Not only was he super friendly, but he personally escorted my mom to the changing room and ensured she felt comfortable. The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us! 🍽️ Room Service & Integrity: We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action! 🎯 Management That Listens: At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. Genuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

Title: Wonderful, family‑friendly stay with excellent service We had a fantastic stay. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in arranging birthday decorations that made our celebration feel special. Our room was spacious and comfortable, giving our family plenty of space to relax and spend time together. The swimming pool was a highlight—clean, well maintained, and great for both kids and adults. We also loved the convenience of having Donki in the hotel for snacks and late‑night bites. Overall, a very family‑friendly property with great amenities and thoughtful service. We’d happily stay here again.

This is actually a great establishment. Location wise is easily accessible, price wise is decent, has a good privacy. I would say this hotel is more of a Chinese mainland kind a type. It does’t have proper coffee in the room, most of the staff speak Mandarin instead of English, the decoration and stuff are too. What I meant by privacy is that this hotel’s lobby is on the 38th floor and there is a separate elevator to go down to the room floors. However, to go down to the entrance is either go back to the lobby and change, or go to the gym and restaurant and take other elevators at the back. It is like a maze. My room view is magnificent, facing Macau tower, the bridge, and the Sands. The gym and pool are also nice. In general, this is such a proper family hotel with a decent price. It would be so much better for me personally if they have Netflix as well as proper coffee like Nespresso.

Banyak hotel bagus di Macau, tetapi yang paling saya sukai ialah yang ini. Alasannya mudah, perkhidmatannya sangat luar biasa. Sejak anda melangkah masuk ke hotel, anda akan merasai keprihatinan hotel. Anda tidak perlu berkata apa-apa pun, banyak perkhidmatan naik taraf akan diaturkan lebih awal untuk anda, supaya anda tidak perlu risau lagi! Kali ini, Michelle dan Lina yang melayan saya. Boleh dikatakan, mereka membuatkan saya berasa seperti di rumah. Saya juga sudah berjanji akan menginap di hotel ini lagi apabila saya ke Macau pada masa akan datang. Lagipun, mana ada orang yang tidak pulang ke rumah, bukan?

Hotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! 🤣

Very warm, attentive, friendly and helpful service staff from the moment we checked in at the reception to the concierge where the smiling staff, Jeffrey, offered to get an umbrella for us when it was drizzling and getting us a cab to travel to our destination. Very generous complimentary pressing service for my clothes and were delivered promptly within a day and placed nicely in my closet. When I requested for a bucket of ice cubes to chill my wine, the service staff even brought in an extra tub of ice cubes in case I needed to put into my drinks. Fresh fruits and bottles of Evian water in our room were provided daily. Personalised message from our housekeeping staff who took the initiative to provide extra bottles of Evian water for our consumption. Late checkout offered by the reception and we were pleasantly surprised and greatly appreciate this kind gesture. Have been to many 5-star hotels but the service here is another level up! Kudos to all the staff at St Regis Macau! Your service is impeccable!

Pengalaman keseluruhannya baik, kami menempah bilik deluxe king dan dinaik taraf ke bilik pemandangan menara, daftar masuk kami menyenangkan sejak kami melangkah masuk ke lobi, pertama kali disambut oleh FOM, FOO sangat membantu dan dengan senang hati menerangkan struktur bangunan keseluruhan dan memberi kami panduan perjalanan Macao percuma dan peta bangunan tempat kami menginap. Bagasi diuruskan dengan pantas oleh perkhidmatan loceng. FOO juga membantu mengatur limosin ***a London untuk membawa kami ke kampung tapia. Pengemasan adalah tahap seterusnya kerana mereka sangat prihatin terhadap keperluan tetamu mereka dan memastikan bilik kemas setiap hari.. kami dilayan seperti kerabat diraja. Kami pada dasarnya kembali seperti di rumah.. terima kasih kepada pasukan atas usaha mereka sepanjang penginapan kami. Ucapan terima kasih khas kepada Evanna, Mia dan Leena atas perkhidmatan luar biasa mereka sepanjang penginapan kami untuk memastikan ia lancar dan menyenangkan untuk pelancong kali pertama seperti kami.

Kemudahan: Walaupun hotel lama, tetapi ia dijaga dengan baik, bersih dan selesa. Bilik sangat besar dan luas, cuma nak tutup lampu sebelum tidur kena berjalan jauh. 😂 Perkhidmatan: Semua kakitangan sangat baik. Cik Lilia di kaunter hadapan sangat profesional dan bersemangat, membantu mengatur daftar masuk awal, dan bagasi boleh dihantar terus ke bilik. Kami juga boleh menyimpan bagasi selepas daftar keluar.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. What really stood out, was the service. The staffs were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I had a great experience and would definitely choose this hotel again.
