Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Daocheng

I stayed here for 7 nights and was truly impressed. The hotel uses high-quality materials throughout the rooms—they’re new, clean, and very comfortable. There’s even an oxygen concentrator and a smart toilet, which made a big difference at high altitude. The price is very reasonable for what you get. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, not crowded at all—perfect for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. The location is very convenient, right at Bus Stop No. 3, making it easy to get around. There is also a small grocery shop next to the hotel, which is very handy. The staff can communicate in English and provide excellent service. They were incredibly helpful with everything—from phone chargers to trekking poles and many other small details that made the stay easier. The hotel also has a restaurant with delicious food. I have some food allergies, and the chef was kind enough to adjust the dishes to suit my needs. If I have the chance to visit Yading again, I would definitely choose to stay here. 💖

The location of the HomeStay is excellent. It is located at the end of the street of a quieter corner away from the busy street. Just a short walk you will have access to many eateries and shops. The interior decoration is uniquely furnished with ******* style design transporting us into a real local ******* family home without the need to be physically in Tibet. The Owner of the HomeStay is very friendly and helpful. He introduced us to ******* culture and explained the significance of Animals painting on the wall and how it translates into daily life. Animals consisted of Elephant, Monkey, Rabbit and Bird. He also made us their fragrance 酥油茶 suyou cha which is good to counter Altitude sickness 高反。 Cat is also a sacred animal in ******* culture. The price of the HomeStay is very reasonable with the excellent location and service. It has free laundry service, however you need to hang them dry in an outdoor clothes line. It will dry quickly as the weather is very dry/sunny. I would highly recommend this HomeStay to everyone who likes to go to Daocheng Yading. Lastly, I would like to thank the Owner and his Sister for making our stay an enjoyable one. Best wishes to Owner and his Sister with excellent business ahead.

For the price, the hotel is really value for money. The service is excellent and the hotel staff will promptly attend to your request. The lady boss even took the trouble to notify us when she noticed that our car lights were left on when parked. The bath is also good with rain shower and strong water pressure. There is also free laundry service and the staff provided extra hangers for drying the washed clothes. The bed heater is warm enough for a good night's sleep in cold weather. Breakfast provided is decent and hot. You can also buy oxygen at a super cheap price from the front desk. Besides the room decor being a bit dated and some maintenance are needed, this hotel provides everything you need at a really affordable price.

Location is great, in the center of Riwa. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Only 10minutes to the entrance of Yading. Staff are helpful. They can speak a bit of English. Foreigners are accepted. The room is ok but there is always smoking smell in the room (maybe from the room nextdoor)

I stayed here again after returning from Yading Nature Reserve, and it was still a very convenient choice. After a long trip, it was nice to come back to a familiar place right across from the bus terminal. The location remained the biggest advantage for me. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so it was easy to find food and buy anything I needed after the hike. The room was comfortable enough to rest and recover before continuing my journey. The owner was also friendly and helpful during my second stay, just like before. Overall, this hotel is a practical and reliable option for anyone visiting Yading or using Xianggelila Town as a transit stop.

A pretty and fun hostel! Among amazing ******* garments, the dorm is small but very clean with windows light. No heating but a termic pad, keeps nights warm. Bed Plagues but no small light. At disposal drinking hot water, tea and coffee. Showers with running hot water. The host is a gentle woman that speaks a little english, ready to help.l with information. She owns a couple of nice dogs and cats that I adored. The hostel is located 5 minutes walk from bus station.

I'm Thai and this is my first time visiting here. I'm deeply impressed and truly grateful. A staff member was very helpful, making my trip here smooth and enjoyable. The room was beautiful and fully equipped with amenities. I will definitely come back to stay again!

I was there twice, before and after visiting yading reserve. The first time was nice, the room and shower weren't the best but ok, and the lady at the reception was super helpful with all my questions. On the second time, there was a problem with the water which I only found out after I entered the shower. A small sign could have helped. Eventually I got the water for the shower but later I wanted to go for the toilet and couldn't flush since there were no water, and there was nobody at the reception to ask for help. They changed my bed and the wall near the new bed was filty, and somewhen after midnight they entered the room while I was asleep, turned the light on and started changing the covers for a new girl in the room. I'm sorry but that should have happened during daylight, not at this time, or they should have just given her one of the other vacant beds in the room.

I love the location and cleaning of the place. This is my 1st time in Shangrila town. The Owner is very friendly and helpful. He guided me and walk with me to buy a bus ticket even he is cannot speak English but Google translate and wechat can help us a lot. So I ended up book 1 more night in Riwa Location : Great, 5 mins walk from Riwa Bus station (hotel is next to the bus station but it’s in the backside) Room : Big and Clean Water pressure : High but slightly take time to hot (it’s so cold in April) Hotel has Elevator ! You can find a taxi around a town Plenty of food and supermarket near by I recommend this hotel

Kakitangannya baik, peramah dan sangat membantu dalam mencari kereta untuk ke bandar Kangding. Lokasi yang sangat baik, berhampiran pasar raya, tetapi biliknya sangat sejuk, tiada pemanas untuk bilik sejuk.
