Service was excellent, very courteous staff. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Well curated breakfast spread and gentle service. Foremost, the ambience of the property is very calm and quiet. I loved the small details they’ve maintained to keep this place peaceful for example, The rooms don’t have a calling bell to avoid noise. Loved it!

Corner of the room and around bed smell bad. Frequent power cut without automatic restoration of DG supply leading to switch off AC in the night which have to start manually leading to disturb sleep.

I checked back two days later and retrieved my previously stored luggage. This time, breakfast was included for both nights, but drinks (coffee) were not. I asked the night shift front desk, and a cup of coffee was Rs.45. The next morning, I thought that since I booked the same package, the maximum check-out fee would be Rs.90 plus tax. However, the day before yesterday, the front desk quoted Rs.300. I told them I already knew the previous night that a cup of coffee cost Rs.45, and they stopped asking. Although we couldn't understand each other for a long time, they simply didn't charge me. Since I had coffee both times, I gave the front desk Rs.100 (of course, they didn't give me change). Later, the front desk that quoted Rs.300 asked for a tip, so I gave them another Rs.20. Both times, I stored my luggage (free of charge), and they insisted on charging for drinks later, which I did willingly. I'm reporting this for other guests' reference and to hope the hotel will improve. The hotel I stayed at before was much cheaper and provided the same breakfast picture, with drinks including coffee or Indian tea (refillable). Although the conditions differ, at least the guest rooms should offer breakfast options or price choices, right? This hotel doesn't have that.

Pros: 1. Very close to the railway station. Walking distance. But don't walk with luggage. The roads are not good. It will spoil your wheels. 2. The food in the restaurant is excellent. 3. The bathroom was very spacious. 4. The room was ok. Cons: 1. The room had no windows, etc. 2. The room had a paint or varnish kind of smell which made it difficult and affected our sleep and throats. Perhaps outside facing rooms are better. 3. The room was not very clean. Corners were not clean. Pillows were not clean. 4. The bathroom had no exhaust, so the water stayed on the floor for hours. Overall: it was a good short stay without much fuss.

Stay was awesome. I don't have any complain regarding this. Will must try to visit again and again. Thank you avr. Done. Add picture of aver hotel.

The location is very good very near to Patna Railways station in Fraser Road. Due to Metro work the entry is got blocked from outside, so difficult to locate the Hotel first time. Breakfast is excellent. Amenities is limited but service is very good. Staff are supportive and polite. Early check in allowed with some charges that is OK for 6 Hrs early checking. Good property in the price in Capital of Bihar.

We visited Patna and stayed at The Panache for over 10 days. We had reserved 2 suites during our stay. The quality of the rooms, cleanliness, and comfort absolutely exceeded our expectations. …

For patna its a good hotel. But absolutely not worth the money.
