I stayed here for two nights and found the experience quite comfortable. The room had a light, pleasant scent when I walked in, which made it feel fresh. The bed was supportive and easy to sleep on. At night, the area was quiet enough to rest well. Staff were polite and helpful when needed. There are also several food spots nearby, so it was convenient

Khách sạn nằm n*** mặt phố đông đúc nên luôn ồn ào, đặc biệt là ban ngày. Việc chỉ có 1 lớp cửa kính chắn là không đủ để chống ồn. Với vị trí n*** tuyến đường lớn, tôi nghĩ phải 3 lớp cửa mới đủ cách âm. Ngoài ra có chuột chạy n*** trên mái nhà khiến tôi hơi lo lắng. Khu phố cũng có nhiều gián nhưng may là trong phòng không có.
Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên cũng nhiệt tình. Có bếp nhưng chỉ thích hợp pha mỳ tôm vì không có nồi, chảo, đũa, thìa. Tôi rất thích máy giặt trong phòng vì dễ sử dụng.
Chống ồn khá kém vì khi khách phòng bên chơi điện thoại, tôi nghe rõ hết âm thanh phát ra từ điện thoại của anh ta, cứ như anh ta ở n*** phòng tôi vậy.

The hotel charges almost a full day’s rate for early check-in, which I found quite unreasonable. Even if you arrive just a few hours earlier than the standard check-in time, you are required to pay nearly the same amount as staying an extra night. It would have been more considerate if they offered a more flexible or discounted early check-in option for guests.
Room service was also not very attentive. Housekeeping did not automatically clean or refresh the room unless we specifically requested it. Basic services such as tidying up the room, replacing towels, or refilling amenities were only done after we called and asked. This made the overall stay feel less comfortable and less welcoming.
Overall, the hotel is not terrible, but it certainly does not stand out as an excellent place to stay. The service and policies do not justify being considered among the best. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service, flexibility, and overall guest experience.

Friendly and very Helpful Stuff, Stuff at reception is good nit everyone speaks english, but when i checked in there was a beautiful girl who speaks very good english and very professional, she even brought fruits for apoligizing late checking in but cleanning is not very good, and overall hotel is old and not like in photos, and breakfast needs bit improvement especially i didnt like that woman who cooked was coughing and not wearing mask.
AC doesnt work proper especially for heating. But stuff got the solution and brought heater!
Water pressure in shower and bathroom needs repairing.

The hotel is pretty clean except for a little cockroach that accompanied us for the day. My friend was pretty scared. Space wise is quite ok and also cleaning is pretty prompt. Need to travel or walk for a little to shopping areas but since grab is cheap in Vietnam its not an issue. Drivers also stop across the road from the hotel as it is left hand drive.

Location wise is good. Except that the room is outdated and poorly manage. I understand that the building is pld. But the furniture and finishing on the wall, ceiling, its very old. Breakfast was bad. They pre cook the waffle and serve it for the next several days i guess. I saw them pre cook it and fill it in a large container till its full. But the staff was good.

PPengguna Tetamulocation is good, in the old quartier. The hotel staff are nice, Arther received me and gave me a lot of advices. Breakfast is good with many choices, and they also change dishes everyday. Fitness center is small, bars are nice especially the one at levelB1. Pool bar is nice to but it’s bit cold in winter time. The room is small. Isolation not very good, but all the rest is very good.

The room is cozy with the living area and the bedroom, and appreciate the bath tub for sure. overall it’s a very decent and comfortable place to stay, the staff are very helpful as well as they provide laundry service everyday. And the district feels safe as they are always some police on duty down stairs and the military sites nearby.

RRobin HkerkCertainly struggling to make sense of this property. Let's start with saying that the stay was very comfortable, the 2 room apartment we had was quite large with a kitchen and balcony, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. But this size is an immediate giveaway for another activity of this property: serviced apartment renting or simply long term residential renting. Certainly this is not a problem in any way but it's something to be aware of I feel when booking this property for holiday or short stay purposes.
What more can I say: for this price point you get quality which I've seen more of in Vietnam; it's nice but not luxurious, there are no well thought out architectural gimmicks nor is there deluxe gardening, fancy furniture or mood adding lighting. One can argue is this needed at all for a short term stay but it's something I notice and when it's there I appreciate it. I do appreciate their art pieces on the walls though, but the paintings and the photography.
The breakfast was delicious, not unnecessarily elaborate, just good proper food, international with some Vietnamese touches.
The facilities and space for kids are great, young kids will no problem staying entertained even with just running around outside.
The shuttle service is great, the timetable suited us well. Location wise the property is outside of the city center, nicely nestled on one of the shores of the lake, quite nice. Plenty of restaurants, shops, yoga studios etc around though, it's certainly not in the middle of nowhere.
Overal a nice stay but don't expect a similar 5 star experience as what you could get in one of the brand resorts. Just simple, quiet and comfortable for a reasonable price in a Vietnamese environment.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaGreat experience staying there in Hanoi, the place is located in the Old Quarter, around which most of the city sights are located along with an insane number of cafes and restaurants. The taxi to the Mausoleum is very cheap, the walk to the Opera or Cathedral is pretty short and in just 10 minutes of walking you will find pretty lake with a pretty temple near the French quarter. The hotel itself was worth all the money, great European and Asian breakfasts, nice rooms and very friendly personnel.

Wifi phòng mình yếu, load rất chậm, với 4g cũng bị yếu. Chỉ tiếc wifi yếu.
Phòng tắm nước mạnh, mau nóng. Khá tuyệt nhưng bị 1 điểm cái thoát nước sàn lại ở phía bên ngoài cách chỗ tắm xa nên mỗi lần tắm dễ bị tràn nước ra sàn ngoài.
Bù lại thuận tiện đi lại và được chào đón thân thiện và ăn sáng ngon nên ok ạ.

Service:
1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with.
2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits.
3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days.
4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting.
5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online.
6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great!
Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star.
According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

The first thing is I assumed that because it’s close it’ll be really easy to get there after arrival, but actually taxi drivers don’t want to go there because for them is better to get more money from the trip to the city center then driving you for five min to this hotel. Then after finally arriving the staff that will meet you won’t have any hint of a smile on their face and will treat you like you’ve pissed them off only with your disturbance of their peace, the morning shift by the way was exactly the same. The room itself was ok, just as I assumed by the pictures but with the closer look you can see that lots of breakage and damaged stuff in the room

The room was immaculate and offered fantastic value. They offer breakfast at an additional charge , very reasonable and their iced coffee is superb, highly recommend. IISAMMERSONI had a very good stay here. The location is quite convenient and easy to get around. The room was much bigger than I expected, very clean, and well equipped with all the basic amenities, which made the stay very comfortable.
There is no front desk staff at the property, but for me this was not a problem at all. The hotel provides excellent support through WhatsApp and they give very clear instructions. I could contact them anytime and they responded quickly whenever I needed help.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Hanoi. Comfortable, clean, and good value for the price. 👍
