"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel wasn't positive from the moment we arrived. Upon arrival, we rang the video intercom to let our car in and unload our bags, but were told there was no space and that we couldn't even park in front of the hotel, as it was a through road. In fact, we checked in via the video intercom, without opening the parking barrier. We were then asked to park about 2 km away, walking to the hotel—a decidedly inconvenient and unexpected situation for a 4-star property. Once we arrived at the hotel, despite our stay having already been paid for, we were asked for a credit card as a deposit, something I'd never experienced before and which hadn't been clearly communicated. The room we were assigned was very disappointing: it felt more like a functional bunker than a hotel room. The bathroom had several problems: • Leaking showerhead, no bidet • Malfunctioning faucet (water either coming out too hard or not at all) • Open shower that completely flooded the bathroom The room was cold upon arrival, and the heating was only turned on when we entered. It lacked any comforts: no coffee maker, a bare, unwelcoming environment. Overall, we felt unwelcome, and the room was absolutely not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience."

"The location is great, close to the lake. The hotel grounds are fantastic, with lots of greenery and a beautiful view. The reception staff was very friendly. It was nice to see how well-treated the animals are. The room with a lake view wasn't what we expected at all; it didn't match the pictures. It was very cramped, with only a bed and no other space. The only other space is a huge second-floor terrace, but it's unclear what it's for or how it's used. The sound was 100% clear, and every conversation was easily heard. There were ants in the room. The air conditioning wasn't working, and it was so hot that we had to open the windows and listen to hotel music until 11:00 PM. The rooms were worn out, and the bathroom doors barely closed. The breakfast was decent, but the space was incredibly tight. For some reason, the staff kept approaching everyone at breakfast and offering different dishes, bringing freshly squeezed juice, etc., while we had to make our own coffee and ask for fried eggs."
