CCordyVery good experience here. Good services from staffs. Provided welcoming drinks and fruits upon arrival. Free afternoon tea for guests (Taught it is chargeable). Great room layout and cleanliness. Near to MRT, Benh Tanh Market, famous 4P’s Pizza and 24h convenience store (7-11/GS25/Circle-K) within 1 min walk. Definitely my first option for my next stay in HCMC

I stayed at Hotel des Arts Saigon for two nights and in one word — it was amazing. The facilities were top-notch, including a stylish restaurant, a stunning rooftop pool, and impeccable service throughout.
The highlight was the fine-dining restaurant on the 23rd floor, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. Dinner there was absolutely stunning — both in taste and presentation.
The rooftop bar by the pool was another gem, with an extended happy hour and a live DJ setting the perfect vibe. Whether you’re looking to relax or celebrate, this hotel delivers luxury and atmosphere in equal measure.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

Walau bagaimanapun, hiasan keseluruhannya sudah lapuk, penghawa dinginnya lama dan tidak begitu sejuk, dan kalis bunyinya kurang baik, seperti papan kayu. JJacqueline MerrittThe location is good, the room is very clean. The service is good too. I am happy with all of this.
What made me unhappy and inconvenient, the reasons I gave two stars for amenties are as follows:
1) toilet - clean yes, but the water pump is top strong and inconvenient to press, feel like I am pressing a broken handle water pump.
2) trash bin - in the toilet, it is difficult to push down the cover, too strong, so always ended up touching my hand with the cover where most of the trashed from the toilet were in contact with while pushing down. In the room, the cover, always need to use hands to remove the cover.
3) Electricity plug sockets - should have at least two free, one each by each bed. But what we had to use is the one for TV plug, the one for night light bulb (between the bed). Only one free socket by the mirror in the bedroom. So very inconvenience for two persons to charge our phones or laptops.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked for a family of 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). We were looking for apartments in the tallest building (landmark 81). When choosing, we relied solely on reviews. After a long flight, having warned in advance from the airport that we were leaving, we waited 40 minutes in the lobby for an employee to come to us. At the same time, they first tried to move us into another building from this residential complex, justifying this with the best view from the window. After the trial, they decided to put us in the landmark 81 building. When the staff brought us to the apartments, it turned out that someone was already living in them. After that, it took another 40 minutes for us to find another room in this building, and eventually we were moved into a three-bedroom apartment (we booked with two), which is why we were asked to move again the next day. As a result, we were provided with a free late eviction service for all the inconveniences caused. We also asked to leave our luggage for storage after check-out for a couple of hours, as a result, we could not receive it for almost an hour and almost missed the flight because of this. Despite all this, I had a good impression, because the view from the apartment window allowed me to smooth out all the shortcomings of the staff. If you need a stunning view from the window and you are not afraid of difficulties, I recommend booking!

CCha Ma DaI had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, well organized, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location was convenient and quiet, which made my trip more relaxing. Overall, I am satisfied and would be happy to come back again.

PPengguna TetamuThe Châu Trí Hotel Bến Thành Central is sometimes referred to as Happy House Hotel, so can be a bit confusing.
The entrance from street level is up a narrow set of steps not suitable for those with mobility issues or anyone not strong enough to carry their own luggage. There is a lift but it’s located up the stairs behind reception. You need to watch your footing both ascending and descending these steps often bypassing the staff sitting on these smoking.
The room was a good size with a balcony. The balcony however housed two air-conditioner extractor units which made even more noise than the actual air-con unit inside the room. This unit seemed barely capable of its function, to cool the room. The fan provided did not work.
The tap in the bathroom leaked; a steady trickle. The shower is in a mini-bathtub, (a shub). This does not fit to the walls leaving a gap, which must allow water to run down and onto the floor at each time of use. It’s tricky climbing in, is dangerous when wet and I’d say your chances of lipping or tripping getting out are moderate to high so be very careful. I could not get the shower hot enough in the morning or cool enough in the afternoon. It is constructed for a very short person, so fine if you’re about five-feet or so. The water pressure is not great.
There is a TV but it does not have any terrestrial channels. It has YouTube. I couldn’t get this to work initially and neither could reception who had to ask another staff member to do this, which they did. The controls for this are clumsy. The bed base is very noisy and the mattress uncomfortable. The pillows though are great.
The room was clean. The area is quiet, for Saigon. There are some nice cafes about.
There is a desk but if you want to plug in your laptop you have to first disconnect the fridge. Of the furniture in the room, there is a couch and an easy chair both of which seem to be for show rather than for any practical purpose, like sitting in or on.
I can’t say I found the staff, especially the two men, very friendly. I think they’re in the wrong occupation. The exception was the housekeeper who was nice enough. The room comes with a comprehensive list of pecuniary charges for any damages and certain behaviours which all seemed a bit over the top. This seemed in keeping with the demeanour of the staff who perhaps might be better suited to some correctional role. I have no objection to smokers indoors being fined though I have to say.
Though the area is quiet there was constant noise during the day from renovation of the building two doors down which involved someone with a sledgehammer; and at times a jackhammer, though this won’t last.
There were two bottles of water in the room on arrival as is standard. However, if you want more water you have to ask at reception and they state a charge for these of 10,000 VND per bottle though in the end I was not charged. When I checked out they did not inspect the room before I left. Some places do, some don't.
Could do better. 1.5-2.0/5.
