"Location: very near to the centre and other tourist spots. The area is well guarded as it next to the Royal Palais (which apparently where the royal family resides, you will find guards every corner, and they were all polite. On our first night we were scared at first as we thought the place looks dodgy but it changes quickly as there area is quite popular to other tourist and quite large number of riads could be find in the area.
Breakfast: they served us bread, pancake, honey, cheese traingles, orange juice and coffee -generous amount of milk. They were also kind to provide us moroccan tea in the afternoon but you have to ask (whenask about the fee they say it's on the house)
Massage: they offered very cheap massages comapre to other spa house, the massage lady was very sweet and friendly.
They also offer cheap laundry but my husband lost one pair of his sock.
They also serve other things like dinner (but we opted to eat outside) and ammenities. The only thing that we had a problem with is the bathroom because it does not drain quickly so we have to wait till it drained till the next person can do shower. Overall the riad is a good place, noting about their extra ammenities, friendly staff and its price."

As a loyal guest who has been staying at Sofitel Marrakesh for the past 15 years, I want to express my continued appreciation for the high standard of service, comfort, and hospitality your hotel consistently delivers. My experiences have always been thoroughly enjoyable, which is why I continue to return year after year.
I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities.
fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for.
Thank you for taking this into consideration, and I look forward to many more memorable stays in the future.

これまでSri Panwa, PhuketやJumeirah, Maldivesが良かったですが、同等かそれ以上の良いホテルでした。

MMötley NüFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.

PPengguna TetamuStayed at Riad Mama for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience.
The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service.
They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Thank you Riad Mama! I can’t recommend Riad Mama enough this is hospitality at its finest. The rooftop view facing Koutoubia mosque.

PPengguna TetamuIt’s a beautiful designed hotel, well located in a nice area with shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly staff, great swimming pools and beautiful gardens.
Only con was check in. When a arrived in my jogging outfit and tired, no one of the staff offered to help me with my luggage. I guess because I wasn’t looking fancy, but that shouldn’t matter since I’m still a customer. Also at the check-in there were 4 staff members and one helping the clients in the queue. After 15 minutes one of the staff members asked the others to help the clients waiting for the checkin, this must be improved.
But it didn’t effect my stay. I stayed a week with my daughter and we had a really nice stay.

PPengguna TetamuWe liked the Savoy Le Grand Hotel. However, there is building work going on, and the noise levels in the reception area are very high. The staff are courteous and polite. As it is a large hotel, the overall service and customer care can sometimes fall short.
A special thanks should be given to the staff at the Moroccan restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. The bar staff were more relaxed, and the dining experience in the bar area was acceptable. The hotel is close to both the train station and the airport, which makes it a convenient place to stay.

Le personnel est accueillant et le petit déjeuner est très varié.
Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre le premier jour, j'ai été changé le second jour de chambre sans que le chauffage de l'autre chambre fonctionne bien. Le lendemain, les agents de maintenance ont fait la maintenance et c'était maintenant bon.
Quelques points que j'ai pas appréciés :
- il est interdit d'apporter à l'hôtel de la nourriture et des boissons
- Dans le buffet dînatoire, l'eau n'en fait pas partie.

TTOMOMIバスタブがあって、オールインクルーシブなホテルを探していたらこちらを見つけました。
市内からはタクシーで80MADで、約20分かかりました。
ホテルから市内へ向かう場合のタクシーは150MADとのことです。
市内へはホテルのシャトルバスもありますが、片道1人15MADで、時間も決められているのと、当日予約は埋まっているので、タクシー利用をおすすめします。
バーカウンターやレストランにいたスタッフの方は皆さんとてもフレンドリーで、仕事もてきぱきされてました。
アメニティは、スリッパや歯ブラシ、バスローブなどは全てないです。
また、電源がヨーロッパ仕様なので、変圧器をホテル内にあるショップで80MADで購入しました。
レストラン会場は、朝食、ランチ、ディナー全てビュッフェ形式で、ワインも白、ロゼ、赤が飲み放題でした。
日本の感覚からすると、この値段でこの施設やサービスはあり得ないので、日程に余裕があるならぜひ一度宿泊することをおすすめします。
