"Overall love they stay but the room had a musty weird smell and walls and sheets had some marks. The customer service was rly good though and staff are rly accommodating and nice. "This is my second night at Lanson place. After the great experience in the first night, I decided to cancel another reservation and extended the stay here. This time, I book a room with Lanson club (executive lounge) access to have a try. Frankly, the extra cost does not really proved to be worth. While the staff are polite, friendly and helpful as always, there are very limited food and beverage options in the lounge (compared to other hotels' lounges that I have experienced). The view from the lunge is also limited (see the photo). The food option such as the breakfast in the photo is quite limited as well. It occurs to me that Lanson Place could be a good option for the regular rooms but not the executive ones. Perhaps the in-room W/D would something that I appreciate, but it is definitely not worth the much higher cost. I'll stay in a regular room in Lanson next time."

"💥Great location and comfortable rooms, but service capacity falls short for the country's largest hotel.💥 While their website boasts being the largest hotel in the country by room count, the operational capacity during our stay didn’t match the scale. Check-in was a lengthy 45-minute process. There were only four counters open initially (three regular, one priority), and an additional counter was only opened after the line had already grown significantly. For a hotel of this size, guest arrivals should be anticipated and staffed accordingly. Breakfast was similarly delayed. With only two staff members checking the guest list (one regular, one priority), the line stretched all the way into the main lobby, taking us nearly 30 minutes just to enter the dining area. Claiming the title of the largest hotel comes with the expectation that staffing levels can efficiently handle high guest volumes. On a positive note, the hotel does have its bright spots: Staff: Courteous and pleasant throughout our stay. Room & Comfort: Comfortable rooms with well-carpeted corridors that effectively minimized hallway noise. Location & Accessibility: Excellent proximity to major malls/casinos (Ayala Malls, MOA, Okada, Solaire, and COD), making Grab pickups after check-out quick and easy. Verdict 😉: While the accommodations and location are strong, the frustrating wait times severely impacted the overall experience. Given our stay, we didn't feel it delivered strong value for money."

"You get what you pay for. A budget (express) hotel for travelers on the go! If you simply need a nice, clean and convenient place to sleep in, then this is the hotel for you. Located right across the NAIA Terminal (there's a walk bridge nearby that connects you to the airport terminal), conveniently across a shopping mall, a ****** and various commercial establishments in and around the Newport City township. Everything is easy access for you. The hotel gym/fitness center is too basic. I expected a bit more because they did advertise it in their website. Fortunately, there is an Anytime Fitness branch nearby (a short walk) that's open 24 hours. Their ”express breakfast” is ok. Basic, nothing fancy, but enough to get you through the day. The BEST part about this ”express” hotel is their Express Checkout. Simply drop your room keys at the box (near the elevator) on your way out! No need to check-out at the counter!"

"This is one of my fav hotels to stay in the Philippines. They are very accomdating to everything. Rooms were beautiful, beds comfortable, gym was clean, pool was indoors and was just chill to swim and relax. I also went to the wellness centre for a massage, if you go, you must request Miss Emma, absolutely fabulous and I've had many massages in my life. Shops were literally across the road, easy to get too"

"Solid stay, especially if you're hitting up MOA or a concert Honestly, the location alone makes this place worth it. It’s super close to the Mall of Asia, MOA Arena, IKEA, and SMX—you can easily just walk over, which saves you the massive headache of dealing with grab traffic or parking after an event or concert. It’s also just a quick 15-20 minute ride to the airport. The rooms are surprisingly huge with tons of space to move around, and the beds are really comfy. Plus, having a 12:00 PM checkout is a major lifesaver if you want a relaxed morning and don't want to rush out early. The breakfast buffet has a pretty good spread of local and Western food to fuel up for the day, and the staff here are genuinely nice and helpful. The only downsides are that the property is starting to look a little dated in some areas (wallpapers, older TV setup, etc.), and the Wi-Fi can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on your room. The pool is also a bit on the small side with not much shade. But for the price, space, and convenience? It’s a great value. Definitely a solid, hassle-free choice if you need a spot to stay near the arena or airport. Would stay here again!"

Don’t booking this hotel through the travel agency online especially this travel agency ； it is Super inhumane, once you make a reservation; No matter what uncontrollable events occur to you ; there is no way to cancel tthe booking even the travel agency doesn’t confirm with the hotel yet; Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy； if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent. Stay away from this travel agency.

My stay was OK and the staffs were very approachable and very easy to deal with. We had a bit of a problem upon checking in but they rectified the issue and they even let us stay for extra two hours without any charge.

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently near Manila Airport with a free shuttle service. It's also just a 15-minute walk to Terminal 3. The room cleanliness was good, but the facilities are quite old and show their age, indicating an older renovation. Breakfast is provided in all rooms, but the variety is quite limited – better than nothing, I suppose.

Ii need a flat iron then i call from housekeeping dial 5 a girl answered i told her my intention of calling , but she in a sarcastic way she said u can birrow a flat iron only for 30 mins and i just said if only 30 mins maybe later ill borrow then i just hang up after an hour i called again in the housekeeping different girl answered she said akright i will bring it now to your room and the service boy just signed this maam, snd thrn no more i asked the boy after i finished do i need ti call he said no msm just left it outside.. so after i finished i just call the housekeeping the girl said alright i will send somebody yo pick it up until i checkout the flat iron still in our room… how come service person sometimes rude but the ithers are not… i hope that bayview park hotel train well their service attendant specially answering guest in right manner… not to sarcastic and too exaggerated ways…

The best thing about Hotel DreamWorld North EDSA is its location. It’s very convenient and close to malls, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. However, the hotel itself was just average. The room was okay but could use better maintenance and updating. Cleanliness and overall comfort could also be improved. The staff were fine, but the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. It’s a decent option if your priority is the location, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Overall love they stay but the room had a musty weird smell and walls and sheets had some marks. The customer service was rly good though and staff are rly accommodating and nice. Location is great near the big malls and famous landmarks plus near the airport. Breakfast buffet was great stayed for 4 days and the menu was different every day

Quality Service Comfortable accommodation and good location! Price: I booked this with Trip.com with affordable price. Place: This hotel is closed to different malls and transportation terminals. It is really accessible. For the room : studio room for solo traveller like me is already good and it is comfortable the soft bed and nice table for working space .... food is great - rice meals and pasta salads and bread , hello to the lady who prepare the omelette... People:Staff are friendly and they assist you what ever you need something. They follow up also guest who still not eat their breakfast . From the security who always smile and greet the guest , their bell boy who assisted me from lobby to the room and to HKP and give some towels , thanks . Overall :10 /10 satisfied guest for quality service

We had an excellent stay at Hotel101 – Fort. The location is one of its biggest advantages, with shopping malls, restaurants, and many establishments just a short walk away, making it easy to explore BGC. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good selection of food to start the day. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, everyone made us feel valued and well taken care of. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. We would definitely recommend Hotel101 – Fort to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service in the heart of BGC, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

This hotel is very convenient to stay at for friends or families because location is very near from any store or restaurant you want, walk is okay if you needed exercise or take a public transportation for fast destination. Staffs are friendly but still be extra careful with whatever or wherever you are anywhere. There’s a pool to enjoy, small cafe downstairs, wi-fi is included though a little bit slow sometimes…but easy to stay at!

Been booking Eurotel everytime since its fronting Rob Manila. The bed is not soft and the beddings are quite old and are yellow-stained already. Also, one problem is the bedding (bedsheet) keeps coming off from the mattress which is a hassle. Hallway sometimes smell of cigarette
