PPengguna TetamuPros: There is bellman service available to help us take care of our luggages when we arrived before check-in time, so we could go for lunch without our heavy baggages. Even though we rejected the enthusiastic bellman who offer to bring our luggages to our rooms, as we were not used to it, he continued to serve us graciously when we were lost (since the room numbers all starts with 1 followed by the storey). Located next to the sea with a shallow beach, Seashells is a prime location for beach swimming and kayaking. Safety signs were in placed and blow dryers were installed to prevent slipping at the ground floor. Restaurant serves delicious breakfast. Cons: We didn't receive a welcome drink that was supposed to be part of the hotel's check-in experience. The check-in timing is 3pm, unlike most other hotels that offers early check-in, this hotel doesn't. Generally, Seashells is a great stay and deserves its 5 stars rating for its location, cleanliness and facilities. Safety is a bonus point, given that lift access requires a room card. Although we did not have the opportunity to experience the sauna and steam bath, there were many options in the vicinity.

Resort dan hotel menjadi merdeka dengan nama mereka sendiri, Grand World dan Vinwonders telah diwujudkan, dan pemandangan orang ramai yang bersesak-sesak di dalam bas ulang-alik adalah tidak biasa dan mengecewakan... tetapi keramahan kakitangan dan ketenangan vila kolam renang masih mesra. Ia penuh dengannya. Saya sudah tidak sabar untuk melawat lagi.

EellgyMy stay at Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc began as a 5‑star experience but unfortunately ended as a 3‑star due to one major incident. On the positive side, the resort offers excellent privacy and quiet, with a large balcony that was perfect for relaxation. The pool and beach were both beautiful and well‑maintained, and the signature chocolate afternoon tea was a delightful highlight. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, ensuring something for everyone. I also want to praise the team at Waverly Lounge, Thúy, Châu, Jasmine, Duy, Cessi, Ixis, and Thái Duy, for their outstanding service. They served us a delicious cheesecake, refreshing mango bingsu, and the signature chocolate afternoon tea, all presented with warmth and professionalism. Their attentiveness truly stood out and added a special touch to the stay. Unfortunately, my lunch at Aura Beach Club was ruined when a large group of local people from NIK entered, surrounded my table, and began drinking, smoking, playing, and taking photos and videos that included me. This seriously disrupted my peaceful meal, and the hotel staff did not intervene. If they knew such a group was coming, they should have informed me so I could choose to dine at The Islander instead. Other issues included room cleaning that needs improvement: trash wasn’t cleared and amenities were missing. The fridge took a long time to cool items, and its glass door with a blue light that couldn’t be turned off disturbed my sleep. Overall, while the resort has many strengths, the lack of management during my lunch and room maintenance issues prevented this from being the relaxing 5‑star stay it could have been.

ДДинара МинбулгановаЭто гстиница, как я поняла, в спальном районе того региона. Девушка была вежливой, номер светлый и чистый. До пляжа Кхем 15 минут пешком. Сам район еще не очень заселен, и более безлюдный. Хочется написать хороший отзыв, НО .... когда мы заехали производились строительные работы. Все бы ничего, если бы не этот ужасный шум. Наверное это мы приехали не в совсем удачный период.

TTheresa TTThe best quality of this resort was the amazing view of the big pool to the ocean. The food was delicious but not as amazing as the Sheraton 3 bedrooms apartment resort we stayed few days prior. The fitness centre was a little small but still contained. Price was reasonable. We would rate it as 4 stars hotel. Definitely not a 5 stars as they claimed.

MMIKHAIL UDALOVGood to all travelers! We stayed at this villa as a family. We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. Service: very good. Concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: perfect Two bicycles in free use. The manager needs to fix the seat on one of the bicycles and lubricate the chains. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. I recommend this villa for 10/10, but I advise you to check about possible repairs before renting.
