We have just checked out of this beautiful historic hotel after spending four nights in Lisbon to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary.From the moment we arrived everything was just perfect!.Rooms are very tastefully decorated ,and spacious.Housekeeping was excellent and the variety of breakfast options definitely set you up for a day's sightseeing. It was also nice to return late afternoon to sample the complimentary coffee and pastries whilst sat in the very pleasant lounge area. Also an ideal location , despite being central it was very quiet at night.Last but not least all the staff are an absolute credit to this beautiful hotel, very helpful and we were always welcomed with a smile.Thank you for making our special trip so memorable.

La habitación es amplia pero no es cómoda. Al estar ubicada la cama que es redonda en semicírculo pegada al ventanal, sólo tenía una mesita del lado izquierdo, del lado derecho duermes pegada a las cortinas, no hay espacio entre la cama y la pared. La cama tampoco tiene cabezal por lo que continuamente se caían las almohadas hacia atrás. Se hecha en falta cajones, el armario tampoco es cómodo. Lo que sí es cómodo es la zona del baño, separados entre si el wáter y la ducha, que es amplia y además como cortesía tienes gel, shampoo y suavizante, además de crema corporal, todo de buena calidad. Simplemente es un hotel diferente, con el lema del baño; el personal del mostrador te reciben en albornoz, es curioso y el desayuno realmente bueno, de calidad y la atención del personal es excelente.

Wir waren insgesamt 5 Nächte in diesem schönen, komfortablen und freundlichen Hotel. Dank der guten Anbindung ist alles innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Auch eine Autovermietung ist fussläufig entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir haben ein schönes Zimmer im 6. Stock bekommen. Das Frühstück ist auch reichhaltig und lecker. Kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. :)

We booked two rooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds). Since this wasn’t the case when we checked in, we asked to switch rooms. The clerk told us that this was not possible the first night but after that he had availabilities. When we checked the following morning we were told that it was not possible and that we should have redemanded a switch, early in the morning (strange in my opinion as the clerk from the other night had written it down for his colleagues to do the follow up). Anyway, next morning I came to the reception at 7 am, only to hear that they will look into it and they will inform me after breakfast. After breakfast we learned that, again, it was not possible. That’s when I gave up for the room switch. But it remains unbelievable that a client that pays 150 EUR per night per room (so 300 EUR per night), could not get more service (or at least some clarity straight away). Half of the programs on the cable TV were not available. The hotel is not very sound proof. We were bothered by the construction work that was being done outside the hotel, woken up by works (drilling) being done inside the hotel and an annoying noise in the airconditioning. The keycards to our room kept malfunctioning, it was reset at least 5 times (and not kept close to phones or other magnetic fields that could explain a demagnetization). One day our rooms were just not cleaned, after we told the reception it still took a while before the rooms were done. In conclusion, the price we paid per room is not at all in line with the quality we received. With the “urban” look of the lobby you get the impression that this hotel is rather modern. When you enter the rooms, however, these are rather small and old-fashioned. The price/quality ratio for this hotel is really bad. Disappointing

IHG can be very irritating. When you book, the web site doesn't tell you about the ongoing lobby refurb, which must be taking the most amount of time ever for the least work done. Just before you arrive, you then get the ”hey we're doing a refurb email”. Very disingenuous and IHG could do better. The nice thing about this hotel is the lovely staff. Friendly and painless early check in when we were expecting to have to leave the bags. 9th floor rooms that are acceptable, but tired and really nothing special. However the mattress was comfy, the shower fiesty, and there were plenty of electrical outlets and charging points. The squeaky wooden floors need to go, and the air con could do with modernisation. Diamond status got me free breakfast, and the beaming smiles of the breakfast staff lift you for the day, even if the quite reasonable breakfast is served in a soulless underground prison cell WITH NO LIFT to get down there, a 0/10 if you have a disability. The public areas are a 1970s disaster. Space is limited, but a huge amount is given over to a tired ”garden feature” which needs to go. Lobby seating is limited and needs a redesign - somone let a designer loose on it who had no real practical experience of comfort or usage. Hotel wifi is old. It constantly logs you out if you're not active and requires you to reconnect. The hotel is well situated even if some distance from the sights. Entrecampos station ia a five minute walk, as is Campo Pequeno with the metro. There's always taxis at the front of the hotel. In the local area there's a supermarket, pharmacy, and several restaurants within a few minutes. I'd recommend the Chinese Huang He which has a buffet every night, with a superb selection of value for money dishes.

EXCELLENT Customer Service! Lovely accommodations, great breakfast, but great staff! When we arrived, we realized there was one piece of my CPAP machine that I failed to pack. When my travel medical insurance people were no help, I went to the front desk. Rui the manager on duty was excellent! He had a contact that sent him a picture of what she could provide. Once I OK'd it, she brought it to the hotel the next morning, allowed me to check it with my machine and then I paid her. THANK YOU so much to RUI for his help! Without that help my vacation would not have been so good. Also it is a great location for walking and sightseeing.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in Lisbon. It is conveniently located within walking distance to two Metro stations and busses. Several good restaurants nearby. The concierge staff was amazingly friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance with anything. They always greeted us coming and going. The rooms were clean and met all our needs. Clean and sufficient. The balcony was an added bonus, where we could drink our coffee in the sun each day. The breakfast had lots of options available. There were hot choices (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hard boiled eggs, toast, etc), and many continental options. The staff in the breakfast area is friendly, clean and attentive. I would stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Lisbon.

We were pleasantly surprised by Hotel Lisboa and would definitely recommend it. It's located steps away from Avenida da Liberdade. Very convenient with an eye-pleasing walk down to the main square or over to the Parque Eduardo VII. It was sparkling clean. We couldn't have been happier. We had two rooms, one with a king bed and a pullout in the other room, which my friend said was very comfortable. Large windows that opened to let in fresh air and ambient street sounds. The breakfast buffet had a bit of everything with eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, seeds and coffee. Across the street is a mini-mercado and a delicious restaurant called Honest Greens. Would recommend it too, especially if you're veg. Would stay here again.

When I booked this hotel I was a bit hesitant that it might be far from the centre of Lisbon, however I was positively surprised to see that it is very well connected and in a perfect location with good transportation (metro 2mins away). The hotel and room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. The room and bathroom was of the perfect size. I was also very impressed with the good noise insulation of the windows - in general the area was not noisy and you could enjoy a good night's sleep. Really close to a big shopping centre with lots of options for food (From main restaurants to cafes and supermarkets). I would recommend to this hotel for a nice enjoyable stay in Lisbon.

設施：一進門就有一個非常好玩的小電梯，大家來了一定要試一下。 衞生：打掃得非常好，很乾凈。 環境：距離自由大道的Lv步行10分鐘左右，步行20分鐘可以到升降機，30分鐘內就可以到到海邊。基本上可以靠步行就可以把市中心逛完了。旁邊2分鐘的位置有便利店和葯店。 服務：服務給贊，最後一天不小心弄臟了床單，給前台的小哥説了以後詢問需要賠償多少錢，他説，不用擔心，這不是什麼問題，最後還安慰了我説，一切都OK的。最後我們去便利店買了東西送給他們表示感謝。很暖心，下次去了里斯本還會選擇這裏。早餐也不錯。推薦大家點他們的皇家蛋，絕絕子，一口一個，超級好吃。 對了，來了一定要出海看落日，絕了。氛圍感無敵！ 選擇的時間建議4:30-6:30，可以看到完整的落日。
