Stayed for 2D1N. Comfortable and spacious room. One tram down to the hb station. There are a lot of restaurants downstairs so no worries if you wanna settle on your meals nearby. They gave us cute Lindt lady bugs chocolates for our honeymoon trip , really appreciate their gestures! Breakfast was really simple tho. Other than that everything’s fine for this hotel👍🏻

Near the Zurich HB station (Landesmuseum exit) walking distance abt 10mins, BUT it is on a up-slope. So not so convenient for those who are carrying big luggage. No toothbrush, slippers, comb or other toiletries.  only shower gel and shampoo provided housekeeping are done once every 3 days. Not recommended for sharing room with people you are not close too cos the layout of the room, bathroom and toilet is not private.

The hotel is a little away from the center (15~20 min by tram), plus 4min walk to the station. The check-in was quick, although in proper Swiss fashion the check-in time is only at 3pm. Fortunately, we were allowed to move in earlier. The room is big enough, but if you have big suitcases it'll be a bit tight. The staff is courteous and helpful, and try to accommodate if they can. The breakfast selection isn't too wide, but it's well arranged and has most of what you'd expect. There's a proper gym (exceedingly rare) with enough equipment to satisfy all but the pros. However, it does get a bit busy at times. They also have a decent swimming pool. There's a workstation with a printer next to the reception that guests can use for free - perfect if you need to print out tickets. They were happy to hold our baggage after we moved out until our flight in the evening - much appreciated. We paid about 125CHF a night for a standard room for two including breakfast, which is a good deal in Zurich. All things considered, there's very little to complain about. We had an excellent stay, and would love to stay there again.

Hotel is very conveniently located near the main train station. Perfect for getting around and the are many food options within walking distance. Hotel is clean and good as well. Would recommend!

Super quaint hotel close to everything you wanna see. There are tons of shops within walking distance, and the trams are just a few steps from the hotel. It’s was clean, quiet, and comfy. The staff are super friendly, and the hotel offers free water and soda. For the location, the price is great.

This is a great hotel at a great location. Just opposite the train station n near the famous shopping street. Can walk to the river and National Museum behind the train station. The staff are very friendly and professional. Even the house keepers are very professional. Breakfast is not bad but always same type of food.

UGH. Cute decor in our hotel room but couldn’t feel any impact from the AC (which instead of a temperature gauge is just an unmarked knob). Some outlets didn’t work, no closet where you could hang up clothes, no WASHCLOTHS so you can’t wash your face at night. Flimsy pillows so we balled up our clothes and slept with our heads on that. The “free mini bar” was full of drinks that a previous guest had drunk half of. Very expensive restaurant in the lobby. Some nice people at the front desk! That’s the only positive. The rest of the experience was like staying in an uncomfortable college dorm room. To be avoided!

It would be better if indoor doors and windows were easier to open, allowing for improved air circulation. The shower has very high water pressure, and the sink area is quite small. If two large people share the double bed, it can be very cramped. The apartment is located together with IBS, and you can navigate directly to IBS. I only stayed for one night, but around 7 AM, construction work started nearby, which was very annoying.

An interestingly situated hotel in lovely parklands. This place has an old section and a new one. we stayed in the new area. The room had no air con. It had an extra bed which we didn't ask for . This made the room crowded. The architecture in the new section is crazy. From outside the room the corridors look like a prison. It takes 2 lifts to get bags to the room. The reception has no ”soul” or atmosphere. We arrived at night, and it is lit in red. the restaurant was ok without being exceptional. Breakfast was quite good but not much of an offering for a gluten free person. No local restaurants worth going to. Think I would prefer to try something else next time.

A great boutique hotel in old town Zurich. 6 minute walk from Zurich HB train station after our flight into Zurich. Front desk staff Sam was extremely helpful and very polite, spoke English very well. Very clean hotel completely updated and this location is AAA for restaurants and bars, and is also quiet for a great nights sleep. Breakfast was ample to start our day. Coffee was great and a good selection of meats, cheeses, cereal and juice. The chocolate fondue machine at the entrance was really neat!
