My stay was good.The staffs are polite & accomodating.I love my room because if u look at the window you can see the sunrise & sunset..My room.was quiet, I had a beautiful sleep...

Everyone is nice. But staff needs to know more about the area and places that we asked they have no clue. Linens and towels needs to be replaced when the color is almost brown instead of white. Its a very old hotel We had to call to replaced our pillows because its smells like old sweat. We were so excited that its beach front not until they told us the water is not recommended for swimming. We had to go to another island and pay. We were disappointed with that.Breakfast buffet is good.

The hotel room is clean. Housekeeping is helpful. Restaurant food is delicious.

The hotel is rather old and not that well maintained, the ceiling of the common area leaks due to no good roof, looks like the upper story was never completed. Wi-fi does not work in the room or on the second floor you have to sit in the hotel lobby. Hotel is generally clean, but under bed, and corners of common areas are covered in dust. Generally its ok for a few nights at a good price, but hotel is deteriorating rapidly due to lack of maintenance.

It was a good experienced and stay for 2 nights. Location is great, amenities is good and accessibility is nice too as it is within the heart of the city. Also good price deal from trip.

At first check-in we had an issue with our room. The room looked very old and dated the air-conditioning wasn’t working and the Wi-Fi was non-existent. I raised a complaint to 8 am the next morning. It took two 8 pm to follow the same day for them to rectify this and move as to another room. This room was outstanding. The air-conditioning was working. It was modern better looking not as tight as the other room, there was room either side of the bed to get in as the other room you could only get in one side of the bed as the bed was against the wall so this new room was a lot better. The only issue with the Hotel was the Wi-Fi was extremely rubbish non-existent would be the better word but this was the only issue that we had in our day. Everything else was perfect from the cleanliness to the staff and the buffet breakfast was acceptable just not much choice for the Western pallet but for a Filipino it was okay

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Acacia Hotel Davao, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a good variety of choices that catered to different tastes. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would definitely give Acacia Hotel Davao a 5-star rating. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Davao who’s looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.

I had an excellent experience in this hotel room. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the amenities were complete, and everything worked perfectly. The peaceful environment made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
