Hotel berhampiran Pantai Ong Lang, Pulau Phu Quoc

Kami sangat menikmati penginapan 7 malam kami di Pullman, kolam renangnya bagus dan besar, namun lantainya sangat licin di kawasan percikan kanak-kanak, adalah penting untuk memperbaikinya untuk keselamatan. Bilik kami adalah baik, bersih, satu-satunya perkara yang saya cadangkan ialah menggantikan perapi rambut dengan jenama yang berbeza. Sarapan adalah yang terbaik, banyak pilihan dan lazat. Kami juga mempunyai makan malam yang indah di Mad Cow, Pemandangannya luar biasa dan makanannya sangat enak! Mereka juga mengadakan pesta buih di kolam renang beberapa hari seminggu sekitar jam 4 petang, kanak-kanak sangat seronok! Hotel Pullman terletak berhampiran dengan lapangan terbang, dan mudah untuk ke tarikan sebelah selatan, seperti bandar matahari terbenam, kereta kabel dan lain-lain. Kami pasti akan kembali ke Pullman lagi.

Tempah 2 bilik. Berhampiran pantai, lobi hotel adalah hebat. 15min berjalan kaki ke grand world. Sangat disyorkan untuk semua jenis kumpulan Kelab kanak-kanak adalah mesra kepada anak-anak kami dan juga Popcorn dan jus adalah percuma.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. The Good: Front Desk & Housekeeping The front desk service was absolutely exceptional and highly efficient. The coordination for the complimentary airport shuttle bus was incredibly smooth. Both the reception team and the staff managing the shuttle provided the high level of service you would expect from an upgraded experience. Additionally, the hotel rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy, and the housekeeping team was very attentive throughout my stay. The Bad: Breakfast Service Disappointment However, there was one major issue that left me quite dissatisfied—the breakfast service staff. They frequently pretended not to hear guest requests. When I came down for breakfast at 8:00 AM, there were no utensils set up on the outdoor tables. Every single time, I had to actively look for a waiter just to get cutlery. On better occasions, they would at least bring them wrapped in a napkin. Today, however, a waiter literally handed me the cutlery directly with their bare hands—without any paper napkin, placemat, or cloth napkin whatsoever! Conclusion For a 5-star hotel, this is completely unacceptable; this feels more like 3-star service. When asking for utensils, the staff acted as if they didn't understand English, and I had to resort to using hand gestures just to successfully get a set. The restaurant staff seriously need urgent retraining.

Sudah 4 tahun saya melawat Vinpearl dan ia telah banyak berubah. Resort dan hotel menjadi merdeka dengan nama mereka sendiri, Grand World dan Vinwonders telah diwujudkan, dan pemandangan orang ramai yang bersesak-sesak di dalam bas ulang-alik adalah tidak biasa dan mengecewakan... tetapi keramahan kakitangan dan ketenangan vila kolam renang masih mesra. Ia penuh dengannya. Saya sudah tidak sabar untuk melawat lagi.

Stay in Ocean facing suite for 3 nights. Big room, super nice ocean view, spacious balcony. Hotel provide free airport pick up, bike rental, buggy services and spa etc. Most impressed is the infinitely pool and beach front swing. So relaxing! You can just scan QR code to order good and beverages by pool or beachfront and enjoy the sunset there. Would love to come back with family and try the resort with pool next time. Hope the staff service can be more consistent.

Close the the airport. Only 10 mins by grab. At the arrival we were well welcomed and check in was fast. Room was clean with 20l water bottle which was great. Large gardens with clean swimming pool. Breakfast was nice but more like 4* hotel. I do not recommend their restaurants!!!

Это гстиница, как я поняла, в спальном районе того региона. Девушка была вежливой, номер светлый и чистый. До пляжа Кхем 15 минут пешком. Сам район еще не очень заселен, и более безлюдный. Хочется написать хороший отзыв, НО .... когда мы заехали производились строительные работы. Все бы ничего, если бы не этот ужасный шум. Наверное это мы приехали не в совсем удачный период.

Прекрасное тихо, уютное и очень зелёное место. Встретили, привезли до виллы. Все было чисто, красиво, уютно. Есть нюансы, количество открытых спален зависит от количества заявленных людей. Это странно. Просто уточняйте этот момент. Белье роскошное, полотенца свежие. Вид шикарный. Тишина вокруг. Пожалуйста, покупайте новые губки для посуды для новых жильцов. Я думаю Вам это не накладно, а впечатление будет лучше

Good to all travelers! We stayed at this villa as a family. We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. Service: very good. Concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: perfect Two bicycles in free use. The manager needs to fix the seat on one of the bicycles and lubricate the chains. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. I recommend this villa for 10/10, but I advise you to check about possible repairs before renting.
