Hotel is at a very convenient location. Just few mins walk to Dotonbori and subway. Self check in and check out makes it more efficient. Very generous with the necessities like face wash, moisturiser, tea bags ……. The only disappointment was that we tried to borrow an iron but there was no available one for one whole day. Overall highly recommended accommodation in Osaka

Excellent hotel with an easy access to the subway line from the airport. Check in was swift and a very friendly staff. Gave us our shuttle and breakfast tickets. Nice big room with a surprise pull out bed. Great view of the water and airport. Breakfast was every morning starting at 6:30a. Food was tasty, same everyday with a beautiful view. Shared space of the attached hotel. Easy access to Rinku Premium outlets with many shopping and eating choices. Currency exchange and SIM cards on site. Cafe available for a few hours every day after breakfast. The restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner options. There is an on-site laundry room, so didn’t have to take home a lot of dirty clothes. Check out was easy and the airport shuttle takes around 10 minutes and leaves on time. Excellent experience!!

When we arrived on day 1 there was a vending machine on level 9 where we stayed but 80% of the drinks were out of stock. On day 3 of our stay the vending machine disappeared. Their laundry room also splits male and female but I saw 2 different males using the female laundry room, quite gross.

We got everything in the hotel, and appreciated a lot the self service beverage area. The breakfast buffet offers a wide array of Japanese and International food. And the location is perfect for all downtown areas in Osaka yet it is quiet enough to relax. If we had to comment on one thing, perhaps the self service laundry area can offer multilingual explanation so people can understand how to handle the washed/dried items from other hotel guests, otherwise it would be a super 5 stars

The hotel is strategically located across the Shin-Osaka station where you can just cross the bridge and directly enter into the lobby. Self check-in on a machine and your key cards will be issued by the same machine. It is an environmentally friendly hotels so when you stay longer, be prepared to arrange and clean your own room. Overall, it was a nice hotel for transit one night before flying out of Kansai airport as the hotel also prepared a free airport transfer bus that you can book when you check in.

This is our favorite hotel in Osaka. It's located beside the OCAT, so it's so convenient for us to get to and from the KIX airport. It's Bus No. 11 at the airport, and it costs 1,300 yen 1 way or 2,300 yen round-trip. There is no need to bring our loaded suitcases around the streets of Namba. The rooms are clean and complete with amenities. There is a Lawson store underneath and a nearby supermarket. The train stations are a few meters away. Oh, and there's the Namba Walk where you can find various restaurants and shops. We will stay in this hotel over and over again.

Great location! JR station is just downstairs! Lots of big shopping centre and food choice! Daimaru is at the front of hotel. Definitely will visit again!

立地は恵美須町駅近くとあまり降りない駅ではありますが日本橋から一駅と悪くなく、まずきれい。 そしてとても開放感があります。 屋上には庭園があってあべのハルカスや通天閣を見渡せますし、大浴場は別館になっていて広く充実しています。マッサージチェアが無料なのも嬉しい。 そしてフロントにはオールインワンのクリームなどもあるし、アメニティは小分けにされて充実。 トイレも広いし朝食ビュッフェには8:00までは海鮮丼まであります。 10:00-22:00は生ビールが飲み放題。このサービス、最近みますがすごすぎますね。 ホテルとしてのレベルは最高レベルで出張だと贅沢に感じるほどです。旅行にも向いてるでしょう。 ホテルに足りないものを全部書き出して全部やってるような素晴らしさ。だいぶ知恵を絞ったんでしょうね。 このレベルで全く高くないのはすごいの一言です。

The Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi was our second hotel after 4 nights at a Tokyo Disney Resort official partner hotel. It was quite an adjustment to go from a very spacious room to a business hotel-size room; between the two of us, my son and I had two medium size suitcases, two carryon roller bags, and by the end of our stay in Osaka, two rolling expandable bags with wheels. You can't open more than one medium size suitcase out, unless you place the others on the beds. Not recommended for large families with lots of luggage, but if you're a minimalist traveler that does the carry-on-only travel thing, and you're going to be out most of the day and all you really need is a place to sleep, this place is great. The free ramen and drinks (yes, they're free!) is a big draw. The bathroom is tiny; if you're a very tall person -- think 6' foot something -- you might have to stoop. Be careful stepping in and out of the shower, it can be very slippery because the floor in there is quite smooth and the edge of the tub is pretty high, so there's a chance you could lose your footing and slip. There's no closet, but there are hooks on the walls and hangers. There are no hooks in the bathroom. Front desk staff are lovely, very helpful and courteous. Our floor had a luggage weighing scale in the hallway, which was a godsend after too much shopping at Don Quijote. It's a 350m walk to the Shinsaibashi station, and an 11-minute walk to Dotonbori. There's a Lawson conbini right next door, and a laundry room at the 12th floor, but there are only three washers and three dryers, and a lot of people waiting to use them. If you use the machines, make sure you set a timer to come back for your laundry because the people waiting to use the coin-operated machines can get very annoyed. Overall, a nice enough place to stay if you're going to be out all day anyway.

The location is good. Breakfast is unbeatable. Staff are professional. The drawback is about the room facilities. The TV is big which is good. The water tap didn't have sufficient pressure so the water flow was very very slow. The air con is blowing over my face so I have to switch by head to the end of the bed to escape from the air blow. The toilet is separated from the bath but there is NOTHING inside the bathroom to hang my clothes!!! We are just friends and can't just walk out nake to put on my clothes....There is also not enough racks to hang towels for TWO people......The toilet side seems to have no ventilation!!

Great location. Very near to Dotonburi as well as the Nipponbashi Station. The staff was helpful and mindful. The room was bigger than expectation. Overall was satisfying during the stay of 4 nights.

We did not expect the room is so small. The website mentioned it has approximately 200 sq ft. Actually the room cannot fit 4 pieces of luggage. We put 2 luggage into the room, the door cannot be closed. The other 2 is outside the room. I have no choice to pay additional HK$ 600 to upgrade to a bigger room. If you have 1 piece of luggage, then this hotel is pretty good for shopping at the outlet. Just a few minutes walk. Lawson at the station or the one at the hotel lobby is very convienence. The public hot bath is a bonus. The first time to try the electric hot bath. It cure my knee pain. Wonderful!

Love the service and cleanliness and the amenities available. I love the bathhouse. Amenities and toiletries are available at the front desk. Luggage is too big to be stored in the cabin, but you could get a free lock chain from the front desk and lock it at a storage area. The blinds do make noise when opening and closing. I could hear it, but it doesn’t bother me. If you dont have an international adaptor plug, you could get it at the front desk too.

Stargate hotel is fantastic with its location and access to several things for example rinku town premium outlets, nearby supermarkets including 24hr trial supermarket and train station which is so convenient to go other places like namba, Nara and more.. the hotel staff and room facilities are excellent. I would only like to suggest if they can improve on their check-in time from 3pm to earlier like 12-1pm it will be great. Over all wonderful experience. Thank you stargate.👍

Clean, good value and innovative hotel. The hotel is located by the Osaka bay. It provides either Bay view or city view. Rinku town station is just 10 min away by foot. Don’t be taken aback by 10 min walk. You would actually walk through a beautiful park and reach the hotel. Check in was smooth. The receptionist was a robot dinosaur. Everything was made easy and smooth. Room itself is a fine size. You could open the window slightly if you want to. Good lighting . The bathroom is decent size and equipped with a nice soaking tub. The room is spotless and clean. Bed and pillow are very comfortable too. The highlight of the in-house guests is to have access to the nice hot spring via 2nd floor. In-house guests do not need to pay additional fee for the hot spring. Upon check out, you could even leave the luggage’s free of charge for the day. That’s really nice. Last but not the least, I came across a dilemma during the stay. It was because the terms and conditions ( fine print) was in Japanese and I could not read it. It causes a little of inconvenience. I appreciate the staff assisted me on this one-off incident.

We stayed here one night due to its proximity to the train to Kansai International Airport. Please note it is not on the JR line, so if you have JR Pass, you need to purchase a separate ticket to the airport. The hotel is a bit dated, but the room was clean for the most part. The radio console was a blast from the past. Sheets were clean, but duvet had hairs and a nail clipping on it. We did not have breakfast. Staff was welcoming enough but not super friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The room is quite nice with free parking. Close to the TRIAL SuperCenter and All you can eat BBQ restaurant. Room is new decorated with very trendy style.

Aside from having to walk 10mins away from the station, I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. At first I wasn't sure due to some complaints in the reviews but in the end I really loved staying here! There's a food mall just 2 mins walk away, the staff is very kind and welcoming, the room is cozy and spacious, it was very clean and comfortable and they provided us PJs and clean towels, although the bathroom is slightly small but it didn't bother us at all and loved using the bathtub provided. We stayed here because its just a 20min ride to the airport by subway and i'd definitely stay here again if given the chance!

The room is clean and tidy. It’s rather big that we can leave our 2 suitcases wide open without any problem. Our room has a stunning view too. Highly recommended for travellers who have morning departure flights or late night arrival flights.

其實就是日本的情人旅館，但是位置很偏僻，前不着山，後不着店，沒有私乘用車非常不方便，當地出租車也不好找。 服務員一般不在前台，聯繫都用電話，送餐也不用開門，有個送餐口。 服務人員的態度還是非常好，得知我要趕飛機，又喊不到出租車，店員早上9點交班，交班後直接送我到了地鐵站。 不過附近有個みさき公園，海岸線很美，走路過去1個小時吧。

간사이공항(한와선 1코스, 20분)과 가깝고 도톤보리, 신사이바시 등 도심 속을 벗어나 한적한 공항 근처에 있어 안심이 되었고 깨끗한 숙소 내부와 친절한 서비스, 조식도 국, 밥 등 든든한 한끼로 충분, 오사카 여행을 다시하게 되면 돌아오는 여정에 숙박할 것을 강력 추천합니다..

Wonderful family owned family owned and run. The level of hospitality afforded to my family was certainly above and beyond. There was a genuine care factor that I was unable to fault. Heading out, don't worry about a taxi, we will drive you. How was the complimentary breakfast. It should be said that the rooms are quite small, however the cleanliness of the property could not be faulted. I would recommend N Gate to all as a great introduction to the Japanese people.

The hotel is easy to find but the location is a bit remote. Check-in was not clear where to go and what the process was. We found a phone and was able to get in touch with someone (there was a snow storm going on at the same time too so it was not ideal to go around the whole property looking for the check-in counter). They gave us a key and no other information so we relied on trip.com for check-out time The hotel is a love hotel clear as day. The amenities provided in the room were plentiful and the heating in the room was nice on such a cold day. There was a fridge and tv and slippers. The bathroom was quite cold so it sucked to take a shower but the water was hot
