубен до часу ночи! Персонал ничего с этим не может поделать, говорит, что якобы закон позволяет. Но предложили поменять номер
