Excellent hotel and stay. Easy to find and a great central location to everything we wanted to see and do in Liverpool. Wetherspoons pub opposite which was ideal. Great large room and very quiet. Anyone needing a great location for the Liverpool spots this is a great hotel to book. Me and the Mrs loved our stay

The rception team were welcoming, friendly and were very helpful. Our room 107 was clean and a decent size. The bathroom door wouldn't shut properly as it requires the lock to do this, our lock was broken. The windows let a draft through as they were not fully double glazed. As our room overlooked Castle Street, we did expect to hear some noise and we certainly did, most of the night. The rooms are not soundproofed so movement and chatter from other residents on the corridor did disturb us. Having said all that, we did stay right in the heart of a lively vibrant city, so yes some noise is to be expected. Overall Tune Hotel Liverpool is ideally located and for one night this hotel ticked almost all the boxes.

Good location, lovely staff, very accommodating. Comfortable bed in a nicely decorated room. The only issue we have is that the cleaning products are highly scented and both me and my husband are sensitive to anything perfumed. So on the morning we were bunged up and with the windows not opening made it even worse. This is the first time we have noticed the highly scented chemicals and we have stayed in many hotels. I thought it would be best to be honest because there are people who have allergies that could stop them from staying at your hotels. Hard Days Night Hotel is in the heart of The Beatles area, next to Mathew Street where The Cavern Club is located. Despite its being weekend, we didn't hear any noise at night from our room on the fifth floor. The bedroom was large and pleasant. (Our room had a picture of George - my favourite Beatle - on the wall, which made me very happy!) Things some people find remiss are (1) no fridge in the room (at least not in the Classic Double), (2) TV had a very basic remote and fuction, and while it claimed to allow internet access, we couldn't use any app /mirroring from our iPhones; (3) toiletaries were very basic (just liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner refilled); (4) no movable shower with a hose. Breakfast was truly excellent! It's self-service buffet-type, but all the full-English parts were there and they were all very, very good. We also went to a bar in the evening and it was also very nice with Beatle-themed cocktails, in addition to usual drinks. Overall, we would definitely love to come back to this hotel!

He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

This was my third time staying in this hotel. TV Remote control was missing (quickly sorted) shower gel container was empty (fortunately I had some left over from a previous trave) and heating was broken (thank god I always pack a 2.5tog duvet with me) and it was FREEZING during the night but do you know what? I would still return again and again. Location is unmatched, cosy bedside lighting is ace and service is always awesome

I recently stayed at The Adelphi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient for getting around. The convenience of having bar on-site was a definite plus. However, one significant drawback was the absence of refrigerators in the rooms. This was quite inconvenient, as it meant I couldn't store any perishable items or keep drinks cold for later, even with the bar downstairs. In today's world, having a fridge in a hotel room is almost an expectation, and its absence was definitely felt. Despite this, I would still recommend The Adelphi for its other positive aspects, convenient amenities, and easy access to transportation. I hope the management considers adding refrigerators to their rooms in the future, as it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

I booked to live overnight for an important meeting next day, the service was good and the respond to inquiries are prompt. However, the location which is good overall, near to the sea, cathedral, the city centre and the train station, is exactly upstairs of many pubs. The music was playing the whole night with excited rhythm, making me cannot sleep. Too noisy, not really happy with this and will not rebook again. Also, when I enter, there is a bug flying and I I am afraid of insects!!!! The bedding makes me itchy.

Fantastic location beautifully clean have stayed here b3fore totaly changed in respect of more of a party hotel they have got rid of a great deal of the football memorabilia more like a boutique hotel .some parts of hotel is looking tired .our room was good i would suggest a few little things I had no where to sit and put my make up on and couldn't see in bathroom mirror as had to lean over sink on my tip toes also trying to plug kettle in finding a socket that's not on the floor .Just a few little tweeks

Best Hotel in Liverpool city centre, only a 3 minute walk from lime street Station and your booked in your hotel Absolutely brilliant for couples who can’t cover great distances , The Hotel staff are brilliant and can’t help you enough, and if you stay for breckfast, the food and selection is delicious.
