Hotel yang bagus bersih, kolam renang yang sangat besar, pantai juga sangat bagus dan bersih. Lebih sesuai untuk pergi bersama keluarga. Akan kembali pasti

Our one-week stay at JM Boutique Hotel in Phu Quoc was a delight, and we’d happily return if we visit the island again! The great location close to the beach and facilities offered a serene and relaxing atmosphere, making it feel like a spa retreat. Adding more variety to the breakfast menu, could elevate the experience further. The team was super friendly, the facilities were impeccably clean, and the free bicycles added a fun touch to explore. A truly rejuvenating experience!

The location is mostly the best - near they have really good spa (costs 310), the room was clean however not that good as they could. Otherwise it’s the good price-quality place. I recommend it if you don’t care a lot about all this stuff.

Отель находится рядом с отличным пляжем Khem Beach, большим отелем и бесплатными остановками шаттла до Sunset town, окружен ресторанами, массажными салонами, но найти отель сложно - нет никакой вывески. Проход в отель через помещение ресторана. Заселение получилось раньше 14:00, хотя я не доплачивала и не предупреждала, ежедневная уборка по запросу, я не пользовалась. В номере все чистое и новое, кроме одного полотенца для ног (фото). Воду и завтрак не предоставляют. Не понятно как регулировать кондиционер, было достаточно холодно. Администратора как такого нет, можно переписываться с кем-то в чате или WA, никто ни на каком языке кроме вьетнамского не говорит. Нормально для независимых самостоятельных путешественников, которые сами могут решить любой вопрос. Кухней, стиральной машиной и террасой не пользовалась. Достоинства: все в номере, включая белье и полотенца новое и чистое (кроме того, что я сказала выше), тихо, хорошая локация при той цене, которая заявлена. Недостатки: нет воды в номере, не регулируется кондиционер, трудно найти отель, нет завтраков.

Pearl Hotel & Spa not really hotel as we think, it was guest rooms on top of massage spot nearby beach. There is many shops and restaurants nearby. What was good is that we get room, the rest is nothing good at all. From my vision for Pearl staff lilbit difficult to communicate with foreigners, feels not very friendly, sorry to say this. Very hard to understand who care about this hotel business, we didn’t meet manager or boss... We have no cleaning, no change beddings. On last day housekeeping give fresh towels because we ask dry much. Room with AC + smart TV with YouTube, cattle, mini fridge with drinks *without price list we didn’t take anything, no iron, but with hairdryer. Room very small without windows, well maybe is better to say this room with imitation of window with view to the wall. Bathroom looks fresh after repair, clean, but feel uncomfortable especially because not enough air conditioning, no space to dry clothes. The biggest problem that in this building very noisy now, because of construction side, repair on progress nearby, so very loud sound we hear from early morning until late night, 8:00-23:00, so spent more time outside. It was very unpleasant time on Pearl hotel, but we have no choice around, it was booked on last minute. At the end of December all hotels of Phu Quoc is full, perhaps it’s very good for local business) On check in we wait key over 1 hour, on check out early morning no staff on reception, so it was self check out. Pearl not expensive and maybe the best location nearby beach if you need massage & room, but if you looking for good hotel service is better to find something else!!!

We booked this hotel for a 10-day holiday. However, we decided to head back to our Airbnb on the mainland 4 days early because the service was not as reliable as we expected. The team is lovely, but there were many inconsistencies that started to build up to the point where we just wanted to go home. While our room was visited for cleaning, usually only the bins were emptied; the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all I think and we were left without towels 4 out of 6 times. One day we even had to ask for toilet paper ourselves. Breakfast was okay. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. We experienced water outages due to a broken pump; we understand these things can happen, but we were never notified. We had to ask about the situation at reception ourselves. It wasn't possible to flush the toilet or shower for many hours. This actually influenced one of our evenings, as we returned from the beach all salty and sandy with no way to clean ourselves to go out for dinner. The water was back on around 20:45. The next morning when we wanted to take a shower, the water was off again without any communication to guests. After speaking with the manager about this, she said it would only be for 30 minutes, but guests should know about these things. She was very apologetic and said she would inform guests more proactively in the future. She also promised to personally ensure our room was cleaned. However, when we returned hours later, nothing had been done except 2 fresh bottles of water. No hard feelings, but we are disappointed, and felt we simply weren't receiving the service we paid for. It’s a nice place with potential, but it needs much better organization and more transparency with guests. We hope this will be improved for future guests.

This was definitely a treat for us . First location , was perfect for the sunset shows and kiss bridge . It’s also a quick walk to the cable car away for the Sun World Hon Thom theme and water park . The staff were friendly and helpful . The hotel has a great variety of restaurants, which we didn’t have enough time to try all. But Mare was great.

Khem Beach is beautiful and really 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. But. „The room with the view“ means no view. There’s a wall view, and a toilet view. It smells smoke, although a non-smoking room, and the curtains are moldy. One night option and never again!

I had a good stay at Paralia. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great and is just a short walk to the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and massage spas in the area. For the price, it was very good. I didn't have breakft, but my friend did. She said the breakftcould have been better quality and the area for breakfast could be cleaner.
