PPengguna TetamuThis is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in anywhere. It's like stepping back in time. The room was a bit small, but it was just the two of us so it didn't matter. The bed was very comfortable and well appointed. The shower head system was a bit too complicated and there really wasn't enough pressure for all the different shower heads on it, but I was able to figure it out. Still I would have preferred a simpler shower head.
The lobby, the bar, the pool...everything is beautiful and classy. The new renovations look great!

DDavidConstruction going on,didnt let us know.pool was closed no hot tub working.maintanance didnt let us know.only 2 towels in room never had less than 3 anywhere.fire alarm went off 11:00 at night.but they did comp our parking.they charge 16 dollars to park yourself.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was overall clean, but when the toilet didn't quite smell right (yuck) and when I looked there was evidence that the area under the rim hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. We were happy with the location being a bit out of town for the price. The staff was great, the upfront push to buy a timeshare was expected and only took about 10 minutes of our time. Overall, we'd stay again but ask that our bathroom be cleaned more thoroughly.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is clean, big, ( even the washroom), with great ocean view Balcony.. it only just need extra careful ( of course) when crossing tye road , if you want to explore the beach... The location may a bit far from the downtown, if you need to explore more the town... but it has a closer theme park, Moody Garden ,which is very nice place to visit for a day... They have a ready , trusted , recommended transpos, if you need too..

PPengguna TetamuThe facilities were satisfactory. The food was acceptable. However, I was highly dissatisfied with the front desk service. I attempted an early check-in and was informed that the earliest I could check in was 3:00 PM. When I returned at approximately 3:10 PM, I was told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes or until 4:00 PM because the room was not yet ready. As I was leaving, I observed the two front desk staff members, who appeared to be Hispanic, laughing loudly as I exited. I then waited in my car. Shortly thereafter, I noticed several other guests entering the building and being checked in. I returned to inquire again about my room, and the staff member appeared visibly upset by my return. She checked the availability of my room and, as a result, I was assigned the last room on the first floor, which felt like a punitive measure.
We checked out on Sunday, around 11:20 AM. I received a phone call asking if I planned to check out that day. I explained that no staff was present at the front desk to process our check-out, and since we had already returned the key card, we left it in the designated return box. The front desk staff should have verified the return box before calling. Overall, the customer service experience could have been significantly improved.

PPengguna TetamuThe front desk was helpful and friendly. I love the self serve beverages and fruit in the lobby. That was nice and unexpected. The hot breakfast was descent/good. Better than continental breakfast. The bed was ok but the bathroom smelled of urine the whole time we stayed there. There were tiny bugs crawling all around the tub. We couldn't open the safe and went to use the phone to call front desk then found out it did not work. Had to walk to the office to notify them which the maintenance guy came right way to open it. I love the location but overall the place is out dated and need major work. I was surprised there weren't any noise outside the room or other rooms around us considering the place was completely booked.

PPengguna TetamuThis is new at this location and its only half a block from ocean.They bought out the otjer good hotel and are on the middle of rebuilding every room so its in a big mess right now.Hard to get rooms here cause only a few have been rebuilt and when they are open they go fast.
I was lucky to get a room but I really enjoyed my stay.Its located near ocean and all kinds of fast food restraunts and shopping areas.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed the weekend. However breakfast was only cereal, waffles, and muffins. Rooms were dirty behind furniture like nothing is moved to clean. There was spilled milk beside the fridge that was never cleaned from before. When checking out attendant did not want to engage. Stayed in a side room doing laundry rather than showing customer support. Just had us leave keys on counter and said we could go. Who does that? Not the best experience for sure.
