Hotel Dengan Wifi di Metro Manila, Philippines

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with my family. The place was comfortable and the staff were accommodating, which made our trip enjoyable. However, upon arrival, I noticed my luggage handle was broken after collecting it from the baggage area, which caused some inconvenience. Despite this, we still had a good experience overall and appreciated the service.

Location wise hotel is accessible to any airport but most to NAIA Terminal 3 since it is just a walking distance via the runway to newport vice versa. Since our flight the next day will be at 10:30pm, i requested for late check out until 2PM only. Actually I expected until 4PM but it is based on availability since it was granted to us 2 weeks ago. The hotel provided 2 bottles of water but it is lacking for us. There is Lawson convenience store downstairs & walkable Mcdo. We availed of breakfast but the food werre same all thoughout my stays before.

Penginapan saya pasti sempurna jika mereka memberi saya bilik dengan kemudahan lengkap. Lampu tandas rosak jadi saya terpaksa menggunakan lampu lorong hanya untuk mendapatkan pencahayaan di dalam tandas.

We recently stayed at Savoy Hotel in Pasay and booked two rooms for our first visit. I made the reservation through Trip.com on the same day, and luckily there were still rooms available with early check-in. The hotel is very close to the terminal 3, which made our stay especially convenient since my uncle had a flight to the USA the next day. We only stayed for one night, but it helped us avoid the stress of rushing to the airport. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and we all had a comfortable and restful sleep. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Its one of those affordable hotels that you get an almost premium experience. The deluxe queen room is on the smaller side. It is also a possible adjoining room so it feels a bit tight. Basic bathroom and room amenities. Plus points for the complimentary birthday cake. As it is on the more affordable price range it is expected to be jampacked on the weekends. Understandable as it is the summer season. However, parking space could be improved/increased. Overall, lts still good for its price

Ia tenang, bersih dan bersih. Apabila saya memasuki lobi, krew akan membantu membawa bagasi dan mengalu-alukan tetamu dengan sepenuh hati dan bersumpah apabila mereka bertemu dan memberi salam. Lobi mempunyai bau yang menyenangkan, anda boleh makan dan minum ke restoran mereka dan bersenang-senang. Bilik sangat luas menghadap bandar mereka mempunyai kerusi dan meja bulat dan banyak kabinet dan meja belajar ringkasnya mereka mempunyai bilik yang bagus hanya dengan harga P1,127/malam sahaja. Kami berasa sangat selesa dan gembira ke hotel ini!!!💕💕💕

I feel disappointed the room is just fine but the bed is not confortable to sleep,the cover is like dirty because instead of white it become dirty white also the towels!and with all the hotels ive been checking in this hotel is different and theres no small fridge.diappointed ive been stay here for more than a week.and inside the bathroom there place to put for thier soap and shampoo.i hope the management will pay attention for thier service.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff were so accommodatjng & helpful. I love the room because it is big and the bed is so comfy. The sheets and towels are white & new. Everyday they cleaned our room. Definitely, I would book again in this hotel.

We chose Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport World Resorts primarily for its convenient location near NAIA Terminal 3 and its walking access via Runway Manila. While the location is definitely a strong advantage, it’s worth noting that the hotel shuttle bus does not operate until after 10:00 AM. The walk itself takes about 10 minutes, but the pathways are not very luggage-friendly — uneven and not ideal for rolling suitcases. In hindsight, it’s more practical to spend around ₱100+ for a Grab. During a previous stay in November 2025, we had a very positive experience. However, this stay in February 2026 was quite disappointing. The room we were assigned was located right next to the expressway, and noise from passing vehicles could be heard at all hours of the day and night. Despite being on a higher floor, we also encountered mosquitoes in the room, and unfortunately, even a large cockroach appeared on the vanity while I was brushing my teeth — which was very off-putting. Breakfast was simple and adequate, but we felt there could be more variety and better turnover of food options. On a positive note, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating — especially with our request for a late check-out, which we appreciated. It does feel like unless you pay for rooms facing the airport, you may be allocated less desirable rooms. Considering the price point — particularly for the Philippines — the room rates feel somewhat overpriced for $140-$170 AUD a night. Additionally, if you book through third-party platforms like Trip.com, you won’t earn IHG rewards points, which is something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a standard stay, but given our previous experience, we had higher expectations and left feeling very disappointed. That said, the location near NAIA Terminal 3 remains a key advantage. We hope that continued loyalty to IHG might offer better experiences in the future, and we may consider staying again when traveling back to the Philippines.

Suite Room with two queen beds,- Spacious , ok for a three-star hotel. However, having checked-in a Suite room I did not expect very old towels that has coloured gray not white anymore. No hair dryer. Bathroom ok but sink need more cleaning in corners. hallway carpets need updating. Great city- view ( room 1104). Close to shops, pharmacy , jollibee and chowking downstairs. Staff are approachable and very attentive except for one lady staff at the desk when I checked in (4 am, April 11), who was so engrossed with her computer and let me wait for several minutes without even looking at me to say “ please wait” or at least acknowledge my oresence.. Security guards are all very helpful they deserve recogition.
