Apart from celebrating my father’s 80th birthday, this trip was also an opportunity to mark Mother’s Day. It was our first stay at Nüwa, and the experience has been truly exceptional. . My mother has been full of praise for the staff, who she found incredibly warm, welcoming, and delightful. We are especially grateful to Jerry, Yvonne, Mike, Jackson, and Angela for all their kind assistance and excellent arrangements. . Although my father is a man of few words, I’m quite sure he agrees with my mother — Nüwa will definitely be our hotel of choice in Macau next year!

Staying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me. Both its architecture and service are top-notch! We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm. The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it. The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable! My girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival. Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable. Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest. This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience, and I deeply hope management formally recognizes both Jane and Trista for their outstanding hospitality!

Ini sebenarnya sebuah premis yang hebat. Dari segi lokasi, mudah diakses, dari segi harga, dan mempunyai privasi yang baik. Saya akan katakan hotel ini lebih kepada jenis hotel tanah besar China. Ia tidak mempunyai kopi yang sempurna di dalam bilik, kebanyakan kakitangan bertutur dalam bahasa Mandarin dan bukannya bahasa Inggeris, hiasan dan sebagainya juga begitu. Apa yang saya maksudkan dengan privasi ialah lobi hotel ini berada di tingkat 38 dan terdapat lif berasingan untuk turun ke tingkat bilik. Walau bagaimanapun, untuk turun ke pintu masuk, sama ada kembali ke lobi dan menukar pakaian, atau pergi ke gim dan restoran dan menaiki lif lain di bahagian belakang. Ia seperti labirin. Pemandangan bilik saya sangat indah, menghadap Menara Macau, jambatan, dan Sands. Gim dan kolam renang juga bagus. Secara amnya, ini adalah hotel keluarga yang betul dengan harga yang berpatutan. Ia akan menjadi lebih baik bagi saya secara peribadi jika mereka mempunyai Netflix serta kopi yang sempurna seperti Nespresso.

Kemudahan: Walaupun hotel lama, tetapi ia dijaga dengan baik, bersih dan selesa. Bilik sangat besar dan luas, cuma nak tutup lampu sebelum tidur kena berjalan jauh. 😂 Perkhidmatan: Semua kakitangan sangat baik. Cik Lilia di kaunter hadapan sangat profesional dan bersemangat, membantu mengatur daftar masuk awal, dan bagasi boleh dihantar terus ke bilik. Kami juga boleh menyimpan bagasi selepas daftar keluar.

Very warm, attentive, friendly and helpful service staff from the moment we checked in at the reception to the concierge where the smiling staff, Jeffrey, offered to get an umbrella for us when it was drizzling and getting us a cab to travel to our destination. Very generous complimentary pressing service for my clothes and were delivered promptly within a day and placed nicely in my closet. When I requested for a bucket of ice cubes to chill my wine, the service staff even brought in an extra tub of ice cubes in case I needed to put into my drinks. Fresh fruits and bottles of Evian water in our room were provided daily. Personalised message from our housekeeping staff who took the initiative to provide extra bottles of Evian water for our consumption. Late checkout offered by the reception and we were pleasantly surprised and greatly appreciate this kind gesture. Have been to many 5-star hotels but the service here is another level up! Kudos to all the staff at St Regis Macau! Your service is impeccable!

Pengalaman keseluruhannya baik, kami menempah bilik deluxe king dan dinaik taraf ke bilik pemandangan menara, daftar masuk kami menyenangkan sejak kami melangkah masuk ke lobi, pertama kali disambut oleh FOM, FOO sangat membantu dan dengan senang hati menerangkan struktur bangunan keseluruhan dan memberi kami panduan perjalanan Macao percuma dan peta bangunan tempat kami menginap. Bagasi diuruskan dengan pantas oleh perkhidmatan loceng. FOO juga membantu mengatur limosin ***a London untuk membawa kami ke kampung tapia. Pengemasan adalah tahap seterusnya kerana mereka sangat prihatin terhadap keperluan tetamu mereka dan memastikan bilik kemas setiap hari.. kami dilayan seperti kerabat diraja. Kami pada dasarnya kembali seperti di rumah.. terima kasih kepada pasukan atas usaha mereka sepanjang penginapan kami. Ucapan terima kasih khas kepada Evanna, Mia dan Leena atas perkhidmatan luar biasa mereka sepanjang penginapan kami untuk memastikan ia lancar dan menyenangkan untuk pelancong kali pertama seperti kami.

The property is made for those looking for a laid back and relatively quiet vacation. Great for families with kids and elderlies. Wheelchair access was satisfactory from entry, to passage through the lobby, upstairs rooms, and outdoor gardens, pool and promenade, which was our favorite. The seaside paved path was breezy and shaded in the morning. The connecting rooms (1 king bed & 2 twin beds) were huge. 4 people can stay on the floor of 1 room all at the same time and still be able to move around with plenty of space. The toilet and bath were spacious too. The outdoor pool is not very big but was good enough, the indoor pool is small. Tennis courts are good but a bit far to get to and tricky with stairs. Bring supplies for snacks and beverages if planning to stay in. No shops nearby for a gum. The 5-min taxi ride to Coloane Village was worth it with its charming old town vibe, and cafes, including eggtarts/pastries from Lord Stows. Eat cantonese dishes with seafood options at Comidas Va Kei. Their grilled chicken and salt & pepper corn were delicious. Paid about 400HKD for a meal for 6.

The facility very good and rest well,The accommodation was clean and spacious. It felt like great value for money. The room was fully equipped, and the bed was soft and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. What really stood out, was the service. The staffs were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I had a great experience and would definitely choose this hotel again.
