Hotel berhampiran Taman Colee Hammock, Fort Lauderdale

The hotel has a great location and nice facilities. Everything was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff and pool attendants were all very friendly and helpful. Pool towels and umbrellas are provided for free, while beach umbrellas cost $30 but can be used from morning until 5 p.m. Beach chairs are free. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money — the Wi-Fi is fast, and the environment is quiet and tidy. The only downside is that the bottled water in the room costs $7 each. I didn’t notice the label at first and ended up drinking several bottles of water before realizing it. Also, the mini-fridge in my room seemed to be leaking a bit.

Rocketstay is awful. Pain to use, slow, cumbersome, check in extraordinarily late so they can charge extra to check in early, extremely early check out. This place was advertised at $130/night, and at the end of the rocketstay fees it was $200/night. Not worth it.

We recently stayed at GalleryOne - DoubleTree by Hilton in Fort Lauderdale for four nights, and overall, it was a decent experience with some highs and lows. Pros: The location is excellent—close to the beach and shopping malls, making it very convenient for a holiday. Our room was spacious, which we appreciated. We had a half view of the pool and half a view of the dumpster, though the latter was occasionally noisy. The front desk staff was accommodating; we arrived early, and the receptionist kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time, which we were very grateful for. Cons: While our housekeeping staff was very sweet, the cleaning quality didn’t quite meet the standard expected from a Hilton property and could use some improvement. The pool was not well-maintained—it was dirty when we arrived, and despite our four-day stay, it was never cleaned. Overall, while the location and room size were great, the maintenance and housekeeping aspects need attention to meet Hilton’s usual high standards.

The location was great because it was right off the beach but it wasn’t as great the experience. First they have hidden charges they don’t tell you online when you are booking the hotel, you only find out about the charge right when you finish paying (like the hotel $40 fee) and when you are checking in they charge $48 for mandatory valet service if the $42 self parking is full. Additionally, we thought we were going to say in the big building as shown in the picture but no they made up stay in a smaller building across the parking lot. The rooms do not look like they do in the pictures, they are a lot smaller and not that nice. Overall I didn’t enjoy the hotel at all but now I know for next time

Kami mengalami gangguan di lorong pada kira-kira 1:30a kedua-dua malam dan tiada sesiapa berada di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dari 11p - 7a untuk menangani keadaan, mereka mengharapkan anda menghubungi polis. Bilik ketiga adalah kecil (kami tidak peduli) dengan balkoni dan pemandangan laut. Tiada pengering rambut, yang kami minta dan tidak pernah diterima. Namun, pintu perancis yang bersambung dengan bilik sebelah. Mereka mempunyai kunci tetapi tidak menutup sepenuhnya dan mempunyai jurang yang besar. Akhirnya bilik keempat - mempunyai pemandangan laut dan balkoni tetapi pemegang pancuran mandian tertanggal apabila saya menghidupkannya, sekali lagi tiada rak atau palang tuala, separuh pintu pancuran mandian dan kami dikejutkan pada pukul 12:30 tetapi apa yang kami fikir adalah mencuci kuasa berlaku di dapur di luar kerana generator sangat kuat. Penyambut tetamu di meja penyambut tetamu cuba membantu yang mereka boleh dalam menukar bilik kami. Salah seorang daripada mereka telah membayar balik yuran resort kami sebanyak $60 (yang ternyata mereka hanya membayar separuh). Tetapi percutian kami mengambil masa setiap hari untuk bercakap dengan mereka dan datang dari pantai untuk mengemas, menukar bilik dan membongkar barang kami. 2 daripada 3 lorong tingkat yang kami masuki berbau marihuana setiap kali turun dari lif. Makanan dan minuman Tiki Bar sedap walaupun lambat. Kakitangan bersuara pada 3 kali berbeza kepada kami tentang kakitangan mereka yang pendek. Saya menghantar 3 e-mel kepada pengurus besar Mike Lang dan meninggalkan beberapa mesej kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Dia akhirnya menelefon untuk memberitahu saya dia telah menghantar e-mel saya kepada seseorang bernama Sarah untuk menghubungi (bosnya). Dia menjelaskan dia kesal dengan isu kami dan memahami dari mana asal kami tetapi dia tidak boleh berbuat apa-apa kecuali menawarkan malam percuma. Memandangkan masalah yang kami lalui, hakikatnya saya tidak tahu bila saya dan rakan saya boleh kembali dan satu malam tidak mencukupi, saya berkata kami lebih suka membayar balik. Dia telah membayar balik separuh lagi daripada yuran resort ($30). Saya meminta dia untuk maklumat hubungan Sarah dan dia tidak akan memberikannya dan memberitahu saya dia akan berhubung. Saya telah menghantar 2 e-mel susulan kepadanya yang saya tidak pernah mendengar daripadanya dan tidak mendapat apa-apa. Ini bukan cara sesiapa mengharapkan untuk menghabiskan percutian mereka. Memakan masa dan mengecewakan untuk dikatakan paling tidak. Lebih memburukkan lagi bahawa mereka tidak bertindak balas untuk cuba memperbaikinya. Saya telah melaporkan hotel ini kepada BBB dan sedang menunggu jawapan.

During our trip through Florida, we had the pleasure of staying one night at the Ocean Reef Hotel, and it was truly a great experience. Upon arrival, we found the reception closed, but it wasn’t long before a very friendly lady came to assist us with check-in. She had just gone out to grab a bite to eat, which is completely understandable – everyone needs food! Once we got to our hotel room, we were pleased to find it clean, well-maintained, and above average in size. Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, what mattered most was that the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless. After checking in, we went out for a meal, but upon returning, we discovered that the parking lot was nearly full, making it difficult to find a spot. Without even needing to ask, a very helpful staff member on the night shift immediately resolved the issue by assigning us a great parking space near the entrance. This thoughtful service made a huge difference. Throughout the night, this gentleman also conducted a round of checks, which gave us a great sense of security. The hotel itself was quiet, and we had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities, including the toilet and shower, were also impeccably clean. In the morning, when we checked out, the same lady who helped us with check-in was there again, and once more, we were greeted with kindness and a friendly smile. This hotel is definitely a place I would return to during a Florida road trip. I highly recommend it and want to thank the staff for their excellent care. It’s absolutely a place to revisit.

Location was beautiful & the room was to my liking but I absolutely believe that my experience could’ve been better. Before booking, I called to confirm if early check-in at 6:00 a.m. was available and was told it could be accommodated for an additional fee. I booked through Trip.com based on that information. When I arrived around 6:00 a.m., the front desk agent, Keisha, was extremely unwelcoming and nonchalant. After explaining that I had called ahead, there was no compassion, no apology and no effort to help. Had I known this, I would have stayed elsewhere. It wasn’t until I started calling other hotels to accommodate me that she finally decided to check room availability. She made it up in the last but After a long flight, this was very disappointing; especially for my first stay. If you have an early flight and your reservation does not have a “early check in” note, go elsewhere! Chances are less that I will return. Service: 1/10 Rooms: 8/10 Overall experience 7/10

The hotel is in a great location across the street with a ocean view! It is an older hotel but the staff was very friendly and helpful with us checking in. I would stay there again.

Cumple para pasar una noche como nos paso a nosotros por emergencia, pero si requiere más mantenimiento para que la estancia sea un poco mejor. Algo de lo que si deberían preocup**** es que se prohíba fumar en las habitaciones. Y actualizar el aire acondicionado.
