"Highly recommended! Location was very central and convenient, everything was a Didi ride away. Room was very clean and comfortable, perfect for our first time in Harbin at negative temperatures! Room had its own temperature control which was very useful. They also have a very cheap breakfast and we loved the dumplings! Staff was also very friendly and responsive, everything was great!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great hospitality by all the staff.
On my first day at the restaurant, I mentioned that I am Muslim and avoid pork. What impressed me the most was that on the following days, the staff remembered my preference and proactively recommended which dishes were suitable for me. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and cared for.
The location of the hotel is also very strategic, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Lin and all the reception staff for taking such good care of me and my family. They were always helpful, responsive, and ensured that all our needs were met.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"The room was excellent. It was very clean and the slide was a delight to the kids. It was very safe for my kids although they were a little noisy. But we did not get any complaints from neighbours so it means the soundproofing is great.
The hotel was very generous with their service. We asked for help to buy more tangerines but they gave us for free instead. My son was ill on our check-out day and we had a night flight, they were generous to offer an extended stay so that we can nurse our child.
There is a handful of halal food options nearby the hotel. My husband mostly walked to the restaurants (mostly less than 1km) to take-away food for us. It is really really close to all the attractions. We mostly walked around to nearby attractions.
There is a washing machine and dryer provided for free by the hotel. The detergent is also provided at no cost.
Thank you to the hotel staff for the excellent service. I cannot wait to talk about your hotel to my friends and family and highly recommends anyone. No need to have any doubts about this hotel. My kids travels alot and according to them, this hotel is the best onethey have ever stayed."

The staff was very polite and attentive, the best thing about it is of course the dress up session with the photographer. Highly recommended for a novelty stay.

From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, which added a very personal touch to the experience.
The hotel is well located, with major attractions just about a 15-minute drive away, making it convenient for sightseeing while still being away from the crowds. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, reflecting the owners’ attention to detail.
One pleasant surprise was the in-house meals. The food tasted excellent and was very reasonably priced, offering great value and convenience without needing to dine elsewhere.
Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with heartfelt hospitality and good food. I would gladly recommend it to travelers looking for a welcoming stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

HHuanggBooked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable.
I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station.
To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax.
Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.

They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want.
The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!!
The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats.
Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!

AAndreealWe absolutely loved this stay and the hosts, such a lovely couple, they took such good care of us. Offered shuttle to the ski resort, hot spring, they took us to a park nearby where we played in the snow, organised a trip to ice and snow gallery and dropoff to snow town. They have such great options for ski gear, i took such good photos. Food was great, room was clean and very warm, we loved everything. Really appreciated how warmly we were treated and they went to greath lenghts to make our stay beautiful. All the best to the family 🤍

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Good location, although a little far from the train station (tho still walkable) Downstairs is the popular Zhongyangdajie walking street. Walking distance to Songhua River and Stalin Park. Approximately 20mins cab to Ice Snow World & Siberian Tiger Park.
Tourist tip: The actual hotel name is different. The actual hotel sign and Google Map shows as James Joyce Coffetel, on DiDi (local taxi app) to get there you put as Zhefei Hotel 2, Shangyou Street, Daoli
