"Riad Jil & Spa is a beautiful and welcoming place in an excellent location. Next to one of the medina gates, it gives you easy access to both the souks and taxis outside the medina. Right outside, there is a local fruit market every day. It felt like a raw and authentic part of Marrakech life. The prices were fair, nobody tried to overcharge us, and every dirham spent there felt like it was going to hardworking, honest people. The service at the riad was exceptional: professional, warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The riad itself is charming and relaxing, with tasteful decoration, real plants and a lovely, cosy patio with a swimming pool. Every detail creates a peaceful, comfortable and intimate atmosphere. If you are visiting Marrakech for the first time, you could not find a better place to stay."
