Good - Front desk were polite and helpful and helped us restock on tea and toilet roll
Average - Room was OK, cleanish but a closer look the mattresses and other spots were very unclean. Outside windows haven't been cleaned in a while either.
Bad - The room design had a weird AI pic as wallpaper. No plug in bathtub so shower was only option. The bed was supposed to be king yet it was 2 small mattresses on a king size base. Very uncomfortable trying to sleep when they keep sliding apart. The room we were in (109) was directly above a pub and there's no sound proofing, you can hear Cheryl's bad karaoke version of gimme a man at 2am like you're there in the room with her.
Overall - We didn't pay much so not too fussed but the staff were great but the company needs to clean, repair and make vast improvements to the rooms like getting the right size mattress would be a start.

I celebrated my birthday at the Titanic Hotel , and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The outstanding service, coupled with thoughtful touches like a birthday card and complimentary chocolates, made my day truly special.
The luxurious room provided a comfortable and elegant space to relax and enjoy my stay. What's more, the hotel's spa is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever visited. The attention to detail and quality of treatments were second to none.
The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the water and offering a glimpse of the hotel's beautiful luxury apartments. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel for any occasion, as it offers an unparalleled experience that goes above and beyond expectations.

Excellent location for a visit to Albert Dock and to the city centre for shopping. Staff are professional ,friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere and very clean. The onsite parking is a definite 5 stars plus. Thank you Ibis Liverpool you made my stay very special.

Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. This hotel is amazing, from the moment you walk in. Staff are amazing the spa is out of this world (especially when you have been in work all day) and they bring you drinks out to you x

Nice decor, clean and good sized rooms. I stayed on the top floor. Great view from room and sky bar :-)
I will definitely return if in Liverpool for business or leisure with family (interconnecting rooms available).

The hotel is ideally located close to both the seafront and the city centre. Although there is no on-site parking, the hotel has an arrangement with NCP Moorfields on Vernon Street, offering guests discounted rates.
The building itself is somewhat of a rabbit warren, and finding your room can be confusing. It’s not well suited for guests with mobility issues. The corridors have a slightly stale smell, but the rooms themselves are clean and comfortable.
There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the rooms, though these can be purchased from reception.

I liked it. A few niggles but for the price I paid I was happy
I did change rooms as the first was like a sauna and had no WiFi but the second room was great .
Good shower , very comfortable bed , clean, tidy and quiet and centrally located . The guy on reception was happy for me to change rooms
I'd recommend for sure. It's a lovely old building and feels a bit special

I have just one point , the security in front of the door for hotel activities should respect the hotel guests , I don’t wear ring for the activity but i am in hotel . He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

AAbishaOn arrival, the receptionist was pleasant. No issues directing me to my room. However, once in the room, when trying to open the window, the top handle broke off in my hand. The cold water for the sink was not working, so I had to use a shower for cold water. There were also stains in the pillow. The TV had no service, and although I informed the receptionist but nothing was done. I was advised that they would inform the manager.
Overall, for a night stay, it was ok, but I will not be staying here again.

GGuest Usermy wife and I had a very enjoyable weekend break at Ropewalks. the hotel was centrally located, which suited us as we were away without kids and wanted to make the most of that. breakfast was your standard fare, but there was a chef cooking to order. the service staff at breakfast were excellent. would recommend for a boozy city break. thr hotel is neat to a lot of late bars and night clubs which was noisy and may be an issue for some travelers.

AaksuwalJust a few minutes' walk from Liverpool train station. It's an older hotel with plenty of rooms, and it was pretty quiet at night. The room itself was quite spacious. It's super convenient for exploring the city center. We stayed one day in Liverpool mainly to catch a home game for the Liverpool team. The bus stop right across from the train station gets you to Anfield Stadium in less than half an hour. On the way back, the queue for the 917 bus was incredibly long, but thankfully the rain had started to let up.

GGuest UserI booked the cheapest plan, which was a double room, and since I was traveling alone, I had plenty of space. The front desk staff were all very kind and friendly. I stayed for two nights, and they even tidied up the room midway, so it was always clean. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, so it's a shame I couldn't have it on the second morning due to my flight schedule. I wish there had been slippers in the room.

LLucy KendrickI have stayed at The Pullman before and had no issues, however this time we were not overly impressed.
I paid for a king room, but when it came to the evening we soon discovered we had been placed in a room with a zip lock bed which had not been connected, causing there to be an uncomfortable and noticeable gap between the 2 singles. There was also dried blood on the sheets.
We spoke to reception and we were offered an alternative room with a king sized bed.
Unfortunately, the room we were placed in was directly above the arena where a rave was taking place meaning the bass reverberated around the whole room until approx 11pm.
We had been out for a meal on the docks, and upon returning to the hotel we were met with rave goers slumped in the doorway, and a guy urinating outside one of the entrances, as well as groups fighting directly outside and gathering in the hotel bar/foyer.
Not a great experience at all!

GGuest UserWe booked Standard room and very nice. It was spacious, newly renovated and bathroom was large. The reception is inside a bar and had hard time to see from outside. Maybe can improve to add some direction from outside. Overall, room was good. I got about 99 euros for saturday night. Price might change depending on date.

GGuest UserReally lovely hotel , beautiful big rooms with a comfy bed , all you need with a fridge, hairdryer and even robes. Breakfast was cold so I would not recommend that but hotel is great and shops and fast food venues 5 minutes walk away.
