"I originally booked for the one bedroom king suite but when i arrived it wasn’t available so i got upgraded to the skyline suite and it was excellent !"

"The hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price."

"I love the location of this place - in the (IMO) prettiest part of the city, right among all the museums. The keycard entry offers guests a nice level of security. The complimentary coffee in the morning is a lifesaver, as is the 24/7 snack mart. The gym is pretty straightforward, but offered just what I needed, and the bed was super comfy. The staff is also very friendly."

"Decent hotel under renovation. Noisy during the day. Fairly clean rooms but clearly dated. The ventilation/AC system loud in the night.  Shower gel bottle empty. Elevators not all operating and we had to wait for 5 minutes in the morning. Front desk helpful but not particularly welcoming or friendly."

"The main advantage of 4211 Suites is its location. It is a practical option if you need to stay close to the University of Pennsylvania campus or nearby academic activities. For a short one-night stay, especially if you are in a rush, it can work. That said, it feels more like a basic student accommodation than a proper hotel. The staff at the counter were generally polite, though communication was sometimes limited, so service may feel a bit uneven. The room was spacious enough, but it had a noticeable humid smell, which affected the overall comfort. The breakfast area is very limited, and I would not recommend paying extra for it. The food options were basic and not good value for the price. I also found the use of plastic plates and cutlery frustrating, especially with hot food, as it felt low quality and uncomfortable. Overall, I am not making a major complaint, but I do think the property should invest more in the quality of the rooms, breakfast, and basic items provided. Given the price charged, the experience could be much better. It may be acceptable for students or longer basic stays, but for adult travelers expecting hotel-level comfort and service, I would only recommend it for a short stay."

"Good location, near to Suburban train station. Walking distance about 15-20 minutes walk to Chinatown and the Marketplace. Would be better if housekeeping vacuum the floor."
