Hotel berhampiran Menara Thap Rua, Hanoi

We chose this hotel for a one-night stay before returning to Thailand. It's comfortable and located in the center of Hanoi, close to many beautiful places, which we can easily reach on foot, whether during the day or at night. We were very impressed. The hotel staff even arranged a taxi to the airport for us just in time, which was really great.👍

Первое и что удивило на сайте не сказано, что номера прям над кофейней вот прям буквально ты заходишь в кофейню, стоишь очередь к кассе, показываешь ваучер, (даже на пол часа раньше тебя не заселят ). Кофейня круглосуточная и такого формата, где подростки покупают один стакан на десятерых и сидят до утра играют в игры и орут. Повторюсь наш номер был прям над столиками,не было окна у нас, а двери, которые открываются настишь и сразу прозрачный тонкий потолок кофейни и вот ты выходишь с душа и вот прям перед тобой прозрачная крыша и столики где пьют кофе посетители. А еще зайти в кофейню с чемоданами невозможно, потому что всееее заставлено мопедами опять же потому что это кофейня. И в кофейне не отмосфера коворкинга где в тишине работают люди, а для молодежи вечером и для кофе днем, еще там дают семечки и все сидят часами их щелкают. Про номер. На фото расположения даже кухни было другим. И в номере все сделано странным образом, в какой-то момент даже смешно стало :) первое, что бросается в глаза это телевизор в миллиметре от кровати. Второе, раковины в санузле нет, есть только на «кухне» и даже там кран открывается в стену, из-за этого я один раз сильно ошпарилась, а второй прещимила палец. Слив в ванной находится не рядом в углу где течет вода, а за унитазом. И таким образом все намокает, что есть на полу по всей площади санузла. Нет полок в ванной, ни одной. Номер не уютный, старый. Лифта нет, лестниц много и через все залы в кофейне нужно протащить по лестницам и между сидящих людей свои чемоданы прося людей отодвинуться на стульях, чтобы была возможность пройти. Мы там находились с 14:00 до 23:00, т.к нужно было переждать время до рейса. На дольше я б там не оставалась. Еще входная дверь держится на соплях, толкнуть слегка и она откроется, закрывается на обычный ключ и зазор огромный, дверь ходит ходуном. Если вы налегке, вам не важна уединенность и маломайский уют, то этот отель вам подойдет. Переночевать, попить кофеек не отходя от номера, подождать свой рейс- норм. А и да, ровно за такую же стоимость мы жили на соседней улице в отеле где было чисто, уютно, лифт, тишина, больше комната и было всё что нужно для проживания. Но к сожалению там были все комнаты заняты и мы вынужденно искали на день что-то рядом. Если бы этот номер стоил в половину меньше предыдущего, то столько притензиц к нему не было с моей стороны. А ну и в кофейне бегала большая крыса. Их тут полно конечно, но прям в помещении это меня удивило.

Even if you arrive just a few hours earlier than the standard check-in time, you are required to pay nearly the same amount as staying an extra night. It would have been more considerate if they offered a more flexible or discounted early check-in option for guests. Room service was also not very attentive. Housekeeping did not automatically clean or refresh the room unless we specifically requested it. Basic services such as tidying up the room, replacing towels, or refilling amenities were only done after we called and asked. This made the overall stay feel less comfortable and less welcoming. Overall, the hotel is not terrible, but it certainly does not stand out as an excellent place to stay. The service and policies do not justify being considered among the best. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service, flexibility, and overall guest experience.

For a solo traveler, a room's atmosphere is very crucial to maintain a positive attitude, and experience. This room is tastefully decorated, with simple and creative wall decor pieces and the essential furnishings. There are travel guidebooks in French on the bedside table for reading, fabric deco with tropical leaves next to the clothing rack, and woven leather and wicker plates on the bed wall, and filtered colorful framed photos on the wall next to the bathroom, giving the room a homely eclectic bohemian vibe, in addition. Overall, a pleasant and meaningful stay for a traveler in this room, specifically, and also in this homestay in general.

The hotel look small but don't judge the by it's cover. Arriving at the hotel, the front desk lady was super friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and cozy with complete room amenities. They let you leave your baggage at the frontdesk after checking out while exploring Hanoi. The area of the hotel was center to all tour attractions, quiet and safe. Highly recommended.
