The checked in night is not smooth, as one of the staff is too aggressive, maybe he is exhausted as too many guests to check in in one short, he didnt give a clear instructions, but the signage over there also not very clear. Mostly staircase, its very hard for me to carry my luggage into the lift. The room is perfect, but the heater is on another side of the bed, which it dont help at all. Compared with the price, the room is clean, cost-effective, and the overall stay is very comfortable. The big bed is made up of 2 small beds. The cockroach can sleep halfway, and the cup is small. over all good location near to tram station and clean . the wifi was most of time not working and bad connection and i noformed the receiption about that but other 2 days was not solved so i had to use my cellphone data all 3 days i stay

The air conditioning was off, but a device kept making noise every ten minutes for five seconds, possibly an AC drain pump. At 11 PM, I went to the front desk for help. They listened for ten minutes and finally unplugged whatever was making the noise. The downside was the poor equipment, but at least there was AC, which was crucial during those 34-degree days.

The hotel is very central. We were there to the Musical. Not far from the hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished. Breakfast does not open any wishes. Only the hall bath is a little bit small. Since it rained, many guests wanted to use it, but there are only four beds.

The service was really bad too. They didn't come to clean the room for several days straight afterwards, and when the tissue box ran out, they wouldn't bring new ones, telling me to go downstairs to the front desk to get them myself. They didn't even provide drinking water in the room.

Really a very cost-effective hotel, the room is the same as the picture introduced (forgot to take a photo) the surrounding environment is great, the air is super good! You can take a walk to the forest to breathe fresh air, the pedestrian street is also very good, say back to the hotel, the service is very good, the cleaning is very clean, the breakfast is also very rich, the children do not want to go, but because the room can not continue to live, it is a pity!

The location is VERY close the airport so it was very convenient when it was time to fly out. Right outside it the Metro, so I was able to move around and explore parts of the city, specifically Frankfurt's New Old Town. Behind the hotel is a garden area where I did my morning walks. The room was very clean and spacious. I have no complaints. The staff were AMAZING! They answered all my questions about the area and they povided helpful tips on how to navigate the Metro. Overall thetrip was one of the smoothest and relaxed experience I have ever had.

The room as such was excellent and convenient in its location near a supermarket and the S-Bahn train station.

The Hotel is located about 10-15min away from the station which is very convenient. Service is good. The room is fairly clean and tidy, but we just find the lighting very dark and very difficult to navigate at night even with all the lights turned on. Overall, it was fairly decent.
