سلبيات لا يوجد إستقبال جيد لمجموعة كبيره من لأطباء أنا واسرتي لم يسعنا سرير ضيق ومخدات مرتفعة جداً وغير مريحة إنكسر كوب زجاج وقال لي house keeper لقد وضعتها من عندي وكان ينبغي أن أبلغ و أعطيته مال فأخذه بدون تردد وبدون شكر إنجرح إبني عندما احتكت قدمه بالكومودينو وطلبت من الإستقبال غيار جروح فأخبرني أن هذا بمقابل فنزلت لأركب الجولف وأذهب إلي الصيدليه فأخبروني أنه يشحن رأيت من حجرتي العمال يمسحون سقف الرابع حيث حمامات السباحة و... بواسطة مساحات يدوية وجرادل فأشفقت عليهم وتعجبت من هذه الإمكانيات الضعيفة بالمقارنة بمنزلة الفندق تشطيب داخل الأسانسير لا يتناسب مع الفندق لا يوجد لاند سكيب فقط صحراء وأعمال بناء الشطاف الخارجي والداخلي للتواليت سيئ جداً البحرلا يوجد به انشطة للأطفال ولا ألعاب مائيه ولا بالفندق Kids Club فقير جداً الشفاط في الحمام لا يعمل إيجابيات شيف محمد عبد الوهاب وجود ماركت سعودي Bellmen حمامات السباحة رائعة الغرفة واسعة Smart technology موظفي الإستقبال جيدين

Everything was wonderful. Efficient, friendly service, lovely, spacious room, well equipped gym, excellent facilities, plentiful, delicious breakfast & dinner. And the most beautiful beach I have ever seen, with crystal clear water, gentle waves, soft white/gold sand. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will be back next week already!

立地や雰囲気は問題なく、とても良いホテルでした！シャワーの出が少し悪いのでそこだけが気になるだけで他は気にならず、良い滞在になりました！

I had an amazing vacation with the first row villa on the beach , everything was perfect and organized . Mr Hassan he is an amazing manager who made sure that everything was smooth and he responded to all to our requests. I highly recomend this vacation for a big family where all of the family can stay in one place and the kids will enjoy the private poil

This is a very nice, brand new resort with green areas and palms. The resort is very large and we really did not need to run for places either at the pools or at the beach, where we were always assisted - the guys bringing beach towels and during the day Carlos was taking a very good care of us bringing drinks to our sunbeds. On the way back from the beach, we used to stop at the pool bar and chatted with Ahmed, who was also very helpful and made very good mixed drinks. There was always a wide selection of very tasty food and we loved their soups. In the lobby bar we used to stop for a very good coffee from Yossif, who was also very helpful and we enjoyed talking to him. After years of having our holidays always at Mallorca, I think Mersa Matruh has made us change our destination and after this visit we already have our plan for next year - to come back to this resort!

Amaizing place to be! Grrat staff and good located, we can go easy everywhere , the locals were so nice and love nature! The place to go around where really cool , from restaurants, beaches, the salt lake!

I stayed at Porto Marina on half board basis for a business trip about one week with my family and must note that all the staff were very helpful espessialy Mr. Asim who is Russian speaking and always willing to help in solving any problem. I would highly recommend you contact directly Mr.Asim if you occurred to stay at Porto Marina Alamein

The rooms are acceptable but they have some problems such as the lack of facilities in the rooms and the blackout of the curtains is not good. Some light coming in from the curtains may cause you discomfort when sleeping. There's no WiFI in all rooms (I have never seen it in any hotel before). It wasn't a problem for me but it may be a big problem for some people. There was a problem in the bathroom of my room when I arrived but it was solved. The private beach of the hotel is very good and all the rooms are close to the beach and the view is good and this is the best thing in the hotel. The staff's who were working in reception were very good and friendly(only on reception), but there was some delay in responding to requests. There is also another negative aspect of the hotel and that it is very far away and there are no services near it such as pharmacies,restaurants or a supermarket , If you wanna go out, you need to order a car a long time before you leave due to the distance of the place and the security of the area. The security of the place is very bad with Uber or taxi drivers. The waiting period may reach more than an hour for the to make the drive enter there's no reason and i don't know why they making the cars waiting all this time (this is the worst thing in the hotel), caused me a lot of delay. It's very easy for the hotel to put a small bus or a golf car to service the guests and take them outside the hotel area or make it easy to access Uber and taxis It will be a good hotel for a short stay vacation, but not for a long stay. It needs some some attention and care, simple things but important and it come be a great hotel , such as but Wi-Fi in the rooms and they need to have a golf car very simple stuff but important
