Stayed at Seashells Phu Quoc Hotel & Spa and honestly had a really pleasant stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a relaxing trip. I also loved how convenient the location was, with the beach and nearby attractions within easy reach. The breakfast had a good variety and everything I tried was tasty. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Phu Quoc, especially if you’re looking for a relaxing hotel with a great location.

Kami sangat menikmati penginapan 7 malam kami di Pullman, kolam renangnya bagus dan besar, namun lantainya sangat licin di kawasan percikan kanak-kanak, adalah penting untuk memperbaikinya untuk keselamatan. Bilik kami adalah baik, bersih, satu-satunya perkara yang saya cadangkan ialah menggantikan perapi rambut dengan jenama yang berbeza. Sarapan adalah yang terbaik, banyak pilihan dan lazat. Kami juga mempunyai makan malam yang indah di Mad Cow, Pemandangannya luar biasa dan makanannya sangat enak! Mereka juga mengadakan pesta buih di kolam renang beberapa hari seminggu sekitar jam 4 petang, kanak-kanak sangat seronok! Hotel Pullman terletak berhampiran dengan lapangan terbang, dan mudah untuk ke tarikan sebelah selatan, seperti bandar matahari terbenam, kereta kabel dan lain-lain. Kami pasti akan kembali ke Pullman lagi.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I recently stayed at Mövenpick Villas and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for a getaway. The villa was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were excellent, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The resort amenities were also impressive, and one of the highlights of the stay was definitely the chocolate buffet—a signature Mövenpick experience that didn’t disappoint. During my stay, the water heater in the villa malfunctioned. I contacted the concierge through the app, and to their credit, the maintenance team responded promptly and resolved the issue quickly. That level of efficiency was much appreciated. Unfortunately, there were a couple of service-related experiences that prevented this from being a five-star stay. The biggest disappointment was that one of my perfume bottles was accidentally broken during housekeeping. While I understand that accidents can happen, what mattered more was how the situation was handled. After reporting it to the concierge, I was simply informed that they would need to investigate the matter, which could take quite some time. There was no immediate apology or any form of service recovery offered during my stay. Even if the investigation was necessary, a sincere apology and some acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have gone a long way in showing that guest concerns are taken seriously. Another area that could be improved is the buggy service. Communication is primarily done through the resort’s app, which generally works well. However, on the morning of checkout, we requested a buggy to bring us to the lobby. After waiting more than 15 minutes without any update, we eventually decided to walk ourselves while dragging our luggage all the way to the reception. It wasn’t the ideal way to end an otherwise relaxing holiday. Overall, Mövenpick Villas has a lot going for it. The beautiful surroundings, clean and comfortable villas, excellent amenities, delicious chocolate buffet, and responsive maintenance team made for an enjoyable stay. With more proactive service recovery when issues arise and a more reliable buggy service, I believe the guest experience could be elevated significantly. I would still recommend Mövenpick Villas for anyone looking for a relaxing escape, and I hope the resort continues to refine its guest service to match the high standard of its facilities.

We had an amazing stay at Mövenpick Phu Quoc. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The beach was clean and relaxing, and the swimming pools were excellent for both adults and children, making it a perfect choice for families. The location is also very convenient, close to the airport.

Good to all travelers! We stayed at this hotel as a family. We rented two rooms. The hotel is new. No more than two years after the opening. The description of the hotel and rooms fully corresponds to the website. I must say right away that the hotel can be rated five out of five, everything else is not the fault of the hotel and its service. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. It is not surprising that suddenly reconstruction and equipment for a new tourist facility (hotel, shop, restaurant, etc.) can begin in neighboring buildings, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the silence regime is still observed. This is Saturday and Sunday, a complete ban, repairs are possible only from 8:00 to 11:00 from 13:00 to 17:00. HL Melody in the neighboring block is completing reconstruction for its own apartments, that is, it is expanding its offer. It is said that everything will be finished by March 2026. But I repeat, it's everywhere on the island and on Khem in particular. If you think that hotels such as La Grotta, All Sand, Paralia, ANN and others of this class of hotels will be better, then you are mistaken. Construction and reconstruction are going on everywhere. Unlike these hotels, the location of HL is much better, far from the noise of the crowd of vacationers, the noise of passing cars and bikes. Khem Beach is a 10-minute slow walk away. The windows of rooms 101, 201, 301, and so on overlook the rainforest. At night, we turned off the air conditioner and slept with the windows open in complete silence. In the morning, we were only bothered by the roosters of the neighboring village and the forest birds. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. HL Melody service: very good. The Ngoan concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: new and clean. Cleaning was carried out every day. Towels are changed every day. The linen is all snow-white and dry. Please note that there is an error in the description of one of the rooms. There is only one kitchen for self-catering and breakfast on the ground floor. In the lobby there is a stove, refrigerator, dishes, professional coffee machine, water, drinks, Two bicycles in free use. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. There's an elevator in the hotel, but you can't hear it at all. In general, the sound insulation is good. We recommend this hotel. The price is fair and affordable, and the service corresponds to the hotel class. I repeat that the problems of reconstruction are a problem of Phu Quoc in any new location of tourist clusters - Marina, SunSetTown, Khem, and etc.

Были сложности с заселением, после бронирования и когда я связался с объектом размещения прошел час когда мне ответили. До этого жил в подобном номере, там было чище. В номере один телевизор вместо трех. И было разбито стекло на входе, также отсутствовало стекло в душе, владелец предлагал его установить когда мы находились там.

We enjoyed our stay at SOL by Melia, we were 3 families with children and spent 3 nights at the hotel. Everything was great, honestly didn't had much time to explore the services and facilities properly coz first day we arrived late in evening and check-in process was smooth and professional. Next both days we had full day tours, we left quite early in morning and came back by 7.30 PM and went straight out to have dinner. The only meal we had at the hotel was our breakfast which was included in our booking and I could say it wasn't a lot of variety but seems sufficient. We were all Non-vegetarians and with eggs, breakfast is always a smooth ride. Alongside we had rice and noodles and some fruits, so it was all good. Rooms were clean and good size and we didn't had any issues with housekeeping. All in all a good stay in Phu Quoc and would certainly recommend to anyone looking to stay in a good location for easy pickups for your tours in Phu quoc.

Прекрасное тихо, уютное и очень зелёное место. Встретили, привезли до виллы. Все было чисто, красиво, уютно. Есть нюансы, количество открытых спален зависит от количества заявленных людей. Это странно. Просто уточняйте этот момент. Белье роскошное, полотенца свежие. Вид шикарный. Тишина вокруг. Пожалуйста, покупайте новые губки для посуды для новых жильцов. Я думаю Вам это не накладно, а впечатление будет лучше
