MMuriel HeslingJeune fille à l’accueil très sympathique. Par contre, nous avons eu une chambre handicapée alors qu’il n’y a aucune raison. La nuit atroce, on entend tous les bruits car ça résonne énormément. De plus, vers 3h du matin, un voisin est rentré dans la chambre voisine et gémissait, vomissait et a laissé l’eau couler pendant des heures… j’étais vraiment pas tranquille. Un hôtel de passes n’aurait pas été pire…

There was also no phone in the room, so I had to walk to the front desk to report it, and then they arranged a room change. The second room they gave me was clearly much smaller than the one I originally booked, but since I had a child with me and four suitcases, I didn’t bother asking for another change. The worst part is the air conditioner is still broken — it isn’t noisy, but the temperature keeps fluctuating between too cold and too warm.

PPengguna TetamuHad a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaEstaba muy bien ubicado ,el servicio perfecto tal fue así q se me quedó extraviado un teléfono en mi habitación y ya me había ido y me llamaron para q regresara a recogerlo y yo no me había dado ni cuenta q me dijeron q no me preocupara q mi teléfono iba a estar guardado esperando q yo regresaran ,la limpieza estaba normal ya q la propiedad estaban asiendo algunas reparaciones aun así no había ningún ruido y todo estaba tranquilo y por la noche había un security en el parking

OOlivia LozaCheck in wax fast and efficient. Online rates greatly recommended, cheaper than checking in at moment of arrival. The place is located in the Market Center, close to downtown area. There is a Dennys cafeteria across the street an the freeway entrance nearby. There is plenty ty of parking space inside, no parking space on the street. The rooms are average size for a 2 full size beds. Restroom has hair dryer, bar soap (the one in our restroom was used...) Inside the toilet room there is also the shower and tub. Tub does not have a mat or any other slip resistant material, so be carefully as the tub material is very slippery. The room was clean, sheets were decent clean, so were the towels. Check out was also very efficient. Average place, we were looking for a place to stay one night,
