I found a hidden gem of a hotel in Xi'an that you absolutely must stay at! The location of Orange Crystal Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower Branch) is absolutely unbeatable. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, and super convenient for exploring the Muslim Quarter and Shuyuanmen. There's a subway station right outside the hotel, so getting around is a breeze. The hotel's design is top-notch, with warm lighting and a minimalist, high-quality decor. The lobby scent is fresh and not overpowering, and the rooms are impeccably clean. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the soundproofing is excellent – you can get a peaceful night's sleep even in the city center. The bathroom has a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are high quality. Plus, there are thoughtful little touches that really make a difference – charging ports by the bed, a soft reading lamp, and plenty of bottled water. The service is truly outstanding! The front desk staff are warm and professional, patiently answering questions about attractions and even proactively recommending local restaurants. Check-in and check-out were both super fast. The breakfast in the morning offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, and everything tastes authentic. After a satisfying meal, you're all set to embark on your ancient city adventure!

The hotel's location is excellent and matches the pictures. Turn left about 100 meters from the entrance and you'll find Shuyuan Gate. The subway station is around 300 meters away, and it's very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Xiaozhai, the Muslim Quarter, and the Shaanxi History Museum. It's super convenient whether you're here for business or sightseeing! The hotel's cleanliness is great, and the front desk and other staff members are all very welcoming. The bathroom facilities are good with no unpleasant odors! The soundproofing in the room is also decent, so I slept very comfortably! The hotel's cleanliness is good! The breakfast selection is also quite varied. This hotel offers good value for money, and I'm really happy I chose Orange Hotel for my business trip this time! Friends visiting Xi'an can definitely choose this place with confidence!

The service was absolutely amazing, and the room was spacious, clean, and bright. I stayed for almost a week, and the view from the window was also fantastic. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay, and there was even a pleasant surprise when I checked out. Highly satisfied!

I used to stay at Atour a lot when I traveled, but this time I tried out Orange Crystal, a Huazhu Hotels Group brand. It has a business-style feel and was also very good. **Facilities**: Very high-tech, with an electric smart toilet and automatic curtains. **Hygiene**: I stayed for two days, and someone cleaned the room daily, restocked toiletries, and tidied up. Very good. **Environment**: It's right next to Yongning Gate. Aside from being a bit noisy, the environment is great. The window directly faces Yongning Gate, which looks beautiful at night. **Service**: The service was excellent. The staff, both the young men and women, were very enthusiastic. I'd especially commend the airport pick-up service (very convenient, the driver was already waiting when I landed). I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is excellent and very convenient! The hotel itself is great, but I have a strong warning for everyone to avoid the in-house travel agency (it seems to be Shaanxi Zhongchao International Travel Agency). They market themselves as providing a convenient 'Terracotta Warriors direct bus' for guests, but in reality, it's a disguised tour group. A one-hour journey stretched into two hours, and they spent the entire trip pushing sales under the guise of 'increasing your knowledge.' I really fell into a huge trap this time.

The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, and the creative mini cakes, in particular, were a big hit with my kids. They also had a unique flavor and were surprisingly delicious.

On fall break, I brought my wife and kids to Xi'an. The tour guide recommended this hotel, and frankly, looking at the price, I didn't expect much. However, after staying here, I found it to be incredibly good value for money. The hygiene is excellent, the location is superb, right next to many attractions, and the breakfast is rich and varied and delicious. Most importantly, every staff member is extremely dedicated and has a wonderful attitude! I highly recommend this hotel!

Extremely satisfied with the service! Felt right at home! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to find food and go shopping. It's also not far from the Xi'an Beilin Museum and Small Wild Goose Pagoda Park. Definitely worth revisiting!

I booked a terrace room, which was very comfortable and clean. Even though it faced the street, the soundproofing was quite good. The staff were all very welcoming; the cleaning lady and the maintenance uncle were also very enthusiastic and proactively offered help.

The room was spotless and clean, equipped with pour-over coffee and tea. The breakfast selection was also very rich. Most importantly, the location is unbeatable – Shuyuan Street is to the left when you go downstairs, and Xiangzi Temple is to the right. A leisurely half-day stroll around the area was really enjoyable.

Facilities: Very new, well-designed rooms, and good bathroom amenities. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Great location, convenient for getting around. Service: Abundant breakfast, and very warm service. Complimentary airport pick-up (requires booking one day in advance, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM): The driver was very friendly, and the car wasn't crowded.

After staying at this hotel for 4 nights, I decided to extend my trip for 2 more nights and ended up booking the same hotel again. The staff was kind enough to arrange for me to stay in the same room without having to move, which made my stay even more comfortable. With such excellent service and convenient location, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will choose to stay here again whenever I visit Xi’an.

The room was very comfortable, especially the mattress. The location is quite good; you can easily access the Yongning Gate city wall just a short walk away. There are plenty of dining, drinking, and entertainment options nearby, and it's not far from various attractions. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service.

The surrounding area is also very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. Upon departure, I received a cultural and creative gift, which my child absolutely loved. I also got to experience grinding coffee beans myself, which made for a fantastic stay!

Arrived at the hotel around 8 AM. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly helpful. It was cold, so they even gave us two bottles of warm mineral water, stored our luggage, and recommended a place for breakfast. After a day out, we returned to the hotel in the afternoon, and the front desk clerk upgraded our room. The room was quite spacious with good facilities, and the cleanliness was excellent—no odd smells at all. I forgot to take pictures of the room, so here are a few photos of the attractions to make up for it, haha. All in all, the hotel was great, Xi'an is really fun, and there's so much food you can't possibly try it all…
