PPengguna Tetamu到達拉斯遊玩，選擇了這家喜來登，酒店各方面都非常好，服務態度熱情，早餐豐富多樣，設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，如果房間窗子能擦乾淨那就更完美了，住在36樓原來可以有好的視野觀賞downtown景色，可惜因為窗子的原因看的模模糊糊

Par contre, nous avons eu une chambre handicapée alors qu’il n’y a aucune raison.
La nuit atroce, on entend tous les bruits car ça résonne énormément. De plus, vers 3h du matin, un voisin est rentré dans la chambre voisine et gémissait, vomissait et a laissé l’eau couler pendant des heures… j’étais vraiment pas tranquille.
Un hôtel de passes n’aurait pas été pire…

PPengguna TetamuThe first room I checked into had an air conditioner that was as loud as an airplane engine. There was also no phone in the room, so I had to walk to the front desk to report it, and then they arranged a room change. The second room they gave me was clearly much smaller than the one I originally booked, but since I had a child with me and four suitcases, I didn’t bother asking for another change. The worst part is the air conditioner is still broken — it isn’t noisy, but the temperature keeps fluctuating between too cold and too warm.

PPengguna TetamuHad a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

CChinoblingzThey wouldnt ñwt me stay anymore because the lady working at desk said the girl you have with in my room i have to go because she argued with her about wearing to much revealing clothing . You think i wamt to stay at a place like this. My chic yeah she lnows ahe wrong and tried to fix it. She insisted checking out in the morning is ok. Yeah i want a refund for the uncofortable stay you made it for us

PPengguna Tanpa NamaEstaba muy bien ubicado ,el servicio perfecto tal fue así q se me quedó extraviado un teléfono en mi habitación y ya me había ido y me llamaron para q regresara a recogerlo y yo no me había dado ni cuenta q me dijeron q no me preocupara q mi teléfono iba a estar guardado esperando q yo regresaran ,la limpieza estaba normal ya q la propiedad estaban asiendo algunas reparaciones aun así no había ningún ruido y todo estaba tranquilo y por la noche había un security en el parking

SScottAimeeWhen we first arrived, we were in a second floor room. I asked for a ground floor room because both my friend and I are disabled veterans. No problem, we were given a ground floor room. When we initially went into the room, it was quite hot in there. In an attempt to cool the room down, I found that the controls on the air conditioner turned all the way around, leaving me not really knowing where on the dial did it corollate with the cool setting. While sitting on the bed, I noticed the ceiling and the very evident water damage on the ceiling. There were large areas on the ceiling that showed where large areas were covered by sheetrock or wood, then covered with paint. There were other areas that showed long sections that had water damage that had not been fixed, too. The only amenity was the ice bucket. All in all, the bed was decently comfortable and got a fair night’s sleep, but the pillows were less than useful. The only thing that irritated me was the fact that housekeeping knocked on the door before 1100 am. We were already taking our belongings to the truck and when we tried to get back into the room to get the rest of our belongings, the card key no longer worked! I had to walk from one end of the motel to the other end to get back to the office; they had to reset the key I guess. Walking that distance was very difficult physically for me and I feel that would not have been necessary if the key continued to be effective in unlocking the door. I think next time I will stay somewhere else.
