Hotel is located near downtown area which is about 45 minutes away from the airport. Buffet breakfast extra and also provide simple dinner. Rooms are clean I was assigned a room without air conditioning and requested to change to another one.

It was a nice room that was clean and comfortable. AC was cold and plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of secure parking and only a few minute drive to centro histórico. An Uber from downtown was only 5 bucks. The included breakfast was buffet style. Not the greatest but had a descent selection. Would definitely book this place again.

I stayed for a business trip four nights. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming right from check in. The hotel was very clean and safe. My room was clean and comfortable and had all I needed, including a refreshed bottle of water each day. It was nice having Starbucks right in the hotel so I could get my coffee each morning and drink outside by the pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here if I visit Aguascalientes again.

El Hotel está en el puro centro, es muy limpio, el personal muy amable, la comida del restaurante muy rica, como está céntrico todo te queda cerca, ademas si piensas agarrar un tour para conocer ahi mismo tienen informacion, es una buena opción si visitas Aguascalientes.

入住時太晚了他們沒給安排從機場載送到酒店，白天退房時他們安排了免費酒店送機場班車。環境不錯，前台服務員有禮貌，有免費早餐，門外空氣清新

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hyatt, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mario, Ximena, Christi, and Romeo. Their genuine warmth and attention to detail truly made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was flawless, providing excellent recommendations, keeping my room impeccable, and offering top-notch service at the restaurant. Their dedication and commitment to creating a memorable experience were truly commendable. I can't thank Mario, Ximena, Christi, and Romeo enough for making my stay truly unforgettable.

Place is nice but disappointed. Showed up to check in, it’s about 55 degrees F outside, cold and chilly, the girl tells me that the heater in “some” rooms are not working, well what can I do, I complete the check in and go to the room…..the heater isn’t working but they have the AC on set at 17 degrees!!!! turns out and tallying to other guests, all the rooms don’t have heat. Needless to say the next day I woke up with runny nose. The internet went out, only one elevator works so you have to wait, wait, wait especially in the morning when everyone is heading out. The bathroom in the lobby has a toilet minus the toilet seat- what! Oh, and it’s been like that for some time because I noticed that a few months back when I first stayed at this place. They greet you with a coupon for coffee….doesn’t most Hampton offer free coffee anyways?? The breakfast is delicious and has good selection. I will not stay here when I go back for work…….it’s a shame because it’s conveniently close to the airport. If you plan on staying or booking here, call and make sure they have a working heater unless you want to freeze because it does get a super cold this time of year.

So let’s talk about positives - modern hotel, good location, spacious rooms. Very nicely decorated indeed. It has most amenities you can ask for. Areas which could be improved: 1. Housekeeping - very inconsistent service , lack of amenities / replenishments , no hand towels ( apparently run out as only had face towels). We had to ask Reception to bring shampoo , water as housekeeper didn’t leave stuff which is meant to be replenished daily 2. Breakfast - a la carte from a set menu - not a buffet ( only on weekends apparently), very inconsistent at times, takes time to deliver , so allow time if you have plans - not a great value either as only allowed to select from a set menu - had to ask waiter to replenish coffee. 3. Noise from nearby bar till 11 pm even mid week and even on higher floors - bring ear plugs 4. Air con was not very efficient General manager is very helpful and so is Reception staff. Please raise your concerns with the manager - this hotel has a great potential, they just need to improve standards.
