The ladies from the reception desk were super kindly and gave me a lot of explanations. I mention here Janice.
I arived 3 hours before normal check in time and they arranged my room in 20 min.
The room was excellent with living zone and bedroom area.
The connection with Venetian mall and from there with Parisian and Londoner malls make this complex a very pleasant experience for a tourist.
Also there is ****** access for gamblers."

Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. We had a fantastic stay. The staff were outstandingâfriendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in arranging birthday decorations that made our celebration feel special. Our room was spacious and comfortable, giving our family plenty of space to relax and spend time together.
The swimming pool was a highlightâclean, well maintained, and great for both kids and adults. We also loved the convenience of having Donki in the hotel for snacks and lateânight bites.
Overall, a very familyâfriendly property with great amenities and thoughtful service. Weâd happily stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuGenuinely the best hotel that Iâve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

MMonicaLiuCame for a birthday getaway! No luck on an upgrade and the room was ready a bit late, almost 5pm still no room ready for usđ©. We came to celebrate birthday and emailed the hotel a week before and the hotel confirmed would set up the room and give us a complimentary cake. They gave us a birthday cake which was very much appreciated, but the lady who deliver to our room seemed not in a good mood. Yes rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated but terrible check in experience, and no room set up like they promised. From the beginning we were actually planning to stay for another night if everything satisfied but because of the delayed check in and bad service, I decided to book another hotel for our second night. Wouldn't consider staying here again, the only good thing is the location and hotel rooms are newly renovated.

MMichelle liewI would give this property more stars, if I could.., just for how every staff member Iâve met made me feel welcome, cared for and important.
From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, Tim (a very handsome young man) welcomed us and took care of our luggageâs, walked us up to the check in counter and warmly introduced us to Ryan.
Ryan helped us with the check in and immediately made us feel like friends, not just guests. He found us a lovely room (1615 has amazing view) albeit before check in time, helped us orientate around the hotel and Cotai *****, invited us to the champagne ceremony at 6pm and happy hour at The St Regis bar, recommended a lovely restaurant for Macanese food at Taipa Village and of course, walked us to the lift. Behind the scene, he has arranged for Tim to get our luggage sent to the room. Itâs a nice gesture to have our luggageâs nicely set up before we got in.
Later in the evening, we met Douglas, Hotel GM who hosted us to many different cocktails and mocktails creations at The St Regis Bar. Again, he made us feel like friends, engaging in light conversation while enjoying the relaxed ambience with delicious snacks and drinks. I must recommend cotton club - with the honey comb. Credit goes to Douglas, who led his team to make a difference with every interaction across the hotel.
After lunch, we returned to our room to a pleasant surprise. An introduction card and fruit platter from The Butler. Nice touch. I would have requested for a butler drawn bath if we have more time
At dinner, Jonathan and his team, Pat and Niles made it just delightful. Every detail was thoughtfully executed - the food (go for beef cheek), ambience and service came together beautifully. We also appreciated the nice gesture of a welcome back dessert and printed photo to bring home at the end of the meal.
The next day, seamless check out. Tim assisted us with the taxi and luggages. And as we waited for the taxi, Tim excused himself for a short while and came back with the box of almond cookies (Macaoâs specialty) for us to bring home!
St Regis really aced at making us feel at home and among friends. Weâll definitely be back soon.

SSteve120390I enjoyed my stay at the W. I like the facilities such as the swimming pool area with jacuzzi, steam room and saunas. The bars look nice but there is no DJ or live band or anything which is disappointing.
The only thing I would suggest they improve is checkin and checkout.
Iâve never stayed in a 5 star hotel where I must have a credit card. Not every body wants or has a credit card. So they do not take deposits from bank cards.. this meant I had to go to the ****** use my British bank card and incur fees and Iâm left with a lot of HKD currency which I donât need so I will loose even more money to exchange it. So check in to this hotel Iâve lost money.
And itâs the guest fault.. no apology, no upgrade or anything for the inconvenience. And I am now at a loss.
Also the checkout was very slow to get back a cash deposit and to pay for minibar items.

LLucasmahalThe location is far from the city, but the travel is all worth it. The ambiance is so relaxing and has a nice view. It's kid-friendly. If you have children, I would recommend this hotel as it has different activities for them.
The kids loved our stay there. They loved to swim. The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially the Filipinos đ«°
We would love to go back there again and it would be much better to stay there for 2 to 3 days.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a great stay in this hotel. Itâs just 8-10 mins walk from Senado Square, itâs quite and convenient. The staff are very nice and accommodating, and very friendly too. They always greet and smile each time they see us, which made us more comfortable during our stay. We will definitely book and stay with them again in the future.
