Es kann nicht besser sein. Perfektes Hotel, zwei grossartige Golfplätze; Personal, dass einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abliest und auch erfüllt; top Restaurants. Nichts, was es nicht gibt. Falls es fehlt, das Hotel organisiert es. Einfach perfekt!!!👌

we spent a wonderful time at the Dinarobin from January 10th to 22nd, 2024. All the employees are so friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their face. We went almost all over the world, but we never met so friendly people than in the Dinarobin Resort. Firstly, we would like to highlight Selven from Dinas Restaurant. He served us excellently and fulfilled our every wish. And he gave us wonderful wine recommendations. For us one of the best service employees. On the other hand, we were very happy with Akshay in the main restaurant. He was always very friendly and accommodating. And last but not leastd we were so happy with Berty from the reception. He arranged everything to our complete satisfaction. Please pass on our absolute satisfaction to the management. We were just completely happy. Also with the housekeeping. And we'll be back.

Come again after 6 weeks. Great 5 star hotel with great green space . Staff and all workers are fully dedicated to their work and that's the reason for visiting the Hotel . For instance the Food and Beverage Manager, a certain Deven and Luciana, the waiter, Nundlall the cleaner are there to give you the best service. I am honestly sorry if I had not mentioned all the names of all the dedicated workers. In summary there's value for money. So if you want to visit Paradise Island, Mauritius, and not visiting Maritim Resort Hotel at Balaclava, it's will be a great miss in your life.

We would really like to spend some words of praise and gratitude after wonderful days at Le Jadis Mauritius. We arrived late and from Justice at the door to the Front Desk Team we received the warmest welcome. I know this cannot be expected every time, but due to some work in progress on the left wing of the Hotel (which did not affect our stay at all!) , we were generously upgraded into absolutely beautiful adjacent rooms with outdoor pool. The few of the ocean and the greenery around the hotel was truly magnificent. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and I really want to mention the quality of the bed…Absolutely loved it! The beach is very intimate so it is good to enjoy and get some rest as well. Depending on tide, the beach has stones at places when you enter, so for convenience it could make sense to bring swimming shoes. Make sure to stop by at the boathouse for an amazing snorkeling trip on the glass bottom boat with Joey and Enrico. The quality of food was excellent and we would really like to point out that the staff was absolutely outstanding when it comes to hospitality. Big shoutout to Nick, Nana, Roobesh and really the whole Crew without exception! We really enjoyed our time with you guys. The one person that really stood out to us was wonderful Remu. Such a soulful and heartwarming person that looked after us like we were family. Unforgettable and unparalleled… Also the poolarea with sandy and solid ground was great to stay at. We had a lot to do during daytime why we decided to opt in for Bed and Breakfast only instead of Half Board or All inklusive. Nevertheless we chose to eat at the hotel quite often and I would like to mention that we felt the prices were absolutely fair and decent. The quality and taste of the food was superb! Overall an remarkably great time, thank you very much and all the best!

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

Where shall I start...Our stay way pretty perfect! Most of you know Mauritius for the big hotel areas, so it was an absolute miracle that we found this lil gem on the island. We had a wonderful 9 days at the SALT of Palmar. We loved that it was super tiny, and very familiar, every corner had a special detail and the service was superb. The staff really makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a Mandarin Oriental Standard, then this won't be the right one. But what this hotel had, is a lot of soul and personality. Rooms: Book a room with a sea view. We had one, but I would say that that's the magic of it. You will realize quite fast that the hotel is refurbished, so here and there you see that it's not 100% up to date, but it really doesn't matter. The rooms were super clean, and spacious and had a great personalized interior. Housekeeping in the morning and also for turndown service did a great job. Thanks to the team! You will see that TV is missing and also Mini-Bars, but that's why you have chosen a Lil boutique hotel over a big chain. Beach: The beach is beautiful, clean, and located around the corner, so u don't get the feeling that it's getting crowded with too many guests, what I loved. The pool is nice, but there could be more sunbeds. Be aware that you are on the eastern side, so when u arrive in August or September, it's very windy and may get chilly. While in November, you will be happy to have the breeze. Snorkelling: Yes, you can snorkel, and you will see fish. But don't expect reef-like on the Maledives for sure. Food: ONE OF A KIND. If you are looking for endless buffets and a big choice just to look at, this won't be your cup of tea. The food was just amazing. Very individualized menu, a big variety. We didn't eat twice the same. The breakfast menu was outstanding and so was the coffee (which usually always sucks in hotels). Nevertheless, you have to say that if you wanna dishes outside the included menu or wines, they are quite expensive (even for Europeans). The only experience, where we were not really stunned, was the cocktails at any point. Watery, not really strong etc. Foodservice: A very big thanks to the service team. you made our experience stunning, also the way you took care of my parents and everything around my mom's birthday. OUr warmest thanks to Vidusha!! But also to Vinesh, Med, Vajna and Vashish (I Hope I got the names right) We hop to see you soon!
