"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and every detail—from the cleanliness of the room to the thoughtful amenities—made the experience truly comfortable. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. We were especially touched by the small chocolates and cookies they surprised us with on Valentine’s Day."

"JR 車步行到酒店都不過是10~15分鐘, 好容易找到. 正門對著交通燈位. 擁有300年歷史, 好有傳統風格. 在大堂先要更換室內拖鞋, 而外出時服務員會即時拿出客人的鞋給你更換. 整個建築物已經好有欣賞價值, 有一個正統的日式庭園, 池內養了好多錦鯉魚, 還看到好靚的楓葉.我們房間露台就可以欣賞到庭園, 房間內的浴室有木造的浴缸. 晚餐及早餐都在房間吃...我們的管家非常專業, 又介紹各式食品...還有免費啤酒, 可樂提供. 房間中央位置有電暖氈, 厚厚綿被及暖氣...不過離開這範就會非常凍...此終是舊建築物, 當時技術未有那麼先進. 溫泉池地方不大, 但風呂有二個, 好靚好舒服. 早晚男女湯對換. 酒店過馬路直行有一間”狐狸之足跡”值得推介"

"К сожалению, я провела здесь только одну ночь, но хотела бы остаться чуть больше, чтобы насладиться традиционным духом Японии. При регистрации вы можете выбрать юката, посетить сауну или караоке в отеле. На первом этаже есть магазин с сувенирами и продукцией. Хост был очень добр! Мы прибыли поздно ночью около 23:00, но нас дождались! Завтрак также был хорош и предлагал несколько вариантов блюд из яиц. Я очень благодарна за гостеприимство!"

"It was really neat and comfy. And there is also a convenience store a 3-minute walk away. I didn't expect they provide me meal coupons. Because I saw a reply to the question about providing breakfast saying that it is not provided. But they do!! You can exchange your meal coupons for frozen lunch boxes, for example, curry, udon, rice and stir-fried vegetables. And of course there is microwave in the room. It was good enough to stay again."

"It's a hotel with great design. The staff are super-friendly and helpful. A must try is the hotel's Italian restaurant. Just a thought - it would be wonderful if the dry sauna on the top floor could be converted to a public bath. The hot spring next door is not the best. It is too small, with very limited facilities, and the water is not hot at all. The property should consider associating itself with another onsen in the area."

"Rooms were clean, check in was easy, breakfast was satisfactory. The info related to parking in the reviews is incorrect. The hotel does not have its own parking and you need to use pay parking close by the hotel. There are several options at different price levels, and the hotel recommends which one to use upon check-in but be advised that the parking lots begin to fill up as the day gets later so the later you arrive, the more you pay for parking, and hopefully all does not fill up. Overall, I would go back if I the area, it was a great price / value."

"大人二人小学生二人での帰省の道中で、母子・父子に分かれて2部屋に宿泊しました。清潔だしテレビも大きく子供も楽しく過ごせました。駅周辺の飲食街が近くて便利なのに周辺駐車場も安くて便利でした。こちらが気づく前に忘れ物を見つけてくださり 、また送付対応までしてくださりありがたかったです。"

"Unbeatable location with many rooms ( or all rooms) and public spaces facing Tsunoshima Bridge. Our room faced the ocean directly with no obstruction. The bath was also quite decent and the outdoor bath is next to the sea. You can enjoy the sound of the waves while bathing in the hot spa. It should be quite spectacular during sunset. The spa was probably renovated within the last 10 years as it was in good condition. The room , however, felt old and the corridor was damp. The carpet in the room felt damp and the room felt stuffy. The AC worked well and we turned it on high. Our triple room as spacious but I felt itchy the whole night while sleeping- although the sheets looked clean ( I slept on the added bed). The other two beds looked slumped in the middle. Bathroom also looked quite old( from the 70’s)? My room was at the far end wing and there were lots of stairs to walk up and down from the front desk which was on the third floor. The staff will help to bring the luggages to your room ( also at check out - just call). Hotel restaurant serves dinner buffet . If you are not interested, the hotel also has a list of restaurants nearby with 10-30 minutes drive. We drove out to have yakitori in a small down, which was very local, but with friendly owner, good food- and super cheap price ( each yakitori was about ¥120-150 yen. Breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western offers, taste was average. Overall service was very good."
