Good - Front desk were polite and helpful and helped us restock on tea and toilet roll Average - Room was OK, cleanish but a closer look the mattresses and other spots were very unclean. Outside windows haven't been cleaned in a while either. Bad - The room design had a weird AI pic as wallpaper. No plug in bathtub so shower was only option. The bed was supposed to be king yet it was 2 small mattresses on a king size base. Very uncomfortable trying to sleep when they keep sliding apart. The room we were in (109) was directly above a pub and there's no sound proofing, you can hear Cheryl's bad karaoke version of gimme a man at 2am like you're there in the room with her. Overall - We didn't pay much so not too fussed but the staff were great but the company needs to clean, repair and make vast improvements to the rooms like getting the right size mattress would be a start.

Simple but lovely hotel. Right in the centre of all the local amenities. Loads of parking available right outside the front of the hotel. Get yourself in the coaster opposite the hotel live singers and cheap drinks in the daytime.

First place we stayed in where there wasn’t a set of drawers or a wardrobe, couldn’t control the air conditioning the 1st night (was sorted the next again day) and finally the noise from the street around 4am   like bins being emptied and goods being loaded. This went on for ages. Apart from the above we’d still consider Tune due to its location, price and cleanliness maybe the next time request for a room away from the Main Street.

Nice Hotel and very clean hotel, friendly staff, and very good hotel for wheelchair users only the location of restaurant for breakfast was in the same area as entrance / reception what is not so nice bit strange for such nice Hotel

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Liverpool and had a really good experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to the city centre, so it was easy to explore Liverpool’s main attractions. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and overall the hotel felt like great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again.

Just a few minutes' walk from Liverpool train station. It's an older hotel with plenty of rooms, and it was pretty quiet at night. The room itself was quite spacious. It's super convenient for exploring the city center. We stayed one day in Liverpool mainly to catch a home game for the Liverpool team. The bus stop right across from the train station gets you to Anfield Stadium in less than half an hour. On the way back, the queue for the 917 bus was incredibly long, but thankfully the rain had started to let up.

My Stay at Ropewalks Hotel: Totally Worth It! Just got back from a quick overnight at Ropewalks Hotel in Liverpool and had to share my thoughts! The room itself was modern, comfy, and spotlessly clean — exactly what I needed. Not five-star fancy, but everything worked, it felt cared for, and I actually got a great night's sleep. When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

I’m so glad we booked here! The front desk service was super friendly and they even had a free wine and cheese night! The room was spacious and clean. It’s an easy walk into the city center. You have to pay extra for parking but they reduce it with a voucher
