One of the best hotel experiences I've had, and the first impression set the tone perfectly. Upon arrival, our bags were immediately taken by staff, and before we even reached the front desk, we were warmly greeted, guided to a seating area, and served fresh fruit, cold tea, and a refreshing wet towel — all while check-in was handled seamlessly. That kind of hospitality is rare. We booked two rooms, both beautifully decorated in a unique cave-themed style. Each room came with a jacuzzi bathtub, excellent shower pressure, and an automatic bidet with a heated seat — thoughtful touches that made a real difference. The air-conditioning was wonderfully cold, a true relief in Vietnam's heat. The toiletries were paraben-free, which I genuinely appreciated, and the hairdryer was a solid Dyson dupe, very functional and stylish. Room size was comfortable for two guests. Breakfast was included, as was afternoon tea — both a lovely bonus. The location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance of Malaysia Street's halal eateries and Ben Thanh Market. Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely be returning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Exceptional Stay at Hotel des Arts Saigon I stayed at Hotel des Arts Saigon for two nights and in one word — it was amazing. The facilities were top-notch, including a stylish restaurant, a stunning rooftop pool, and impeccable service throughout. The highlight was the fine-dining restaurant on the 23rd floor, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. Dinner there was absolutely stunning — both in taste and presentation. The rooftop bar by the pool was another gem, with an extended happy hour and a live DJ setting the perfect vibe. Whether you’re looking to relax or celebrate, this hotel delivers luxury and atmosphere in equal measure. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

Ia cukup bagus. Lokasinya sangat baik, dan untuk harga dan lokasi, ia agak bagus. Ia juga agak unik, dan makanannya okay. Lain kali saya datang lagi.

The location is good, the room is very clean. The service is good too. I am happy with all of this. What made me unhappy and inconvenient, the reasons I gave two stars for amenties are as follows: 1) toilet - clean yes, but the water pump is top strong and inconvenient to press, feel like I am pressing a broken handle water pump. 2) trash bin - in the toilet, it is difficult to push down the cover, too strong, so always ended up touching my hand with the cover where most of the trashed from the toilet were in contact with while pushing down. In the room, the cover, always need to use hands to remove the cover. 3) Electricity plug sockets - should have at least two free, one each by each bed. But what we had to use is the one for TV plug, the one for night light bulb (between the bed). Only one free socket by the mirror in the bedroom. So very inconvenience for two persons to charge our phones or laptops.

My brother and his wife stayed at La Vela Saigon Hotel for their honeymoon, and they had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooftop pool and city views were breathtaking, especially at night. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere made their honeymoon feel extra special and memorable. Thank you to the entire team at La Vela Saigon Hotel for making their trip to Ho Chi Minh City so wonderful. Highly recommended for couples and honeymooners!

I care a lot about bathrooms, and this one was actually solid. Clean sink area, good shower pressure, and no weird damp smell. The room itself was straightforward and comfortable, which made the stay feel better than I expected.

Located almost perfectly for Saigon's riverside - beautiful scenery, breezy, convenient for getting to the cityvattraction. Its a big apartment building, fresh and clean. Pool is not big and made mostly for children. Flat wasnt so nice as it was on pictures. But its not bad, i like it. Main troubles were: no hot water in second bathroom, noisy aircons blocks just outside balcony. But: very good beds and bedlinens, very clean, all the utensils. I have to say that guys from Rivergate central is just saints. They were able to solve a huge trouble created by ourselves. Thank you, u r great. Yes, i will stay there again. Very good price for this unit and location - and unbeatable service.

Score 10 for service quality, interior, home design. I really like the location in this place, it's close to the center, there are convenience stores, shopping malls on the premises. I highly recommend this area

Lokasi yang sangat strategik di pusat bandar. Semuanya boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Hotel yang bersih dan yang paling penting, tenang. Kakitangan yang ramah.
