We stayed at this hotel for one night just to rest, and it was perfectly fine for that purpose. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the reception is available 24/7, which is very convenient if you arrive late or need assistance at any time. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it’s a good option if you need a simple place to stay overnight.

I just think that the room is not worth the price as it is not in a good condition (bathroom leak from the ceiling,remote control cannot be use so i need to manually click on the tv, the renovation is not neatly done and the room is not thoroughly cleaned). The amenities superb, they prepared everything so it is very convenient. The breakfast spread is the star of the show menus are varies and the eggs done very deliciously. I think they put high price because of the location is very near to ben tanh market.

Great stay at Luxhome on Bui Vien Street! The room was spotlessly clean, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location is perfect — right on the walking street, so everything is right at your doorstep, yet the room was quiet enough to sleep well. It was also very easy to find, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location.
While it wasn’t the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, a definite no-go were the cockroaches. We stayed for two nights and could barely sleep because we could hear them crawling around. We saw cockroaches on both nights and even had to kill one ourselves. After the first night, we asked the staff if they could spray something, but I’m not sure they actually did—when we returned later, there was no smell of insect spray or any sign that the issue had been addressed. On top of that, there was a cat somewhere in the building that was meowing loudly throughout the entire night, both nights. The doors are not soundproof at all; there is a large gap between the door and the floor, so every noise carries through. We tried to find the cat, but every time we went looking or called out, the meowing stopped. We even thought it might be in one of the rooms, but we couldn’t locate it.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Given the location, there are plenty of other hotels nearby with similar prices and a much better experience.

Ann home was strategically near ben thanh market. This place doesn’t have elevators, just be mindful about accesibility. The room was definitely spacious, for the price point, it was worth it. We had some issues with toilet flush and shower head but the host was easy to contact and can resolve the issue. The spa downstairs was so convenient too, don’t need to go far. There is a mart downstairs which was useful too.

Arrived with warm greeting from the concierge and the front desk.. Being served a welcome drink.. Got our room at the 5th floor.. It's a big room.. 🥰 Housekeeping did well of cleaning our room..Breakfast was great.. The steward very nice.. Every morning will ask do you want an Egg😆

Easy to contact, communication was good, everything was handled quickly. The hotel feels like it's in a community area; in the mornings there are people walking around, shops, and lots of delicious food. It's convenient for getting around. If I have the opportunity, I will stay here again.

One of the best facilities for solo traveller, all looks new and tidy they have cover for bed and not clothes but like window. One of the best dorm i’ve ever stayed but they dont have lift sadly. And they have another branch too so i got lost if you want to check in early make sure they notice i burn one day of my stay there because i cant check in and i’m so tired travel so i need to bath first but i’ve to wait all day until check in time and at that time i already dont have energy.
But overall i recommended this place my experience a bit bad but the place is good actually so yeah…

CCordyVery good experience here. Good services from staffs. Provided welcoming drinks and fruits upon arrival. Free afternoon tea for guests (Taught it is chargeable). Great room layout and cleanliness. Near to MRT, Benh Tanh Market, famous 4P’s Pizza and 24h convenience store (7-11/GS25/Circle-K) within 1 min walk. Definitely my first option for my next stay in HCMC

PPengguna TetamuEnjoyed the location and the history of the hotel. Certain staffs were more proactive to our needs, while some were ignorant. Eg: Carrying alot of shopping bags and a whole bunch of staffs stayed behind the counter, no one to help open the door. Another example, bellman holding the lift for the bags instead of letting guests use first. Simple things like these, would make a whole lot of difference for a five star hotel. Anyway, I was happy with the receptionist that helped to accommodate our request. Swimming pool was quite outdated, with the tiles cracking on the side. Toiletries like shampoo and bath gel were of low quality (smells and feels like the motel detergent). Breakfast spread was great. So there's pros and cons. Could make the experience even better.

VVictor HankIs very 5 star hotel and service is very high class. The room is also very clean. However, the room is abit squeezy but overall is good experience. One night SGD 160 is quite reasonable. The concierge team is very experience and friendly in helping us find a 24 hour clinic. The view at floor 25 is really good. They have an infinity pool at the rooftop which can see the whole of HCMC cityview.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked for a family of 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). We were looking for apartments in the tallest building (landmark 81). When choosing, we relied solely on reviews. After a long flight, having warned in advance from the airport that we were leaving, we waited 40 minutes in the lobby for an employee to come to us. At the same time, they first tried to move us into another building from this residential complex, justifying this with the best view from the window. After the trial, they decided to put us in the landmark 81 building. When the staff brought us to the apartments, it turned out that someone was already living in them. After that, it took another 40 minutes for us to find another room in this building, and eventually we were moved into a three-bedroom apartment (we booked with two), which is why we were asked to move again the next day. As a result, we were provided with a free late eviction service for all the inconveniences caused. We also asked to leave our luggage for storage after check-out for a couple of hours, as a result, we could not receive it for almost an hour and almost missed the flight because of this. Despite all this, I had a good impression, because the view from the apartment window allowed me to smooth out all the shortcomings of the staff. If you need a stunning view from the window and you are not afraid of difficulties, I recommend booking!

VVilMy stay at Rivergate Central was fairly straightforward, though the check-in process was a little unconventional compared to typical hotels. Instead of a front desk, I had to WhatsApp the provided number, and a staff member came down to meet me at the lobby. That said, the response was quick and efficient, so it didn’t feel inconvenient.
One thing to note is their rule regarding luggage — if you’re carrying any, you’re required to use the service lift. It’s a bit unusual, so it’s good to be aware of this beforehand to avoid any confusion.
The room itself was simple and cosy, equipped with basic amenities like a microwave, fridge, and sink. It’s not luxurious, but it does the job for a short stay. Cleanliness was decent overall, though nothing particularly standout.
Checkout was very fuss-free. All I had to do was take a photo of the key and send it to the group chat they added me to, and that was it.
Overall, a no-frills stay with a unique system — suitable if you’re looking for something simple and efficient.

In the room one night we left a half eaten bag of biscuits on the bed side table and found it covered with small bugs in the morning, as well as a cockroach on the floor. As well, the sheets had what appeared to be blood stains from the previous visitors, which wasn’t great. Finally, a small thing was the room was quite dark, as the curtain couldn’t be opened.
The location of the hotel however was great.
