Hotel Mountain view di Hat Yai

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel’s location was good making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions for example hatyai village .the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would gladly return on my next visit to this hotel

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

Good Location. Nice and helpful staff. The room is very nice and spacious. The air conditioning is cool, and all necessary amenities are provided. There is a hair dryer, and the water pressure is strong.

Ia adalah hotel yang strategik. Di tengah-tengah bandar Hat Yai, ia dianggap mudah di dekatnya terdapat restoran untuk dipilih, restoran terkenal, Krua Payat. Di sebelah hotel ada kedai teh Duduk dan nikmati harganya. Semasa Malam Tahun Baru, ditempah melalui Trip, satu kad kelabu dan empat kad merah. Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kereta yang tersedia di dalam bilik Saya suka airnya kuat dan memuaskan. Recommend, saya suka lokasi, harga tak mahal 🧜♀️

Bilik-bilik sangat bersih, luas, murah, aliran air yang kuat, penghawa dingin yang sejuk. Lokasinya mungkin tidak cukup selesa sehingga terpaksa memasuki lorong yang sedikit. Mesti ada kereta peribadi Katil sangat selesa. Sarapan pagi bukan bufet. Ada 4-5 menu untuk dipilih, semuanya sedap. Secara keseluruhan, bagus, berbaloi dengan harga yang dibayar.

Good location with own car, near Central Festival mall and hotel outside with 7-11 and laundry shop.

The view are nice, the staff are friendly, send us up and down from the mountain. But after sunrise not suitable to stay in room, cause very hot.
