The Bathtube was chipped, with big rust stains con the marble. The bathroon door hits the bidet every time you open it. The breakfast was very rich but with no meat, because “they’re vegetarians”. When you go to a five stars hotel tou exepct something different. At the check in they even ask for a credit card or a 50 euro deposit in case you finish off their minibar. I was really not pleased.

This hotel is tucked away on a side street in a perfect location for sightseeing. It's in a charming historic building that has been recently renovated to include all of the modern amenities. We absolutely loved the rooftop restaurant overlooking Rome while enjoying breakfast, drinks or dinner. The staff were all professional, friendly and gracious. Dining on the rooftop terrace was our favorite part of the hotel. I would have given this hotel 5 stars, due to the rooftop experience and the modern renovation, but we had an issue. The room we were originally assigned to had a terribly leaky shower, which caused water to flow around the sink, toilet, etc. We decided it wasn't acceptable and asked to be moved. We had to wait a long time while one person at the front desk tried unsuccessfully to find a room for us. We eventually talked to the manager, who did find another room for us, albeit not as nice as the original one we had. Per our Bonvoy status, we were eligible for a room upgrade, but that wasn't offered to us. Aside from that inconvenience (with no compensation for our trouble), the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

A fantastic hotel with staff that is well trained and hard to beat. The room is beautifully decorated, wonderful bed with nice linens and a nice large bathroom. The lobby is a fantastic escape from the sometime chaotic crowd around the Spanish Steps. It feels like you are staying at a wonderful home instead of a hotel. Breakfast is a a great start to the day and the bar atmosphere is nice for a cocktail in the evening.

This atmospheric and well located hotel is at the very top of our list of hotels to stay in while in Rome. We needed to be at the Vatican everyday; this hotel was perfectly positioned so that we could easily access the Vatican on foot - and also so close to Campo de Fiore and Piazza Navona and the Pantheon (and surrounding neighborhoods), it was easy to find wonderful food after a short walk. (It was also an easy walk to the Forum and the Colosseum). Our double deluxe room was large, with huge windows, an extremely comfortable and large bed and plenty of storage (a built in closet). The bathroom was quite big with good lighting and an excellent hair dryer. Breakfast at the hotel is not to be missed - it was lavish (and was included in our stay) and changed every day (there were always different pastries, quiche, tiny breakfast sandwiches, along with a 'permanent' bar of cereals, juices, the MOST delicious fruit and yogurts). I believe that most of their breads and pastries were made on premise - which is very impresive, given how good they were! The hotel was exceedingly clean in all aspects and the staff was truly wonderful - happy and attentive. I read previous complaints about noise from the carabinieri stationed across the street in front of their building - but it seems that the hotel has installed soundproof windows, so it was easy enough to create a quiet room. It's a lively neighborhood (although this section of Via Giulia isn't lined with bars and restaurants), but the spillover from nearby establishments can sound like a party if you choose to open your windows. We found Hotel Dom very comfortable and accommodating and highly recommend it.

Our first stay here, but our second visit to Rome. This was truly perfect in every way and doesn't feel like a hotel, but as listed, it feels like private apartments. Set in a great location, access is fuss free via private lifts and there is the bonus of Zuma and the rooftop bar which is used for breakfast. The only ****** is breakfast - it could be better, but this wouldn't stop us returning or recommending. Oh, and it's super convenient for a treat or two at the flagship store at Fendi!

Booked only cause of location. Super easy to get to by either metro or taxi. Small, cute lobby and friendly staff upon arrival. We didn’t stay in the main building so the bellmen took our luggage and walked us outside and around the corner to another building to where we were staying. The room was nice and had a great sitting area with an extra bed. Voucher was given to us for breakfast at the restaurant next to us which was really nice. My only issue was the sink and bathtub didn’t drain so I was literally standing ankle deep in my partners bath water during my shower. At checkout I told reception and she offered us a breakfast voucher but already had it and 10% off our next stay( but we won’t use that). It was a nice gesture. They did hold our bags while we shopped before leaving. Location is really good and they suggested a pizza place that was horrible lol. Didn’t like having to go around the corner to another building to our room. Overall it was ok and think over priced for the accommodation.

This hotel is a great place a central point for all the attractions in Rome. Located within walking distance to Castel San Angelo, this hotel is an excellent starting point for your adventures in the city. There are many highly reviewed restaurants nearby which made it convenient at the end of the day when our feet no longer wanted to walk anymore. The rooms are clean, well decorated and have ample plugs for your electronics. The breakfast buffet provides a lot of choices and does not disappoint. Special thanks to Pierro who looked after our family and provided excellent customer service and attention to detail to ensure our day started off well with a great breakfast. One of the worst things that could happen on a vacation happened, I dropped my phone inside the taxi cab. You lose your ability to capture moments, get directions, and even make payments. Honorable mention goes to Michelle who works at the front desk. Despite her busy duties, she contacted the taxi cab company, contacted the taxi driver directly, and located my phone. The driver kindly returned to the hotel and my phone was retrieved. This occurred on our very last day in Italy, and it would have been a huge loss to return home without my phone. Thank you so much Michelle for your hard work and pretty much saving our memories. No doubt, this was a great choice, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

I selected this hotel based on the location and my particular travel plans. My room was in their second building down the street from the hotel; there did not seem to be many rooms over here and it was quiet. Fortunately, they had someone to help me to my room and to find the other building. My room itself was large and well appointed; various drinks were included at no additional cost as well as a few sweets. The breakfast is served on the top level of the hotel so I trekked down the street every morning and I found the staff at the restaurant to be good. I did not interact much with the desk staff (although someone randomly knock on my door one evening saying they were a staff member and asking if I needed anything, I would suggest they call the rooms if they are so inclined) and ended up being out and about most of the time. Overall, the location worked out well for me and appreciated the provision of drinks in the room that were very welcome after a day of touring. It was a bit of a splurge for me price wise but worth it.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Rose Palace. The front desk gave us tired travelers a warm welcome that made us relax immediately. Our room overlooked the back of the American Embassy with guards stationed outside 24/7 so it was definitely safe. The hotel is a little off the beaten path from the usual touristy spots in Rome but in a very quiet area. The room was very clean. We had 3 in our room and the 3rd person had to sleep on a full size pull out couch. It was comfy for a pull out (you couldn’t feel the bar under the mattress) but unless you put up the bed every day the only place to sit were the beds. It had a small fridge and the bathroom was updated but limited on counter space around the sink. The buffet breakfast was geared toward a variety of tastes. Scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. When the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. There is a tiny grocery store called Co-op around the corner where you can buy the basics. Also on the next block is an ATM in the alcove of the bank entrance that seemed secure to use. Reading older reviews we thought there was a restaurant in the hotel serving dinner but it turned out to just be a small bar. So we walked a couple of blocks north and ate at Cesarina and enjoyed a good meal and friendly staff. There were a lot of other restaurants to pick from in a 2-3 block radius. The ones on Via Vittorio Veneto appeared to be more expensive than the ones northeast of the hotel. There is a taxi stand a couple of blocks away and we used both Uber and inTaxi for rides back to the hotel.

Hotel conveniently located next to The Vatican in a quiet neighbourhood with many restaurants, cafes, clothing stores within a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel staff very professional and friendly. Special mention to Front Desk Agent Chiara Stage who went above and beyond in ensuring we got the most out of our short time there. We had a lovely balcony and a large bathroom. The room was spotless and modern with flat screen tv. The only complaint being that the pillows and matress were too hard for my comfort.

Struktur baru dan berfungsi, katil bersaiz king yang sangat baik dan tilam ortopediknya, bilik tidak bersih sempurna (tidak lama kemudian saya berjalan di sana, tanpa selipar, saya mempunyai kaki hitam) tetapi sangat berfungsi dan dilengkapi dengan semua perkhidmatan yang diperlukan untuk penginapan ( antara termasuk kemungkinan menyediakan kopi dan teh di dalam bilik). Restoran dengan pemandangan yang sangat baik, tetapi kakitangan yang tidak cekap dan tidak bersedia (saya tidak dapat memilih meja, menu yang dikurangkan dan terakhir tetapi tidak kurang juga saya memesan tartare daging dan saya dihidangkan beberapa keping daging dengan bawang, cendawan, pesto dan saya tidak tambahkan apa-apa ada yang lain ....... ringkasnya, asas memasak tidak ada !!! Lebih tepat jika mengatakan bahawa mereka sudah kehabisan stok dan saya akan mengambil sesuatu yang lain; carbonara adalah kredit yang sangat baik untuk kredit. Akhirnya, Perkhidmatan tidak ada, terdapat kira-kira 5 pelayan di antara maitre d 'dsb. Saya terpaksa menunggu 20 minit untuk menerima roti, *****tara kopi - kelelahan kerana tidak melihat siapa-siapa lulus - dibawa di kaunter dengan harga yang sederhana € 3 dikenakan kepada saya walaupun saya sedikit rungutan !!!! Maaf, saya lupa menyebut bahawa terdapat sekitar 6 pelanggan di seluruh restoran. (ringkasnya, tidak pernah lagi !! pengalaman restoran untuk dilupakan). Penyambut tetamu yang sangat baik, bersedia dan bersedia untuk menyelesaikan masalah; sebenarnya, dia segera memberikan selipar bilik dengan logo struktur dan memberi saya sarapan percuma. We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel which was in easy walking distance to every attraction a tourist would want to see…the Vatican,Coliseum, Forum, Spanish Steps, The Pantheon, hundreds of wonderful restaurants and bars. But, the most special part of our experience was the special attention to our stay from Laura and Pina. The host’s responsiveness was off the charts and the hospitality was beyond excellent! The attention to guest comfort and security was overwhelming! The suite/rooms were beautiful, comfortable bed and wonderful shower! Very clean. We look forward to our return to Rome and our stay at Relais Rione Ponte! Thank you, Laura!! You made our Rome experience memorable!

We found this hotel after researching areas and so grateful we did. From the moment we first emailed the hotel staff for information regarding access for my mother who was hiring a wheelchair, they were just incredible. Every single member of staff in this hotel was so friendly, welcoming and spoke multiple languages to all guests. The hotel organised fantastic transfers for us with wonderful drivers, who basically did a running commentary tour of Rome on each journey. We organised a wheelchair to be delivered to the hotel and they stored it for us each day, but let us come and go like we were family to access it. We cannot reommend the brilliant staff highly enough and we forgot to ask all their names - the two main gentlemen on reception in the day were incredible with their customer service skills. Marco on reception was super friendly too and Beatrice our cleaner with language skills that could be great on reception was fab too. The breakfasts were brilliant, varied selection and the staff were only too happy to help you make it a perfect experience. The view from the breakfast terrace will stay with me for life, beautiful way to start the day with a sunrise breakfast overlooking the Altar of the kingdom, the Pantheon and the Vatican / St Peter's Basilica. We were encouraged to go up the terrace at any time so we often had a picnic lunch up there, late afternoon prosecco watching the sun go down, bliss. There is a fantastic Carrefour shop just a 3 minute walk from the hotel (up towards the Tiber river / bridge, but turn right at junction before and walk along the street for 2 mins). We picked up 2 salads and water for 7 euros, together with a bottle of prosecco... great simple lunch with a view. Our room was 214 and was fairly dark (without the lights on) as it was in the inner courtyard area (rooms 506 - 508 are the best balcony / street facing rooms) but it was quite lovely for sleeping as it was peaceful and restful. The bedding is quite old fashioned and we wished we had just had sheets rather than the blanket in between (but we just removed these for our stay) and it was lovely. The pillows were ok but again could do with being softer but overall for the dream location, the exceptional staff we would stay there again in a heartbeat as we thoroughly loved it. We brought the wrong charging adapter and the hotel staff were so brilliant and lent us one for the duration of our stay. In our room we had a fridge that was well stocked but we never needed that. There was also tea and coffee / kettle but again we didn't get round to using them. The staff in the hotel were constantly asking us if they could help with anything, suggested restaurants for us that were local (the restaurant adjacent to the hotel was outstanding Piazza Fiammetta) and just across the street down a small street there is another exceptional restaurant called Gusto - the also do pasta making classes. This was the last hotel I stayed at in Italy on a solo trip. I do regret not booking this hotel for the first leg of my trip when I started in Rome. The neighbourhood is lovely with lots to do. I felt safe on my own at night as a woman on my own. It’s close to most major attractions and is centrally located. The building is beautiful and secure. The hotel made sure to connect with me on what’s app hours before check in to make sure someone was there to let me in. The rooms were so clean and they had items in the room that were a nice touch, such as nail files and toothbrushes etc. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The air conditioning was great and kept the room cold. Wonderful shower! Great value and if I ever return to Rome this is where I will stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here - room was clean and very unique/old style- it really gave that extra vibe for our stay in Rome. Location is amazing- 3 minutes from Plaza Nova, 15 min from Vatican and all other attractions are walking distance . Breakfast is served on roof terace in Main Mansion Antica Dimora Delle Cinque Lune***Hotel - just 100m from the accommodation with spectacular rooftop views. Staff are so helpful and friendly - receptionist staff ( didn't get her name - she was working on the day of our check in 21.05.2022) was very friendly and helpful- she showed us our accommodation and helped with few tips to make our trip more pleasant. Breakfast staff - Lester - excellent customer service. Bernadette-working also in Rosamundas pizzeria ( highly recommended) - excellent customer service. ( p.s. all staff members in Rosamundas pizzeria were super nice - we visited few times 🙂) We would definitely stay again. P.s. - just to plan your visit- there is no Iron or Kettle available in the room.

Мы были в комнате на мансарде. Больше чем в половине комнаты невозможно ходить в полный рост. Но нам было нужно только место поспать, потому нам было это не важно. С детьми была бы проблема, очень травмоопасно. Но выглядит классно и романтично. Чисто и удобно. Ресепшн в другом месте. На дверях надпись как будто они пытались с нами связаться, какие-то проблемы будут только после 5ти. Это враньё. Через Trip com нашли их и заставили придти. Но и после 5ти никого не найти. У нас не работал чайник. Сказали пойти в соседний бар, если очень нужен чай) Будьте осторожны Trip com посылает им и наверно не только им ваши платёжные данные без шифрования, хотя на сайте обещали шифровать. На ресепшене был листок с 16 цифрами и CVC кодом моей карты. Хорошо увидел и сразу заблокировал карту. Такое недопустимо. CVC код не разглашают даже работникам банка.
