We had a fantastic stay. The staff were outstandingâfriendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in arranging birthday decorations that made our celebration feel special. Our room was spacious and comfortable, giving our family plenty of space to relax and spend time together.
The swimming pool was a highlightâclean, well maintained, and great for both kids and adults. We also loved the convenience of having Donki in the hotel for snacks and lateânight bites.
Overall, a very familyâfriendly property with great amenities and thoughtful service. Weâd happily stay here again.

Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good nightâs rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, weâve experienced excellent service beforeâbut what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level.
During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard serviceâit felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means.
The suite itself was exceptionalâspacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family.
We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests.
The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviarâsomething that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.

MMichelle liewI would give this property more stars, if I could.., just for how every staff member Iâve met made me feel welcome, cared for and important.
From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, Tim (a very handsome young man) welcomed us and took care of our luggageâs, walked us up to the check in counter and warmly introduced us to Ryan.
Ryan helped us with the check in and immediately made us feel like friends, not just guests. He found us a lovely room (1615 has amazing view) albeit before check in time, helped us orientate around the hotel and Cotai *****, invited us to the champagne ceremony at 6pm and happy hour at The St Regis bar, recommended a lovely restaurant for Macanese food at Taipa Village and of course, walked us to the lift. Behind the scene, he has arranged for Tim to get our luggage sent to the room. Itâs a nice gesture to have our luggageâs nicely set up before we got in.
Later in the evening, we met Douglas, Hotel GM who hosted us to many different cocktails and mocktails creations at The St Regis Bar. Again, he made us feel like friends, engaging in light conversation while enjoying the relaxed ambience with delicious snacks and drinks. I must recommend cotton club - with the honey comb. Credit goes to Douglas, who led his team to make a difference with every interaction across the hotel.
After lunch, we returned to our room to a pleasant surprise. An introduction card and fruit platter from The Butler. Nice touch. I would have requested for a butler drawn bath if we have more time
At dinner, Jonathan and his team, Pat and Niles made it just delightful. Every detail was thoughtfully executed - the food (go for beef cheek), ambience and service came together beautifully. We also appreciated the nice gesture of a welcome back dessert and printed photo to bring home at the end of the meal.
The next day, seamless check out. Tim assisted us with the taxi and luggages. And as we waited for the taxi, Tim excused himself for a short while and came back with the box of almond cookies (Macaoâs specialty) for us to bring home!
St Regis really aced at making us feel at home and among friends. Weâll definitely be back soon.

BBHChinHotel room is clean and neat. The space of room is big and warm. The location is convenient and can walk around to enjoy.
The transportation is convenient as they are providing the shuttle transfer. When we reach the airport, we able to get the bus shuttle to the hotel. However, if hotel able to provide airport transfer facility upon request will be a better, especially for family with old folk or at the hour that the shuttle bus is not available.
The staffs are friendly and helpful. All with look of cheerful which provide the happiness environment for the visitors.
Overall experience at the hotel is good and comfort.

SSteve120390I enjoyed my stay at the W. I like the facilities such as the swimming pool area with jacuzzi, steam room and saunas. The bars look nice but there is no DJ or live band or anything which is disappointing.
The only thing I would suggest they improve is checkin and checkout.
Iâve never stayed in a 5 star hotel where I must have a credit card. Not every body wants or has a credit card. So they do not take deposits from bank cards.. this meant I had to go to the ****** use my British bank card and incur fees and Iâm left with a lot of HKD currency which I donât need so I will loose even more money to exchange it. So check in to this hotel Iâve lost money.
And itâs the guest fault.. no apology, no upgrade or anything for the inconvenience. And I am now at a loss.
Also the checkout was very slow to get back a cash deposit and to pay for minibar items.

Food in Café panorama always satisfies our hunger and our craving for good food. This is our second home in Macau and will definitely come back again soon. TThe Adventurer number 15I stayed here for a three-night business trip and was very impressed. The Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast, which was essential for my meetings. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the room had a large desk and plenty of power outlets. I also appreciated the quiet hallways, which made it easy to get some rest after a long day. Highly recommend for any business traveler.
