Hotel berhampiran Menara Willis, Chicago

"The staff are really kind and personable. The location is great. You can catch the bus, the on and off bus, taxis, Ubers, and all sorts just at the front entrance. The only issue I have is the blankets aren't warm enough for a cold day. It isn't warm at all. We had to ask for extra blankets."

"地點很方便，距離CTA衹有2分鐘距離。廁所排風系統不太頂用，但也能將就。我們入住后發現旁邊一間房的小孩很吵，酒店及時去和旁邊客人溝通，並給我們換了房間。總體而言酒店服務人員態度還是不錯的。"

"Having an in-house restaurant that could allow people eat a buffet type breakfast with so many varieties at their disposal would be nice"

"Très bien situé dans le cartier Loop, personnel très accueillant, lit et oreillée très confortable. Le déjeuner brunch excellent et varié"

"Amazing hostel. Literally the best hostel I’ve ever visited (I tried 5). The location is amazing. Theres no deposit. They provide 2 rltowels, 2 sheets, warm blanket. Im 162 tall and there was enough space for me. There’re shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Room for 10 girls was spacious! The kitchen has fridge and freezer. Also, there’s a water fountain for a clean water. They also have wending machines. They also can receive a package for you for an additional charge. Another cool thing is that they can keep docs and money safe in the lobby. No breakfasts. Hostel offers so many activities. I felt really comfy to travel as girl. There’re some homeless dudes sleeping not far from the hotel, but they don’t bother others. I walked once at 8 pm and I wouldn’t recommend to repeat such experience. District is good, like it’s literally the city center, but it comes dark, there’re very weird dudes on the street."

"The hotel was located near a mall and many luxury branded shops, going to places and back was easy with public transport if you get a Ventra card in advance. The hotel room itself is nothing like the pictures shown on the listing. The room was very dull and gloomy looking with having to rely on the lamps to light up the room. When I entered into the room with my fiancé we both felt started feeling very itchy laying on the bed and was coughing. We checked that the air vents was very dusty and turned it off, when we did it helped but we had no way to warm the room up if we wanted to. The bathroom itself was filled with dust on lights and the frame of the mirror. The stay was okay, but not worth the amount of money spent."

"It was a great location and accessible by all modes just missing the basic parking facility plus basic bar & water in the room. The bathrooms could be renovated as it gives an old and worn out look with crappy spaces"

"The Best Western River North Hotel is a practical choice for exploring Chicago, thanks to its excellent location near the Magnificent Mile. The rooms are clean and functional, providing a comfortable base for a short stay. One of the highlights is the rooftop deck, which offers great views of the city skyline. Having an indoor pool and on-site parking is also a major convenience for this downtown area. It offers reliable value for those who want to be close to the action without the luxury hotel price tag. And we had an amazing walk to union train station"
