Hotel Dengan Spa di Beijing, China

Ia adalah penginapan yang bagus untuk 1 malam. Hotel baharu, lokasi yang bagus di tingkat 2 lapangan terbang, hanya beberapa langkah untuk berlepas antarabangsa. Kakitangannya ramah, bilik (single) tidak besar, tetapi lengkap. Sejuk di dalam bilik semasa saya tiba, tetapi semua bilik mempunyai penghawa dingin. Jika anda ingin pergi ke bandar, ia adalah mudah untuk dilakukan. Gunakan ekspres ke stesen metro dan metro pertama selepas dan dalam masa sejam anda berada di bandar yang jauh. Kalau tak nak keluar, boleh cari tempat makan atau mini market di airport. Saya menjumpai Gim yang bagus dan bilik permainan dengan meja biliard dan ruang duduk biasa. Saya fikir ia adalah peluang yang baik untuk bermalam di antara penerbangan anda.

We stayed here for 4 days and we had an amazing time. first of all, we would like to thank the staff which was so helpful and kind to us. They helped us to book the main square via wechat and even helped us to do the laundry. Most of them speak english and if they don’t, they do everything in order to help you. The hotel has a great location in a popular area which is alive in the evening but quiet during the day. The subway station is very close and room service is perfect. Thank you again!

Great location the metro was right in front and was direct lines to many attractions. Walking distance to many shopping malls and a great bakery right beside the hotel. The concierge was very helpful when we asked about the best way to the airport. We requested for a newly renovated room and it was clean and comfortable. The hotel contributed positively to our trip’s overall experience.

The hotel staff was so nice. And even though we arrived at the different airport, the hotel staff helped us to get to the hotel. We checked-in at 2 am and even thought it was super late, the staff helped us to check in and even carried our bags until our room and had cute snacks for us. They even gave us one more our before we check out because we arrived late. And the staff helped us to figure out the metro and even gave us a note that can help us to get to the destination. Definitely recommend. If I get back at Beijing, I’s definitely choosing this hotel again. (P.S. they have this cute Lamma)

Thumbs up for their Airport pick up service as the driver standby at the airport the time when we called him. The room is so so but suit for transit ( I don't like the smell) and the surrounding is quite dark at night. If u need a breakfast before heading to Beijing City, you can find a lot of restaurants nearby. We took bus No 46 to Beijing City. The receiption was helpful and informative but he said we can take any no of bus to the city, but actually you need bus no 46.

Pros - convenient location right beside metro station and shopping mall. Line 10 goes to many tourist sites either direct or with just 1 change. Strong WiFi (but blocked by company security app for those using Ms outlook). Strong hot shower pressure. Clean room with no smoking stench. Cons - in Oct room air con can only be set at 25 degrees lowest level so room feels a bit warm at times. Toilet seat no bidet (common in Shanghai). Personally don't like bed pushed against the window. Windows is very near to opposite block so have to remained closed at all times else or no privacy.

I was positively surprised by the quality of the hotel. Everything worked as expected, the rooms were clean and very beautiful. Staff is nice and there's a free shuttle bus every 30mins. I can also recommend to book a breakfast at the hotel. Not to mention the helpful personnel of the hotel (huge thanks to Michael and Rebecca at the reception :)). When I come back to Beijing I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel may be a little far from the metro but still within walking distance from the main tourist attractions (Tiananmen and whatnot) in Beijing. Good spread of items for the breakfast buffet. Perhaps try to avoid staying on level two where there’s a hotpot restaurant. Didn’t like the smell coming out from there. Robot sends amenities to the room upon request from some device in the room (there’s no phone but all’s good). Check in is at level 8 where you’ll get a birds eye view of the forbidden city. 24h snacks and fruits free of charge there too, nice to chill. They have a gym and automated luggage storage at b2.

The location is great, there’s lot of things to do in the area. Hotel is easy to find and 15min walk away from subway. Front desk staff was very friendly and helped swiftly when I had problems with heating. My room wasn’t cleaned despite me putting the sign to do so. Housekeeping did come in coz the tissue was refilled and towels changed but the bed wasn’t made and the cups not washed. 🥲🥲🥲 The guy at reception came in to help with heating and I complained about my bed not being made, I got no apologies except an explanation that they don’t change bedsheets everyday for the guests. Does that mean my bed mustn’t be made and room tidied up? ☹️☹️☹️
