Lots of history at this property- with a few million in investment this would no doubt be a premier Autograph property. Super cool displays throughout the hotel. Very friendly front desk and lounge staff. Parking is at a premium in a very tight underground parking garage.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is the second time I've stayed here for Christmas for ten nights, in order to visit my son as a Divorced Dad from the UK. I went for the suite this year as my son is 8 years old and we needed the space to play! The suite was perfect, beautiful corner bath and lots of space. Despite being very happy with the room, it's not the rooms that makes this hotel such a pleasure to stay in, IT'S THE STAFF! I'd like to name every single brilliant member of staff, so if I didn't name you, forgive me. Special thanks to Mo, Obi, Sanchita. See you next Christmas legends! Super impressed with the gentleman in the restaurant who offered to deliver my food to our room as I was travelling alone with my 5 yr old grandson… deserves some praise! The other staff were good… just a small suggestion to elevate your facility… have real coffee cups and 2 real glasses for water… all we had was 2 paper cups for water/coffee/juice.. had to rinse out for the different liquids… a bit ‘sub-par’ for the Ramada name :)

The staff are wonderful! Check-in process was smooth and easy, the rooms are huge and clean, its easy to get extra towels (Kudos housekeeping!), the breakfast is perfect, and i just love how friendly and helpful their staff are. My friends and I will definitely stay here again when we’re in London!

Excellent service from the staff, very clean and comfortable room. The staff at this hotel were very accommodating from making the reservations to checking in and out. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning.

First time staying at this hotel and will admit the experience was great. Front desk clerk was so friendly so full of information and so accommodating. The room was nice and comfy beds and the small amenities in the room was top notch. Keurig coffee, and the bathroom products were argon oil based. The breakfast area was fully stocked and nice and hot. Nice touch was the small crockpot of baked beans. Would stay here again.

Stayed overnight. Kind of hard to access from road…driveway full of potholes. Problem with checkin, room not ready. Hotel offered 24/7 coffee, tea, hot water. Lots of unattended children running around. 1 elevator only. Room was clean thou floor kind of sticky. Breakfast was good with very pleasant and efficient attendant. Overall the property was clean and well maintained however was on the “tired” side. Would recommend to all.
