The hotel is outside the city of Kotor. The view does not see the Kotor Bay but it is very clear to the Tivat airport and the Tivat Bay. There is also a port mountain gro view. A good hotel. I recommend it. It's located in the old town. There's a sign, so it's easy to find. The reception staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good and delicious. The room is unusual for me because it's an attic. Everything is clean. The bed linen and towels are fresh.

The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It has been rebuilt from many houses. The room types are different. There are nearly 30 square meters and only 18 square meters. The environment is first-class, the service is thoughtful, and the small surprise: the local refrigerator sticker was sent when checking out!

1. From the airport Diwat to the hotel, you can take a taxi for 20 euros. There is no shuttle bus. You can only take a taxi. You can get to the old town and you will be there after you walk in. You can ask the hotel to book 15 euros when you leave. 2 The front desk of the hotel is on the second floor. The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.
