- Tiffany at Front Office was an absolute gem! So welcoming, efficient, and sweet ā she set the tone for our stay perfectly.

- Housekeeping deserves huge praise! They arranged a shower chair for my elderly mom during turndown service ā no fuss, just pure kindness. ā¤ļø
- Gym Attendant Arnold went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only was he super friendly, but he personally escorted my mom to the changing room and ensured she felt comfortable. The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her ā it meant the world to us!

We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses ā just accountability and action!
šÆ Management That Listens:
At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident ā a classy touch that showed real ownership. It wasnāt just about fixing a mistake; it was about valuing us as guests.

Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good nightās rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, weāve experienced excellent service beforeābut what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level.
During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard serviceāit felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means.
The suite itself was exceptionalāspacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family.
We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests.
The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviarāsomething that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.

From entering the lobby, check-in, welcome gift,24H butler service, bed at night, low noise, inexhaustible bottled water, 24H free ice/hot milk, chocolate milk, capsule coffee, USB charging plug, exquisite bathroom supplies, shower room without overflow problems, comfortable mattress, very cold A/C, special surprise, check-out, they taken care of carefully.
You must try their buffet. Make a reservation while you check-in, you will have a good prices.
I would like to say thank you to lovely butler Ivy and Sarah. No one is more considerate than your service. Thank you for your lovely hand-painted cards, balloons and St. Regis Bear,.Which made my daughter has a very unforgettable trip in Macau. Without your sweetness arrangement, the journey would have lost such special memories! We love you.

Despite the massive scale of the property, the flow is incredibly smoothāstaff coordination, guest movement, and overall operations are handled with impressive precision. Nothing feels chaotic; instead, thereās a calm, refined efficiency throughout.
One of the standout highlights is the buffet. The food selection is exceptional, offering a wide variety that spans East to Westāfresh seafood, refined Western dishes, authentic Asian cuisine, and an indulgent dessert section. Every station is well-managed, constantly replenished, and presented beautifully. Itās clear that both quality and diversity are taken seriously here.
Equally impressive is the room service and housekeeping. The rooms are maintained to a very high standardāspotlessly clean, well-organized, and refreshed with great attention to detail. The staff are discreet yet attentive, ensuring everything feels seamless without being intrusive.
The resort itself is a destination on its own. The scale is enormous, yet aesthetically cohesive. The beautifully landscaped gardens, elegant pools, and European-inspired architecture create a unique atmosphere. Thereās even a charming ācastle-likeā design element that adds a whimsical, almost fairytale touch to the surroundingsāmaking it feel more like a luxury retreat than just a hotel.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaIt takes a while to check-in while the queuing area is small, and I was being asked then to go 2/F to check-in to speed up but actually that didnāt really help with shortening waiting time.
Room is nice I got upgrade to a more spacious room. Clean, stylish and a washroom with bathtub and nice view.

AArmelia TorresWe had a wonderful time at the Grand Coloane Resort. Breakfast daily was adequate and had a lot of choices - super loved the breakfast mimosas. We also tried the dinner buffet - and food was really excellent. Jackie the server was very helpful and gave excellent suggestions. My husband loved the golf course too. We will definitely go back to this resort.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a great stay in this hotel. Itās just 8-10 mins walk from Senado Square, itās quite and convenient. The staff are very nice and accommodating, and very friendly too. They always greet and smile each time they see us, which made us more comfortable during our stay. We will definitely book and stay with them again in the future.
